Haha, I expected that Johan didn't die…

Haha, I expected that Johan didn't die yet, cos then Van wouldn't said 'Hold on..." to him lol. Also it wouldn't make sense to cut the priest plot what the other priest still din come back. And we finally have a purpose for Miho training to be a sharpshooter XD And apparently Johan had a power limiter wwwww what is this, Naruto? Gotta say it's pretty cool to save the world in yo sleeping garment. So much anime wwwwwwGungtan tryna be so BL calling out for Van in his last moments but Van only think about Miho ??? So sweet that everyone is so sad about Van... hope somehow there's a way to get him back considering that those guys in white robes were still around.Would there be a Part 3 tho? Hopefully... I mean Arthdal had a similar format and it had a 3 parts. But that's a different production and ppl kinda announced that there'd be three parts from the start. Well, one can hope. I want Van back lol... I thought the age of Kim Namgil playing dark heroes who died at the end of the show was over already XD

Hehe.... after all that fighting shits. Gungtan…

Hehe.... after all that fighting shits. Gungtan standing there all emo felt somewhat underwhelming lol. So the granny knew everything already. So now all the old farts from ancient times all gone now. But that leave the question about what/who are those ppl in white robes. So now we got the answer as to why van was becoming more human/why in the past he didn't get dragged along to be sealed. And we got the inuyasha plot 8D So in a way wonjeong did somehow get her wish to try save van ?. haha last ep onwards!

Yea... trust is restored, this is a good episode.…

Yea... trust is restored, this is a good episode. And gosh, Myungjin and Garam was such a great pair lol. It's always funny seeing Jaeyi dissing Hwan with the help of those two, knowing that she's the only other person amongst the four who knows Hwan's true identity. That said tho, it makes one wonder the identity of the people who started the whole ghost's letter and what are their true intentions. Because whatever they did do seem to be advantageous to the Jo clan, even tho Jo clan was the one profitted most from the Song clan's demise. Guess Hwan will attempt to investigate the old case, which also means he'll be in danger still. Hopefully the drama will not get too dark and serious with the political intrigue... cos I like having bits of funny in between the scenes. I really hate it when stuff gets too depressing.

Heh, Gungtan still gaslighting Van to making…

Heh, Gungtan still gaslighting Van to making him believe that he intentionally wanna kill Wonjeong, even when Gungtan was the one shoving her onto Van's blade. But dang that fight scene was nice, even when Van was the one mostly getting hurt. So now Miho should finally clear out the idea about wanting to kill herself now. That said though, this made me wonder whether Yeomji had this false assumption that Gungtan was a so-called 'savior', which is probably related to those men in white (which didn't look like they still exists in the present.) Well she probably think differently now.

Heh.... so that explained the relationship…

Heh.... so that explained the relationship between Yeomji and Gungtan, and Gungtan using her to get granny to reveal the real dol hareubang statues amongst the fakes. Hmm. Tho with the friend's death, would Yeomji start regreting her actions?Gotta say i really like how Van and Johan combined their abilities to save the kids. So they weren't that incompatible after all.

This episode really made me laugh so much.…

This episode really made me laugh so much. It's basically the more mischievous version of the persona Dogi used to take while working undercover at Udata. It's really amusing seeing him and the team play tricks on the trot scammer group. It's even more hilarious seeing Mr Jang join up with them acting as a senile person. I also love the brief mention of Baek Sungmi, like of course they'd mix up the truth and lies to make their disguises convincing. That aside, I guess it's a about time the show brought out the plot about how the newbie stumble into the secret. I'll be looking forward to see how thing will go from here. And does appear that the new secret enemy also has found them.

I guess we'll still be hovering around…

I guess we'll still be hovering around this timeline before returning to the present, in what I suppose would be a setup to establist the new big villain as well as the new guy who'd join the team. For a moment I thought there wouldn't be anymore mention of Dogi's trauma but I guess we'll have it around still. We got to see a gist of Dogi's previous life as he met an old acquaintance but we can see a reason why it might be hard for Dogi to even attempt to return to his old life. And we got another new case. And not quite the usual type we used to see. Had to admit that I had been looking forwards to see Dogi's country bumpkin persona ???

Finally, we got to find out what really happened…

Finally, we got to find out what really happened between Van and Wonjeong in the past. So it finally made sense. Cos it was hard to imagine that Van would really intentionally kill humans especially since he's more stable compared to Gungtan. Not to mention the reaction when he took his blade was different compared to Gungtan. And finally, the series remembered the plot device regarding the stone statues XD

Four Stars

So at first the four didn't quite regroup back together right away after their disbandment as Mr Jang and Dogi resume their work on their own. It makes me wonder if this case took place in between the time before Baek Sungmi's retrial and that last scene from the last season. Also cos last season ended with Goeun being a patrol officer yet in thus season Goeun was assigned to the Info Management dept instead. Same goes with the two uncles as well. The trio decided to resign from their normal jobs to return to the team, in which it kinda clashed with the finale scene from the last episode. Hopefully we'll get an explanation of this later rather than having that scene retconned. That said, it sounded luke we're gonna have a big hidden enemy of a similar level to Baek Sungmu and we gonna have a bew member. Wonder what kind of a person the new member could be.

