Yes, he was the only reason I managed to finish it! The plot holes were just massive! I've seem quite a few dramas recently (Unchained Love, Song of the Moon, The Journey of Chong Zi...) where the bad writing is ruining everyone else's efforts. It seems to become a pattern to then just blame the sloppy writing/editing on "all the cut scenes". I've never seen Song Yi in anything, so I have not opinion on her.
Unless, of course, those editors go crazy again with their scissors.
