If you wouldn’t put yourself into the shoes of the characters & think of how you’d feel being treated the way the characters are, then that should be enough of an answer.

So you’d be fine dating and obsessive stalker or an abusive bully? Wild you’re making excuses. I didn’t hate this drama, but at least I can admit it’s toxic.

One character is obsessive & the other bullies & is borderline (if not actually is) abusive. Like, I get there’s growth, but you cannot say this is a healthy relationship.
I’m very surprised no one is saying he looks like Jungkook. I’m not a BTS fan anymore, but the first thing I noticed about him is the similarities he has in looks with Jungkook.
Personally, my favorite is the Japanese version. I will 100% the whole story of every adaptation is dated as it’s…
HYD was my favorite Asian drama for so long & I’m actually on my like 15th rewatch right now lol. But I will 100% admit to the problematic side in his behavior especially. But HNH was almost the opposite. The male lead wasn’t an aggressive hardass. In fact, he was kind of a coward when it came to fights lol. He still had the spoiled side to him, but from what I remember, he never mistreated the lead. Man, now I gotta go look for it again, talking about it makes me wanna watch again! Lol
im a fan of few classics so its not like i only like fresh stories but this one is SO dated... i didnt like gorya…
Personally, my favorite is the Japanese version. I will 100% the whole story of every adaptation is dated as it’s from a manga made in the 90s. I wish there would be an adaptation that would stray from the toxicity & blatant abuse. With the Japanese version, I found the female lead to be the least obnoxious & they also didn’t include the SA part with the male lead most of the other versions had (though there is an SA attempt in the 1st episode, still miles less intense as the other versions)
To be quite honest, I’d recommend the Hana Yori Dango sequel, Hana Nochi Hare. New characters, but within the same HYD universe. Nowhere near as toxic. (I haven’t seen it since it came out so there may be some downsides, but to my memory, it was waaaaay more refreshing than all the HYD stories!)
I’m definitely the minority here, but I like the CSY & KMS side ship. I know Minsoo didn’t have the best development, I think he’s definitely on the road to becoming a better person. I will say that I would have liked it better if WYW herself was the one to change his character & be seen as a friend, however, I do still like that CSY helped him with the average amount of development he had. It could be because of how much I love side couples & most romance clichés are my guilty pleasure. But I really enjoyed this series overall. I feel it is a way better portrayal of autism than I’ve seen in most shows. I adore this series & will miss it dearly!!
Decent. The only things that I wasn't a fan of was the repetitiveness of the court setting (a case for pretty…
Respectfully, I disagree. I really like the “a case every episode” part of this show. It shows a lot of the life of an attorney & how much they all learn & grow to become better.
I’m ashamed at how much I still want CSY & KMW to end up together even though he has had almost no character development. I’m such a side couple stan that I can’t help but usually get excited for side couples. I just really hope they somehow give him a good redemption before the series ends next week. I think the two have really good chemistry & I’m such a sucker for the haters/rivals-to-lovers troupe. Minwoo just really needs to get his crap together!!
when it come to portraying the autism spectrum, it's very important for me that it's done right. i don't want…
I know people have already answered but I wanted to add that it is very educational for those who may not be well informed on autism. Things like scenery overload, texture issues, repeating things, calming someone with autism down who’s experiencing overstimulation/sensory overload, & many many other things are discussed or shown throughout this show. I myself am not autistic, but my little brother is. As Autism is a spectrum (which they also show by having another person with Autism who differs from the FL), there are significant differences than what I grew up with living with my brother. However, there were also many similarities that I was very glad to see included & portrayed. I would absolutely recommend giving this show a shot!!
I think it’s unfair that ep12 is being called for its feminist propaganda. That’s not even its main themes.…
Weird people think that. I just saw it as another episode with a different kind of case. What I love about this series is that they show you all the different cases attorneys take & defend. I’m so amazed by all the different ones that come up each episode. & a workplace discrimination case, whether it’s big in SK & sides with female workers, is also just another thing that happens in the world & sometimes gets defended in court. I’m glad it was included!
Most negative comments are not from serious critics but K-Pop fans who can't differentiate between a great and…
No it’s not? The comments are from people who legitimately don’t understand why everything went downhill after episode 12. The series started off amazingly & actors were phenomenal! However, once it gets to episode 12, the story doesn’t hold up they way it did in the beginning. It seems like the writers just wanted nothing but shock value. & the ending also makes no sense at all.
Not looking for spoilers, but how does this drama compare to the Chinese adaptation? I’m a little over half way finished with that one & love it! So I’m curious for those who seen both, which do you think is better?
