Meh. Disagree. The film was much better BEFORE the twist came along and ruined it. The conceit that the author…
Oh, I'm sorry...did I write anywhere above that you were not entitled to your opinion? That is always such a lame comment, whoever makes it. Does each of us actually have to write "this is just my opinion, but..." before writing our opinion? You know it's my opinion because I, you know, WROTE it, so who else's would it be?

I wrote "lol" twice, not a "bunch of times," but I guess they really bothered you or something. lol means I'm laughing at your words, right? Well, I was.

Title Pluto Spoiler
If the MC was so disturbed by the behavior of the assholes in the top ten, why did he so casually agree to set up Yoo Jin to be killed? I mean, like actually murdered and shit? So what if they had his mom's biz card? He was afraid they'd hurt her? All he had to do was call the cops asap, expose the brats and the school for what it was and what had gone on, and his mom would be instantly protected. But no, better to set up your friend to be clubbed to death while you mope around behind the school building like a 12 year-old. But then, I guess, we wouldn't have gotten to have the big, dramatic hostages and bomb in the basement climax and all...

The long shot at the end of the torture chamber corridor, undamaged, did make me think maybe there was NO exposion after all. He could easily have put out the fuse at any time and those bottles could have been full of tap water. It would have been ever MORE fun for him to expose the brats as murderers and bullies, destroy their lives, and THEN watch them piss and shit their pants as the fuse sparkles its way right up to their belts and...fizzles out. lol

THAT's the ending I would have written. Guess I just did.

Great takeaway message but a somewhat disappointing plot. I was moved more by the ending credits-- which shows…
Yeah, I actually got a little bored when I should have most been on the edge of my seat. The ending creds visuals should have gone on a lot longer.

Oh deetsy, what an original comment. I have stated a number of times that I continue to watch this on FF, stopping to watch scenes that look like they may be worthwhile, or in which Ohm's bare legs and/or torso are featured. Is that OK with you?

Title I Saw the Devil Spoiler
You are one sick motherfucker.
Do I really have to explain this? Here we have yet ANOTHER disgustingly gory Korean film in which yet another 20 or 30 (that's an exaggeration for dramatic purposes) helpless women (women, they are always women) will be stripped naked (naked, they are always naked) for the visual enjoyment of the straight male audience and then butchered like dumb animals for the titillation of disturbed men like you. The best I can hope for is that being able to see shit, and it IS shit, like this keeps psychos such as yourself from roaming the streets looking to inflict this kind of thing on women for real.

I've watched plenty of thrillers, but it doesn't take long for a deeply twisted flick like this, borne of twisted minds and a thirst for blood, to show its colors. This one did so in the first 12 minutes with its naked female victim, already sliced, diced and beaten, stripped naked and ready to die. Did that little extra touch-her plea for the life of her unborn child-get you all the way to climax, or did it take the actual bashing in of her face with a mallet to accomplish that?

I couldn't disagree more about Ohm anche Nanon's chemistry. I think they have some of the best romantic chemistry…
Then you must be 2 years old.

So I entirely disagree with you. The show is crap. Saying ahead of time "my show is going to be unoriginal, repetitive, predictable crap" does not prevent it from being crap. This director is a disaster. The show is first among current BLs right now because what little else new that's out there is even worse, in fact god-awful.

?? Did I read that right???? Nanon shirtless scene literally happened in both the first and the second episode…
OK, let me specify: Has there been a scene in which Nanon was shown shirtless in anywhere near the same detail or for length of time as Ohm? No. No, there hasn't been. There are obvious reasons why they show us so much Ohm shirtless. Nanon is the opposite of that. But I think you already knew that. It matters as much as anything else about the choices a director makes.

The kind of chemistry I'm talking about is naturally occurring in or between some actors and not others. It doesn't take a paragraph to explain; it just IS. If you think these two have it, fine. I don't.

