I watched this because Jerry Yan was the only thing I liked about Hot Shot, so I wanted to see more of him, and because I really liked Ella in Hana Kimi. The show started out really cute and watching the relationships develop was fun, but about half way through everything just crashed. It became too love-triangly and melodramatic and I found myself really irritated with the secondary characters. If the second half were more up to snuff with the first, I would've really loved this series. Still, Jerry and Ella did a really good job, so it's worth watching once if you're fans of them.

It started out really well. I thought it was funny, the story was interesting, and I liked the characters. But somewhere in the middle it got sort of cheesy, repetitive, and a bit too serious. I still finished it cause I cared enough about the characters to want to see what happened to them, and I also I liked seeing all the fancy food. The ending was pretty disappointing, though. Vague and a bit silly. It needs a second season or a special to end it better, but unless it was more like the first half of the season, I probably wouldn't watch it.

This was defnitely a light and fluffy show. Nothing deep but lots of cute. The storyline was a bit confusing and pretty rushed towards the end, but the little character moments made up for it. I loved most of the characters. Pan Da Yang got on my nerves quite a bit, but everyone else was pretty good and I thought Won Yi and Seung Ji were really good. The show also had lots of good funny moments (especially bromance moments) and some surprisingly touching moments. And I loved all the cakes and desserts!

So, basically, even though I didn't really like the plot, the funny characters and tasty cakes kept me going. ^_^

I really liked this show. It was a really nice break after watching so many depressing dramas. I think this is the funniest Korean drama I've watched!

I really liked the story even though it was pretty predictable. It was refreshing because of the humorous way they did it. I only wish they kept up the humor throughout. The series got a little more serious towards the end and that slowed things down a bit. That's really my only complaint with this show.

I thought all the actors did really well, both the main and supporting cast. They were all really funny and I especially liked the hilarious rivalry between Ji Heon and Moo Won! Yay cousin bromance catfights!! ^_^

Overall, Protect the Boss is one of the best lightweight Korean rom-coms I've watched.

I watched this for Kame, and he did a pretty good job, but not good enough to make up for everything else. The plot, effects, and most of the characters were just way too cheesy. I didn't feel emotionally attached to any of it and most of the time when plot points got revealed it was like "Oh... that's it?" And I really didn't like the ending. On an up note, I thought Kame, Anne, and the little boy did a pretty good job with what they had. Their interactions were what kept me going through the end.

I finally decided to watch this after hearing so much about it, and overall I'm really glad I did. I enjoyed it a lot. It wasn't perfect, but it was still really good.

Well, let's get the imperfections out of the way first, shall we? Then we can end on an upper. ^_^ I think the main problem was that the plot didn't live up to its potential. It had so many chances to be unique, but then it would fall back onto the same old k-drama cliches. I was also disappointed that the fantasy element was underused. It could've driven the plot instead of mostly being used for laughs. And in the end there were a lot of loose ends that were tied up without really being resolved. Those were the things that bugged me.

Then why did I still give Secret Garden a 9? Because everything else about it was AMAZING! The scenery, cinematography, costumes, action scenes, and people were all really beautiful. The dialogue was well written and well performed, especially the funny bits. But the main thing that was amazing about this show was the cast. SO GOOD! I've never watched Hyun Bin or Ha Ji Won in anything else, but watching this really makes me want to. They did an amazing job with their characters and also with playing eachother during the body swaps. And their chemistry was INCREDBLE! Some of the best I've seen in a k-drama. Those two totally made the show for me. The supporting cast was also amazing. I've seen a lot of the actors before (Lee Philip in Faith, Jang Seo Won in Heartstrings, Yoo In Na in Queen In Hyun's Man, Kim Sung Oh in Midas) so it was lots of fun to see them in this. Everyone played their parts really well and were really funny. An amazing k-drama cast.

So, although Secret Garden was perfect and didn't quite live up to its potential, I still really enjoyed it. Definitely in my top 10. ^_^

I almost gave up on this show after the first episode, but after seeing cute parts in fanvideos, I decided to give it another go. And I'm glad I did. This show was really cute. I still like HYD way better, but Boys Before Flowers is unique enough to be worth watching. The acting isn't as good (it's pretty much either really stiff or really exaggerated) but I still got to like the characters. The biggest plus about this show is that it has lots of eye candy. Pretty costumes, pretty scenery, pretty boys. So basically it's cute, it's funny, it's eye candy. Definitely worth watching once.

