i keep saying that :) I was studying MJ actor. His shoulders and neck are so cemented, moving like a block, and so his whole torso and breathing system is cemented so he cannot speak from his core so his voice sounds feeble and strange. That dude is totally shut down STIFF

So yeah at this point we are watching to see IF it is possible to get worse - and it is apparently possible. We are just fast forwarding to see the end of ep 140 and be DONE with this

HOW THE HECK CAN THIS WRITER LEAVE PRACTICALLY ALL CHARACTERS THE SAME from ep 1 to now. How can the writer leave the main characters the same????? so how are they qualified to be main characters if they have not transformed at all since ep 1... ?????

This is mind boggling to see a major network do this kind of script, and esp after Woman Who Swallowed the Sun fiasco... Well actually First Man is a slight improvement, but not a real drama yet

This is only ep 55 there are 45 or 65 eps left? So clearly G and EA are gonna have some rough seas ahead...

this is more like a QUALITY family drama in 30 min dosage

we know nothing about G's mom, nor how his dad died. We all suspect Chairman or his driver ran him over.
So Chairman brought G home and asked his bio son Dai Chi to raise G as if he were his son - but ... Dai Chi, Crystal and MH all were dissing G and definitely hate the idea that G could inherit anything, so ... G left to the USA and was gone for like ... 15 years? or 10 years? and came back recently ONLY bc Chairman called him back bc the Chairman is dying. So the Chairman organized the competition to determine who will inherit the company. DaiChi/Crystal/MH are all dissing G bc they want the company...
Plus..
for all those years, SR was pining after G..... and is seriously pursuing him now and "suffering" bc he keeps rejecting her.. and so MH is after G bc MH is "protecting" SR... ... plus the company competition...
So.... G wants to bail out and just go back to the USA where he has a full life in NYC. ALTHOUGH he was seducing EA for a while, and he knows he likes her.... He is a push-pull flakey unreliable dude so far.... he didnt still tell EA that he is adopted and that his dad died after they met the first time

He still might leave ... but he will surely come back lmao OR EA will go to NYC but .... Seems like it is better for them to stay in Korea

Now the next question is, when will G bail on EA again lmao He kissed her today and confessed, tomorrow he is gonna take it back...

ep 68 is terrible, took 5 mins to watch it on fast forward
So it is 2 young male dogs chasing 1 female dog and doing whatever they can think of to get ahead. And FL (Chloe) is a chronic liar and cheater.

Yeah I agree that he can feel but I am also saying he doesnt know WHAT the stuff he feels means lmao so he is confused, does not understand what he is feeling, and doesnt act on it.

The fact that he is feeling it doesnt mean anything bc he is oppressing his feelings and trying to back out

Sure he cares but as you said, he doesnt commit, so by definition it is not love :) it is just kindness of a stranger passing by

RELAX, MAN!!!!! Relax s that your voice will come from your core and be deeper. Relax your face and your body. RELAX.
and then ... HAVE FUN. MJ is an anxious person but he should not be totally bananas hyper like an Energizer bunny on steroids plus stiff. Make MJ be realistic and alive.
If MJ was really like it is acted in the drama, MJ would have been dead already from a hart attack, thyroid and adrenal exhaustion, and the actor might be too.....

Goal #1: be a better actor than Jun Ho actor from First Man. That actor is quite terrible so it shouldnt be difficult to outdo him. Dont let anyone say that that actor is better.

MJ actor does act some with his eyes, but the face and the body have to be acting too. His shoulders and neck are one piece of cement now and need to move a lot more fluidly.
He either looks like a super tight anxious person who is just about to faint from hyperventilation, like someone who just ran into an ER in total panic and can barely breathe and speak. OR like Wizard of Oz, blazing eyes behind a poker face.
Step on it, dude, make it happen. RELAX. let yourself breathe and let the voice come out from the core. Acting is not rocket science and certainly you can do it if you try properly. But please TRY.

I guess to be an actor, a person has to leave their pride aside and be silly, be sad, be happy, etc in front of many people. Acting is the act of self humiliation in some ways. So overcome it and let the people SEE YOU. Acting is not modeling. In modeling, the model stays cemented with a certain mask and has to look cool and composed and in control at all times, like a person superior than the audience. In acting, the actor FALLS APART IN VARIOUS EMOTIONS. IN PUBLIC. That's what acting is about. Models can NEVER do that. Actors must.

Every time I check the map and see S Korea sitting in the MIDDLE of China, with N Korea right above, Japan and Russia nearby .... I get beejeses ... how are those ppl even surviving without nervous breakdowns... sleeping at night?? when they are surrounded with pretty nasty superpowers.....
S Korea is quite special, isnt it.

Ah finally someone puts French cooking where it belongs - in France.
Korean food is amazing, so nutritious and healthy and yummy, produces lean and healthy ppl, and I am glad the drama got to celebrate it.
Imo the real French cooking is the French village cooking. and that ... resembles Korean food in so many ways... all kinds of stews and soups, lots of veggies.... and that is the kind of stuff good to eat.... and is NOT served in French restaurants bc it is "too plain" lmao . The French restaurant stuff shown in this drama is for the show lmao Those pastries look like they are gonna clog your intestines in an instant. That's why French eat so little of that "French cooking"

I got tired of kdramas peddling foreign stuff. it is ironic that both in kdramas and cdramas the military had to step in to remind ppl of their roots :) But someone had to stop some French restaurant or fried chicken, sandwich or whiskey shop etc sponsoring a product placement ... (in cdamas, the military reminded ppl that men shouldnt wear too much makeup i.e. look like anorexic teenage girls with tons of makeup on. Right on, Chinese military!)

So the proper salute to Korean food and the fact we learned to cook rice properly and to assemble a Korean dish is enough to make me feel satisfied, pun intended.

KSJ got his lady - and he was a lot more ... suave and experienced than real KSJ should have been lmao
and it all ended well, with an entry to Season 2. Yay.

But I think the next step is to have that KANGLIN COOKBOOK with recipes in digital form with all the scenes from the drama. This drama was a miniature cooking class. I am interested only in the Korean recipes :)

He is a dinosaur, just like FL's grandma. If they are not going to go extinct asap, then...
he and grandma should date and take off to live in a nice sunny warm place..... LA Koreatown, Sidney, Thailand, Malasia, Vietnam - and leave their families alone :)

but he gave money to SR, to Aunt, etc he supported FL's dad, etc he is not entirely bad character.
Also, he likes FL's grandma and I was pretty sure those two will start dating

I replied "exactly" to just "As if the military is a vacation with 5-star food service". I was too lazy to disagree with the previous sentence on its own. I took the two sentences together to mean "MILITARY SHOULD NOT REQUIRE 5-STAR FOOD SERVICE"

So ok based on your comment, I will change my reply and clarify the "exactly"
