i liked ep 1 a lot, it was funny and dynamic, and had an interesting plot too, and I like ML and FL. Esp FL is great, great script and great actress.
I LOVE THE SCENE when she dumps her boyfriend. That scene told everything about her.

The ONLY thing I disliked is making ML look serious. It is an old kdrama trope of "tsundere" that just did NOT fit that actor. He had difficulty pretending. Bc it was not natural :) and I am so glad!!!! Indeed, the drama should have left ML natural and not forced him to be tsundere . Also, i want to see his eyes. Get that hair out of his eyes.

When you wrote: "Baek Ho is super selfish without an once of empathy. He does not deserve anything going his way." - you meant Jun Ho? Yeah, he is evil. He has some decency but his nature is cruel, he grabs whoever *he* wants even if he is told NO.

Baek Ho is the only truly positive and worthy character in this drama, and I root for him. His exemplary nature is shown when he did not hit JH back

I liked BH-JM romance before and thought it was ok. How come you didnt see it?
I also want BH to be happy and honestly I am not sure if JM will do. She seems so sh.tty, so cruel and careless to him, so dumb and reckless, such a BURDEN to him, that I cannot imagine how she will be a good wife to him...

JM did sooo much bad to BH - did you see post where I counted it all ? JM messed up, did not tell the Chairman, and then threw BH, his brother, and SR under the bus. JM is super selfish and immature. CAN BH FIND A BETTER WIFE?

As for lipstick: there was a scene in an earlier episode where SY wants to apply the lipstick, then she thinks - ah SR wears too bright reds, it is not appropriate for me, I will put another color - and she closes the lid.
This time she was going for that RED lipstick bc she was going to the store to seduce TP :) but Chairman caught her so she could get out of the house with red lipstick on :)

I also think it is better to stop that wedding and stop JM and JH creating super bad karma. Stopping the wedding for their own good.

For Baek Ho - I really liked the love between him and JM. I was rooting for them. However, JM backstabbed BH and I dont want her even close to him anymore. I want her OUT. And I want BH to fall in love with a new good, honest and loyal woman who cherishes him, so that he and she can live happily ever after.

Most likely, BH will take JM back, but I think that is trash script. JM IS TRASH, she is not worthy of BH.

Do these ppl ever work? They spend all their time scheming how they gonna trip and hurt each other. I'd rather watch the show from the point of view of someone working, e.g Chairman, to learn how to do business deals

I admit I fast forwarded through a lot, but I was able to see that TP told BH that JM lost her mom, dad and could not bear to lose BH - what a bunch of crap!!!! IF JM WERE SO CONCERNED FOR BH, why didnt she tell the Chairman? Why didnt she take proactive measures to keep BH happy????

So basically JM was too dumb chicken to tell the Chairman, and then she corrected her sh.t by making more sh.t and JM TRASHED HER SISTER, BH AND BH's BROTHER. Wow.

JM kept critical secrets from BH, trash dumped BH with lies, killed the relationship between BH and JH, led JH on with lies, keeps destroyingJH, abandoned SR, and stole JH from SR.

JM is a douchebag who should never be let close to BH - unless she in the next minute goes on her knees to BH for forgiveness, and tells the Chairman everything, BUT JM is too dumb for that and it has been 3 episodes already. JM might be beyond redemption.

Bc of such high propensity to blame himself and bend backwards, I knew BH was adopted. he is definitely a noble man, as he did not hit JH back, never harmed anyone, and was always loyal and giving and caring and openly affectionate.

JM and JH are masters of intentional harming, selfishness, using others for personal gain, and lack of loyalty, gratitude and appreciation for others. JM and Junk Ho should stay married and BH should forget JM and find Ms.Right.

Let's count JM's evil stupid actions and misdeeds in the spoiler.

I dont care for your wish to look at pretty faces. There are enough pretty faces out there that are NATURAL. Right now, too many actors all look alike - skinny body, triangular face that looks like an alien, anxious/gloomy look, white glaze on their face, very little movement.... no energy, no vibrancy, no good health..... They all look about the same....... and most are actually terrible actors. They sit on the screen as still objects for the most part, witih the personality of cardboard. There is no movement, no charm.... . It is quite numbing and dumbing to watch them.....

and it is a torture bc this is now the NORM so how do we avoid these plasticized robots who 'act"??? I am watchiing older dramas :) and when I run out, I will stop watching any :)

Just that one thing would make them throw out the whole post - and as soon as you see someone doing that, it means they are UNWILLING to entertain the Big ideas.

you on the other hand were able to grasp the key BigIdeas and to summarize them correctly and eloquently. THAT is some abilities and skillZ that you must appreciate and use wisely. Bc you will have impact. Even if you don't believe in those ideas I presented, you are able to understand and summarize them. This is the KEY piece for any talks and negotiations and achieving agreements and peace even with opposing parties. Also, it is the KEY piece for publicity and advertising your own ideas.

you are eectively practicing Marshall Rosenberg's "listening ears" concept used for his NonViolent Communication approach :) - listen first, then summarize what they said - but you are practicing it on a quite high level of ideas, you have that ability to use higher parts of your brain.

The next step is what happens next ? .... willing to look behind the curtain does not save the world if millions of ppl in front of the curtain are blowing up the world.

I concluded that millions who are not willing to look are too frail to look, too damaged and too uneducated, and will always seek an external authority to guide them, and will most likely be abused and manipulated.

And I really do not know what is the way to help them evolve and mature - except just being there and speaking up.

Certain policies can be put in place - like when car pollution was curbed in LA - but none of it will really work until ppl are convinced - like now, the policies are lifted and pollution is back and nobody cares.

Even a spiritual aspirant needs an external authority to guide them, but at least a spiritual aspirant will discern and pick a truly beneficial uplifting transformational authority. But that too is super tricky. That is another topic :)

The question is, which country in the world has governance that is so successful that it could be emulated? US gvmt and Constitution was based on the Five Nations Federation, which was very successful and managed to stop all intertribal wars and live in peace and prosperity for a long time. BUT their governance had one step that the USA failed to copy - any law, any decision, had to go back and forth between people and gvmnt, many times, until it was agreed upon all and adopted.

One thing that I am SURE of is that letting kids meditate in school is the key to the better future. Just let them sing something uplifting and then make them sit still in silence for a few minutes. That's all. But it has profound consequences.

Bc actors are so starved and plasticized, looking like porcelain dolls, it limits WHO can act and WHAT ROLES can be presented. Also, it brainwashes the general public that this porcelain doll look is THE beauty standard to be copied.

The sad part is that it is probably mediocre actors who resorted to such draconic means to somehow distinguish themselves and elbow forward.

So now we have a slew of androgenous faces, all with triangular shape like aliens, all with BMI well below the healthy minimun 18.5 - I see BMI of 13 in many instances - and pale complexion and this "anxious gloomy look" on their face.

THEY ARE PATHETIC, to be blunt. There is nothing sexy about them. Nothing vibrant or energetic. They are just still, static, serious poker faces who sit on the couch and pose for photoshoots all day. It is torture and slavery to actors to be forced to live like that if they want major roles.

To be honest, I have NOT seen any good actors in these idol boys. Pursuit of Jade actor was pathetic, also Perfect Crown. Sorry that's my honest opinion.

And, what CAN be shown is totally limited. A masterpiece drama like My Mister is not possible anymore, nobody will be filming something like that. Idol fans are so many and they pay so much for it, there is such much cash to be made there so that's where the focus will be.