I love both the Japanese and Taiwanese versions of Hana Kimi, so at first I wasn't going to watch To the Beautiful You. I'm glad I did, though. It was a pleasant surprise. They added enough unique twists on the original story that it kept me interested. It was visually really nice, too. Lots of eye candy. Kind of light and fluffy, but I still really looked forward to watching it each week.

I really liked the cast. I liked that they're closer to actual high school age, so they play that teenage awkward-cutesy-angsty-ness really well. I pretty much fell in love with Tae Joon and all the supporting guys were really awesome, too. Jae Hee bugged me a bit, especially towards the end, but not enough to ruin things. Oh, and let's not forget the cutest guy in the whole show: SANGCHU! ^_^ I also liked the music, especially the theme song Stand Up.

My biggest complaint about this show is that it lacks the ensemble feel that the other versions have (especially the Japanese version). The supporting guys were definitely underused, especially those from the other two dorms. Kinda sad. I also thought the ending was a bit anticlimactic, but it's not like the other two versions had super-duper endings either.

So, really just small complaints. A very good show. ^_^

This is my new favorite drama! It's the only show that I've had the patience to watch before subs came out.

I thought the story was brilliant. It was interesting, unique, and had me coming back for more. The acting was really good. The leads had amazing chemistry and all the supporting roles were well done, too. There was a really nice balance between the historical and modern scenes. And of course the kissing scenes were AMAZING! ^_^

I guess the only thing that I can complain about is that the story got a tiny bit drawn out at the end. But not enough to really bug me. Still my favorite drama and I highly recommend it.

I watched this for Wu Chun and he's the ony thing that kept me going till the end. It was really cheesy and I found most of the characters irritating. (Wu Chun and Calvin were okay.) I didn't sympathize with the main girl and the plot twists didn't do anything for me. There are a few cute and funny moments, but they were few and far between. Worth watching once if you're a Wu Chun or a Calvin fan.

First off I have to say that I wasn't all disappointed with the ending like everyone seems to be. Sure, it was vague, but not so much that it needs a second season or anything. I kinda liked the ending.

I rather liked City Hunter. The story was interesting, even if it was a bit slow sometimes and a little unbalanced between the action and romance. Lee Min Ho isn't the best actor in the world, but his eye candy-ness definitely makes up for it. All the supporting cast did really well. I especially liked Lee Joon Hyuk as Prosecuter Kim Young Joo. The music was really good. I was on the edge of my seat in a lot of parts, yelling at the screen "No! Don't die!" and such.

So, even if it's not the best drama in the world, it's definitely in my top ten.

I have this on DVD so that shows how much I like it. It's a really great sequel, even better than the first part I'd say. (But that may just be because MatsuJun has better hair in this one... Kidding!) All the characters were still amazing and kept developing and getting even better. And there were some new characters that were really great too. There were new obstacles that popped up without being irritating or overly dramatic. Overall, a great continuation of an amazing series!

I didn't like this part as much as the rest of the series. I felt like the plot was really random and a bit pointless, but the amazing actors were still able to pull it off. The best thing about it is the ending and the nice way it wraps everything up. Not as good as the rest, but still definitely worth watching.

For some reason I just couldn't get into this movie. Even though it's not as long as a series, it took me way longer to finish it.

I felt it started off really slow and everything was kinda slow-paced and dreamlike. I just couldn't get into it. The acting was okay but it was kinda either over-the-top or bland, no balance in the middle.

The visuals were all really pretty and it got better towards the end. I actually really liked the ending. But that's all I liked about it. Kinda a disappointment.

Really cheesy and silly, but it's that way on purpose. I like the exaggerated characters they came up with for the DBSK boys. Changmin especially is really funny. It makes up for any lack of acting skills. You can tell they just had fun with it. A good show to watch if you're a fan, especially a Yunho fan.
