Ah. I think the info listed on MDL is what's confusing everyone. This series only has a total of 10 episodes: 9 regular and 1 special.

MyDramaList somehow has incorrect information, which is being republished all over the internet, that states: "In total, there are 11 episodes of FAKE FACT LIPS, including the main series and the special episode." This information is incorrect.

I just watched episode 10; so, it's definitely been released.

My eyes couldn't believe the monstrosity they were gazing upon. Those shorts were hella terrible!

I eventually continued watching for the cat. 😅

Night Flight is definitely more realistic.

I'm glad that it's canon that Si Eun and Su Ho have a deeper bond than platonic friendship. Not that there's anything missing in a deep platonic bond, but for those two, the eyes show far more than, "That's my bro," vibes.

Granted, WEAK HERO's violence is filmed in a more PG manner, but I wouldn't say it's less violent. One character gets his brain smashed in and ends up in a coma. Also, there are subtle nods to there being a queer bond between Si Eun and Su Ho.

So, am I the only one who noticed that the series WEAK HERO is essentially a bromance version of this movie?

i agree. It was evident in My Stand-In, and now it's glaringly obvious that Poom is an actor while Up is acting. Poom transform into his character-- physical mannerisms, speech pattern, even his eyes. Up's failing to measure up, unfortunately.

Li Tong is depicting Cheng Yi Chen exactly as I imagined the character in the novels. The character's lack of backbone and far too often open acceptance of Lu Teng's actions will never not be unsettling.

Just know that there are 3 novels in total. Most people stop at the end of the 2nd novel. The ending of the story is unambiguous.

It was rape. Being unwilling emotionally, yet having the body's ability to feel please, even in such a moment, be used as an indication that a person isn't being raped, is misinformed.

Really? To me, it was evident that Pa Rang and Tae Min were the better match. They suited each other in personality and intensity. They both suffered a similar emotional breakdown-- one characterized by them losing their ability to do what they love (Pa Rang with diving and Tae Min with swimming), something they not only have a natural aptitude for but that they'd found solace in and dedicated their lives to (neither were familiar with regular hobbies, as their lives had been fully focused on their sports). Neither of them resented others for being better than they were while they, themselves, were struggling. Tae Min took joy with just attending practice and Pa Rang, while drowning in grief and depression, still reached out to help Tae Min.

While Yu Bin was sweet, but his misplaced belief that he SHOULD be better at swimming and that Pa Rang should choose him because he tried his best wasn't a very attractive character trait. Neither life nor love works that way. He was a good friend, though, because he spotted that something was deeply disturbing about Pa Rang's behavior and went, immediately, to the person he knew could likely pull Pa Rang from the brink.

Tae Min loved Pa Rang back to life-- even made it clear that he would jump, as well, if Pa Rang did. He meant it, too, as he'd already proven that despite being terrified of being in the pool (and drowning earlier when Pa Rang pulled him into the pool), he hadn't hesitated to swim to save Pa Rang's life. His love for Pa Rang was the real deal and he refused to let him go.

Yu Min supported Pa Rang back to life-- as good friends do. He wasn't meant to be his life partner, but that's not a bad thing.

We all need as much human support in life as we can get, whether they be partners, friends, parents, or any others that show up. Pa Rang's father failed him during his time of great grief, but he must have had a angel watching over him, because he got two precious people who appeared right in the nick of time and, eventually, his relationship with his father will heal.

Beautiful drama.

This was so much better than many of the comments made it out to be. Yes, it's jumbled, but so are Ha Neul's memories. They're all jumbled up in his mind, which had been protecting him from guilt which was never his to carry. Sae Byeok's enduring love was beautiful to witness. From the beginning, he desired Ha Neul's presence and love above all things and, in the end, that's what brought Ha Neul fully back to himself-- the pain, the loving connection and the clarity.

Also, the cinematography was STELLAR.

Great job, all around, everyone.
