I loved this film. He could not have come out of nowhere. He has probably been writing and doing Assistant directing and producing. This film shows experience. How else could he have gotten such a wonderful cast? BTW I am not a lover of zombies and horror films. I love Kim Nam Gil. His work exposes me to great story telling. I am not always comfortable but I am entertained.
I just watched the first episode on Watchasian.tv It s laugh out loud funny and exciting. This is going to be a fun ride. Everything else this season has been a do-over or a dud. How could this show have been passed up by Viki? Idiots. Lately I see more Cdrama offered and coming up soon than Kdrama. I'd like some Jdrama too.
Congratulations for KOrea Drama award for his role in Fiery Priest. I have to admit I watched the show for Kim Nam Gil (who should have been nominated for his role). but i stayed for the great actors who surrounded him.
Congratulations on his 2019 Korea Drama award. Truly deserved. The character in Fiery Priest was brilliantly portrayed. I thought that was his real life voice and was surprised when i saw him in another role.
I could not get all the way through to the end. Or if I did, it was not memorable. Lee Joon Gi is so frail looking that I could not believe he had the strength to fight anything except a stuffed animal. He is no longer attractive and there was no chemistry between the leads.
Lee Sun Gyun, Kim Nam Gil, Lee Sang Yeob, Kim Min Sik, and Go Kyu Pil are confirmed to be preparing for a new tvN variety show!
“Siberian Advance Party” (literal translation) is set to air in the second half of the year and will follow a group of close friends as they travel along the Trans-Siberian Railway, which is on the bucket list of many travelers. Anticipation is rising for the group as they’re actual friends and an interesting combination of people who haven’t been seen on variety shows.
They tell us over and over that the couple are the same age. Even stating that he is more mature than her. I liked the story in that it was a different cultural problem than one here in the US. It was the same awful music style and singers as SITR. Even the cast was recast in different characters. Its like they had left over drab clothes and music and no one else had anything planned so they wrote another drama around the leftovers. Netflix got robbed on this one.
I wanted to like this film. Jo In Sung was ok. Nam Joo Hyuk was horrible. I saw him recently in a drama series and he underacted. This movie he overacted. Someone send him to an acting coach. And he's not a very good Water God either. Cute boy but lacks talent. I can think of a dozen other actors who could have filled the role and done it very well.
If you ever look for something good to watch, run a search for Kim Won Hae. He is making great choices. His character is guaranteed to improve the overall quality of the series or film.
I just want to say that i recognized the production componants to be the same as Something in the Rain. The best difference is that the music is not overly loud and intrusive. I loved something in the rain but its major flaw was the overly inserted and loud made me glad i could turn down the sound and watch the dialogue.
This just showed up in my Amazon Prime. I watched it on my Fire Stick. It was not rated very high and I didnt know who was in it. But I gave it a try. WELL WORTH IT! Some great acting performances and story lines . The children were great little actors.
This was a pleasant surprise and worth a second watch. I dont like those serious scary zombie movies except for train to busan because I love Gong Yoo. I loved Kim Nam Gil. I loved the whole cast. I had just seen Jung Jae-young in Partners for Justice so I thought the film would be serious. I am so glad I went out of my comfort zone.