If you don't know what the "IT" factor is , then you don't follow the entertainment biz. Google it. Nanon does not, and never will, have the IT factor, because it can't be learned. You either have it or you don't.

I don't care; be as harsh as you want. Your choice to be aggravated or not. The fact that you ARE aggravated only points to your own biased views. Otherwise, why would you care if some rando dude on the Internet doesn't agree with you. This is a professional production where people get paid. It's not a high school play where we have to take care of peoples' feelings regardless of their performance. So: I disagree with you about OHM/NANON 100%. Nothing this director does gets the benefit of the doubt from me. He's terrible. Nothing like announcing ahead of time "My new show is going to be ground-breaking and new in its complete lack of anything ground-breaking and new. This is what will make it so great" to prevent people from expecting ANYTHING. For the most part, that strategy appears to have worked. But not on me.

Don't be sorry. I don't care.

As you know, there are PLENTY of fake prop guns available that do not LOOK like fake prop guns. Mickey is the actor with the ears that stick out.

OK, a lot of the hate-flirting is cute as hell, but my god, 20 times per ep is a bit much.
The plastic gun was cute. Why do these things always have the feel of a high school play?
Ohm, his cuteness, charisma, sense of humor, acting skills and self-confidence totally carry this show.
Nanon must not work out. We have yet to see him shirtless.
Love that the homophobe dad is going to end up with a gay son AND gay daughter.
Mickey Mouse is much cuter when his character is not being a dick.
I get what they were trying to do with the "gay" as opposed to the "I'm only gay for HIM" thing, but it was a bit heavy-handed, as was the lecture from Pan on not calling him a "wife." It would be a lot more effective and fun to work these sorts of things INTO the banter or the story rather than giving us a Filipino-style, rainbow-flags, on-the-dot dialogue bit pointing things out precisely. The script should have had Pan just start calling Pat "wife," "housewife," "wifey," etc. and let us see and hear his reaction to what he was dishing out himself.
I have to admit, though, I laughed out loud when Pat referred to Pan as his "housewife" while talking to the ears dude.
Love that ears keeps checking in with Pat to see if he and Pan have "done it" yet. This is SO realistic and totally guy-like, gay OR straight. Trust me on this. Another thing that makes me laugh.
I wish the director would quit having his actors STOP talking and exchange meaningful glances at the end of scenes while the camera holds steady for a pause. Likewise, the pauses between dialogue are annoying and amateurish.
I don't know what it is, but I still don't buy Nanon as Ohm's equal in charisma and the alleged chemistry others claim to feel between these two is very one-sided. It's really just the extra IT-factor that some actors have radiating from Ohm, bouncing off of Nanon and back to Ohm again. In other words he's carrying the show to the extent that he is providing BOTH sides of the MC's chemistry. lol
I do want to say that Nanon was hysterically funny and spot-on as the nerd in that "My Beloved Nerd" or whatever it was called.

This movie was brilliant and just deeply profound on many levels. There's a plot-twist that makes the whole thing…
Meh. Disagree. The film was much better BEFORE the twist came along and ruined it. The conceit that the author ALSO plays the character is more than a bit much. It's not all spelled out because it doesn't make sense and it doesn't work on a LOT of levels. There's nothing here that hasn't been said before more artfully, using black and white doesn't equal ART. lol WHICH ending scene? Out on the bridge overpass where dude's girfriend still wearing the same clothes, happens to be taking a 6am stroll?

"Brilliant." lol

7.4/10 is about right, though I gave it a 6.5/10.

I like that interpretation and it occurred to me too, but such little attention was directed that way that I'm far from sure. Would he really just go "oh, OK, that's cool. Go ahead, I won't say anything." And just sit there in his seat when that happened? If true, they sure gave it an off the cuff, slight treatment. I'm starting to laugh when I should probably cry at 20 year-old Asian characters who ultra-casually announce that intention and the people they tell are so low key, like OK, well...go ahead I guess. It's actually called mental illness and depression, nothing glamorous about it.
