OK I heard about Hot Stove League, seems like it is a classic, I was planning to watch it.
Recently there was Winning Try with another ML who imo is a great actor, I really like his dramas.
i just checked Our Movie, I did try watching that!!! and quit, it was soooo boring... Yeah that style of "subtle slow" acting - no thanks. Boring :)

The Husband is the first time I saw Namkoong Min, so based on this drama and Our Movie, I am not his fan :) .

The 3 villains were excellent, it was interesting to watch them
ML and FL did not change.... That made me feel frustrated and I stopped watching when they met again and it looked / felt just like before. It was slightly more flirty and she smirked a little more and his eyes shone a little more but it was soooooo ... under the radar ... soooooo LITTLE ... and I instantly quit watching them. The entire drama had TWO scenes where she cares about him and he is a piece of cement, and that last scene where they kinda sorta barely smile at each other. YUCK. The romance tag here is a scam

What happened? ML is such an amazing actor

Someone wrote that ML actor here is famous for his psychopath/villain roles. This drama is the first time I saw this actor, so I dont know. But for sure, he was acting a neurosurgeon here very inappropriately, AS IF the surgeon were a psychopath or mentally disabled somehow.
The lips on the actor show that he often uses negative faces in his personal life.... one side of the lips is dragged down from pouting.... - but still....

ML ACTOR CAN BE FANTASTICALLY CHARMING, there was a scene in ep 12 when he has his own office and HE SMILES - he has a genuinely nice smile - very few actors actually know to smile!!!! This dude is a charmer!

so really, ML ACTOR SHOULD BE IN SOME ROMANCE DRAMA AS A SWEET SMILEY AFFECTIONATE GUY. Sure you can mix and match his "psychopath roles" resume and he could be a sweet and smiling affectionate romance - con artist, swindler, gigolo, criminal who charms women... whatever... but he gotta show that charming smile and affection. He is good at it.

This role was terrible bc we never really SAW him, the acting was too subtle and honestly, imo this actor is intelligent and it was a waste of his acting skills. I understand why Princess Hours ML was so poker faced - that actor seems lie a very crude person and just canNOT express a range of emotions - his eyes are DULL - but this actor seems like a very lively intelligent person, he has sparkley eyes, and I am sure he CAN do a lot more than a poker face or a few subtle expressions

The drama does start with a typical sexist FL character - loser - which made me not want to watch it :) so I have been pausing this since ep 2...

I DO want to watch a "good woman" as the main character, but I dont want to watch a STUPID good woman who just gets hauled over and maimed by some psychos...

- and YAY it is hopefully continuing - so this drama is already very interesting and might turn really super extra interesting!!!!!! The move to make FL stand on her two own feet and like turning a pawn into a queen on the chessboard - suddenly the game is sooooo much more complex complicated and interesting, sooooo many more possible moves ...

IT IS IMPROVING, I am willing to be SOMEWHAT PATIENT AND PERSISTENTLY KEEP WORKING ON ERADICATING THIS..... which might also help Korean low birth rate too :)

So I hope GR standing up ONCE is not the last time in this drama.. I hope it is a permanent change :) At least, others have to do the laundry too. They need a list of who is on duty for what chores.

I am wondering how the kiddo actor knows all his lines? For a small actor like that, he says soooo many long lines... his role is very complex and demanding

Omg so the loser GR was doing laundry for the entire house... still!!!! and only HandsomeTwin sometimes ran the washer... Wowwwww GR the loser!!!! Dad in the house, GR acting as the big mom taking care of a bunch of kids... Wow GR the loser...

so ... I was even more (pleasantly) surprised when she cut off the Fox in ep 6. Yay go GR! Suddenly I turned into a fan of this drama. FL has enough spine to make it INTERESTING. I am seated and watching! Yay!

here the romance is driven by more-good-than-bad girl HaRi. The ML is still a gangster. Until he willingly decides to give it up... there will be no progress. His romantic feelings for HR are all swept under the rug

100% agree he is an amazing actor, so expressive. I have never seen him before and am adding him to my fav actors list. Will check those 2 dramas you guys recommended
