Disagree 😜 It needs to be shorter. They are dragging it out too much!
I'm with you, the storytelling is already stretching, I actually think like there are 2 episodes that aren't necessary so far and can be skipped but I think people aren't noticing it.
I know why Siling sent Useless Bian. I was wondering why she sent him as a messenger but I realize why. It's because he is a bully and got a big mouth. She knew he was going to get big headed and start cursing them out IJBOL.
I was ready to come here and talk about fuckass Long Yuan and how we want blood for blood! His head on a silver platter but when he didn't interfere on the first call out, I realized it was not him. Yea he is hot headed but it was not him . I guess it was the third party interference.
Also, I was convinced the Heavenly Emissary was gonna be the enemy but I scrapped it immediately because of one little interaction. He just looked and talked too innocently 😭 that's no villain.
That's literally me. Like quitting never looked so good.
Like I kept coming off my seat 😭 making my fourth coffee. I wanted to watch drama but there was too much work for me to open another tab and working simultaneously.
Do you guys think BJS needed to suffer through that illusion? When he was witnessing the past, he often thought…
It was important for him to not just witness the illusion but also go through that reality just a bit. It will never compare to her suffering because she always had empathy while he is JUST re-gaining his. Although the scene were he screaming in anguish... The acting was really good.
Let's give it to the man of the year! Bai Jiusi. His wife burned alive but couldn't do anything about the pain because she was immortal, she was buried alive and kept suffocating but she couldn't do anything about the pain because she was immortal. And he actually killed her son, stopping her from resurrectting him.... I have no words. I'm actually in shock that he killed their son by ACCIDENT. The coincidence... What a curse!
She needs to try to kill him a third time. I'm not joking. That one needs to be done for MY SAKE.
What a cursed fate. He is just so fking unlucky. I want to say it was the wrong time but I feel like it wasn't. It was eventually going to happen with the way he was thinking. He is a good guy but like... Some action led to disasterous consequences and he should have known better than to keep her in the mortal realm instead of the Nine Heavens. If she was in heaven, she would have been still mad but she would have been safe.
Oh my god. Previously, people were wondering why there was much focus on the grandson of that old man. It turns out the person who was there for her when she needed him the most, wasn’t her husband but Meng Chi. Like he was there through thick and thin and did everything to protect despite his limited power.
To me, HRY isn’t a villain because she’s not acting with malicious intent. She's what they call an anti-hero…
Actually, our comments are pretty similar. I meant she is the villain of the show because she is the only active antagonists in the story. But yes, anti-hero seems the perfect name for her.
Hua Ru Yue might be one of the top female characters of the year. I love me a girl who is treading the villain "of the show" but actually is the hero. She is COMMITTED to ruining his life. She is not letting no small apologies, small redemption or even small acts of love get in the way. That one decision that ruined her life, she is giving it back hundredfold. She doesn't give a fuck!
I just watched the recent episode and I knew Long Yuan was getting feasted on in the comments and lo and behold, y'all on his ass again 🤣 I'm laughing. It's funny because I don't hate him. He is just loyal and take initiatives that NOBODY asked from him. In a way, I get it, she is the enemy in his eyes and he is ready to take her down. I feel like Bai Jiusi did a shit job in giving the order. BJS believes if he doesn't tell them anything except a command that doesn't make sense, they going to listen. He knows his reasons for holding back, isn't a good reason but whatever he is doing isn't great either. I can't believe I'm saying this but Bai Jiusi is the worst leader for sure.
Anyway, that's why Li Mo is great. He doesn't cross any lines because he is waiting to get the full picture instead of jumping the gun. They should have made him in charge.
