My girl is a fast learner. Heard him say, "Deceivers don't rely on lies." And run with it. Even took a page from his notebook from how he escalated the fire to deceive his enemies. They twinning.
Oh my god... A morally grey man who is dangerous and is a single FATHER??? And he have a daughter? And it's going to be enemies to lovers? All the great recipes in one.
On the other hand, we also have a interesting toxic, disastrous recipe because what do you mean the oldest sister married him, have a daughter with him but she passed away. Now promised sister he was supposed to marry returned but the youngest sister is in love with him??? Messy family affairs 🙏 got all the sisters somehow.
The romance part was perfect in this drama! (it's the best I've seen so far! :)
It's really good. I would say the female lead is falling a a little bit short in comparison. The male lead is the one initiating 90% of the affection. But still better than most. I can't think of a romantic couple that came close on the top of my head right now.
🙌 I sign up to every word you say , Above all very realistic - it was the perfect portrait of the couple who…
Exactly. Like these little signs you never see them in other dramas. The love language is usually a kiss on the lips or sacrificing their lives for the lover. So having this mix of bags is refreshing. They feel like a real couple.
What I like about this drama have to be the romance. Usually, fans overreact over like one kiss scene and act like it's the best thing. In here, it's very cute because it's more than just the kiss on the lips. She kisses his cheek, he kisses her hands, he holds her near him, she hug him, he searches for the affections, like it's cute and unexpected. I feel like romance dramas should have these little scenes.
liked the show a lot of but i felt like the nanwu storyline fell short and we barley even saw how it got developed…
Agree. The Nanwu played such a critical role at the start just for it to barely be there? Not only that, but also the past life. They didn't utilise that plotline that well. This series definitely fall short and the relationship between the main leads is the strongest suit so far.
"Which flirhy hand did you touch her with? I don't hit women. Do it yourself."
AHHH? He was quick with it and then was a little clingy about it, not acknowledge his mom as his mom. I love how straightforward they both are. They are not here for a detoured bullshit nonsense the family are into, everything is so clear.
Coward. Coward husband. He should have let her drink it. Can't believe he went soft as if he didn't know the terror she was doing to other people for years.
So far it's okay. It's clear they are setting up the storylines currently so I have no deep feelings about it. I do have to say, what caught my interest was the male lead. I thought he was going to be righteous justice type of guy that wants to crack the case down. So far it seems that is the case except I didn't expect him to be morally grey. He is not a green flag, he is a black flag. I'm curious to see how this will unfold.
OMG? THE FLOWER SCENE? They didn't need to go all out on that because why was that so romantic despite nothing happening? His confidence to just walk there and flaunt it to everyone. 10/10 romantic scene.
I want a man to trust me the way You trust Jiang Si. Ji was literally in a human trafficking den, telling him she needs to be bait and he was like, okay???? The amount trust he has in her AND HIMSELF to just let be bait while so they can catch criminals. Like the confidence. Too bad the show is very fast paced that I heard many people didn't like it.
For me when he held her hand in ep 31 in the first 5 minutes and kissed each of her hands...

This family is mentally ill ❤️