Finally the second season is here! Ever since…

Finally the second season is here! Ever since it was revealed that Esom would be unable to join the second season I've been wondering what kind of direction the new season would take. But so far it seemed that the season was jumping between the present time and the previous two years in between, even though it'll be too early to make any kind of judgement for now. Still, I do appreciate that brief mention of Kang Hana in the episode. So the drama had Hana be away on a 'study leave' to explain her absence. I guess that should be good enough for now at least. I'm still finding it funny that Dogi's prison number reflect the same number as his taxi codename, not to mention his different coloured outfit. Half of me hoped that Hana had something to do with that somehow.

Hahhaha what a great finale!! wwww I laughed seeing Heewoo's parents' reactions at the sudden marriage announcement lol that was so cheeky. I knew it that Minsoo won't actually betray Heewoo, they were so much alike. Like how in webtoon he once exclaim that Heewoo's a bigger idiot than him lol and I love the fact that he chose to act as if he was siding with Jo. So that we Jo Taesub tried to isolate Heewoo by sending all of his allies away, at least there's still Minsoo around. What a great showdown with Mr Assassin, that fight felt so satisfying. Jo Taesub fell, but apparently the hydra grew another head. Guess that means the fight still continues.... huh? But at least Heewoo's aware of it. So there's the possibility of a sequel should people want to continue the story. I had fun. So now I can continue on finishing the webtoon. So my ship didn't really sailed... but I can see why Heewoo may chose Heeah. Aside maybe he had a slight feeling of guilt due to the incident with Heeah's father, they did end up spending time together a lot. Ah well, they still just said that they'll start dating so the option's still open anyway. Though not sure with new threat Heewoo would ever properly date and settle down with anyone lol

We're venturing into unknown territories…

We're venturing into unknown territories now... especially since the plot started diverging from webtoon in a very big way with Jeon Seokyu becoming Chief Prosecutor. And as much Park Daeho case seemed to follow webtoon at first glance, things did seem to move in a different direction. Still so funny seeing Investigator Oh being scared of Yeonseok lol. That said, it looks like even Director Han's back story was different compared to webtoon. It's interesting that drama made Heewoo being aware of Prosecutor Gu's investigations that lead to his death in his first life, but because of that he could prepare against the lady who supposed to become Heewoo'a leash. Looks like Sungwo and Investigator Oh who turned out getting the outcome Chief Jeon got in webtoon. I hope that Sangman will be alright in the next episode. Since the next episode would be the finale, I guess all of us would be anxiously wanting to see how everything would be resolved.

I heard about the possibility of the drama ending gonna be different than webtoon, and I wonder if this will hint at the probable end. I have to say that I didn't expect to see Chief Jeon still ended up being Chief Prrosecutor considering in drama after refusing Jo he ended up transfering. So what would this change means later on? And while webtoon had focused on Heewoo's side on how he was able to corner Kim Seokhoon, drama showed us a different side which focused on Jo Taesub instead. Something that I really appreciate was that there's that exchange between Heewoo and Seokhoon with regards to his thoughts about his daughter, Hanmi and how he decided to admit his sins without much fight. Since in webtoon, it had been not pleasant. There were quite some changes that drama made that impressed me much. The same could be said regarding JQ Constructions where Heeah ended up taking a more active role in it compared to webtoon. Although we had been shown a hint of what Director Han's past may be like, it felt like we would probably only find out about it in the last two episodes. I wonder whether Director Han's story would be like in the webtoon or would it be changed? And since we only gonna have two episodes to wrap everything up, what will happen with regards to Minsoo and Heewoo? Would it be revealed that Minsoo was actually trying to hell Heewoo under the guise of betrayal? Also, it was interesting that Jo had Director Han handle the matters with trying to create a weakness to Heewoo. Aaah, the next week gonna be quite hard to bear for a while. I really hope that Sangman doesn't die, the teaser really making me worried.

Finally, this drama reached the end.. and I love how everyone gets their happy ending. And I really love how drama still gave hints on the Junwoong-Chohee pairing even though we didn't really get to see them much together like the webtoon hadn't really ended yet but the ship still sailing. I love the JoongRyeon end too... that was so sweet. And I guess we kinda getting a glimpse of what the webtoon ending could be like once Junwoong woke up from his coma.

Wow. I didn't expect this episode gonna…

Wow. I didn't expect this episode gonna feature Chohee's story... let alone for drama to connect her to Ryeon's past life as well as taking the JoongRyeon conflict a bit higher. And whoa, thing are getting pretty intense. And it was interesting to see now; after the revelaion of Joonggil's past in drama, to see that Ryeon's actions towards the people who spread false rumors about Chohee mirrored the things that Joonggil once did in the past. To an extent. While I could understand Joonggil's intervention was a bit harsh to Ryeon, I have to say that it was a bit too rash for him. And I guess it's safe to say that only Joonggil would be able to fix things now. That said, there's a new character now. Ha Daesu. Though from the description, it sounded like Ha Daesu might be based on Yeomra... but is still not Yeomra. Not sure how to feel about this not!Yeomra.
