Interesting that Heewoo revealed to Jo Taesub…

Interesting that Heewoo revealed to Jo Taesub about him fighting against the assassin personally, since he kept it secret on webtoon. Made me wonder if he had any plan by making that part known to the enemy, especially since he told Mr Assassin about him being killed and resurrected. And Lee Minsoo... I guess when you think from Jo's perspective, it made sense that he'd try to find someone who could face off against Heewoo. And Minsoo did seem like he didn't want to lose out against Heewoo when it comes to how he's been trying to approach and corner Jo Taesub. Guess it'll be a while before we find out what he's planning. This was intriguing to be honest since initially, I thought that Gyuri might end up turning against Heewoo, seeing how she used to admire the senator before. But it was Minsoo instead that took that path.

Heh...Drama changed how Prosecutor Gu ended…

Heh...Drama changed how Prosecutor Gu ended up meeting Mr Assassin, but hey, we're finally reaching the point where Heewoo got faced with Mr Assassin. Honestly, with all the tiny changes drama does as compared to how things unfold in webtoon, I wonder how the butterfly effect will affect the result afterwards.

Finally the Windflower arc, though I wonder…

Finally the Windflower arc, though I wonder if this arc would be a 2-parter just like Western Sky. Have to say that with all the tease we used to get, as well as the preview from the last episode, I do wonder how would the drama made changes to the original Windflower arc as to pair Ryeon and Joonggil together. So I guess this was how drama did it, aside from the circumstances that led to Ryeon killing herself... the rest mostly followed webtoon. Though with the new plot about the Qing invasion, I wonder if any of it would end up becoming Joonggil's origins in webtoon. Anyway, instead of a death of a son it was a dear servant who died. I have to say that it was pretty upsetting to assume that the returning women were defiled just because they have been kidnapped and taken out of Joseon. And rather than be happy that the women had returned home, the villagers treated the women like dirt. I'm angered at the villagers and the soldiers that spread false rumors about Ryeon but I was even more angered at Joonggil's mom. Ryeon risked her life to save her MIL and ended up captured in the process, yet the MIL didn't even try to do the same for Ryeon. So easy to believe rumors rather that listen to the truth. How despicable !

Never thought I'd be seeing the Spring…

Never thought I'd be seeing the Spring episode, since Boyun was important in this arc in webtoon and drama didn't have her character. But lo! Boyun appeared in this episode and as much as her character details in webtoon had been changed in drama (as in how she used to be in the RM team prior to being transferred to the Escort team) drama still retain parts of the original Spring plot from webtoon. Seeing how she used to save the girls and stopped some from killing themselves, I guess that explain why she use to be in the RM team in the webtoon. And as much as Junwoong's family background was changed in drama as well, I guess this was the previous life that was mentioned in webtoon on how he used to serve the country in the past life thus the reason in his current life he ended up being born with a silver spoon.Interesting.

Whoa! Drama raised the stakes higher with regards to Chunha. Wasn't expecting that Jo Taesub would have Sungjun investigated as a warning instead and for Chairman Kim to die so soon. In webtoon we got to see Heewoo really going all out with his schemes to pit Jo and Kim against each other but here we see them acting more or less similar yet it wasn't implied directly that Heewoo did anything behind the scenes. But hey! We're starting to get some info on Director Han. I wonder if that means we'll get to find out her motivations in approaching Jo at last.

Guess as much as drama still follows how webtoon dealt with Jang Ilhyun and Choi Gangjin, there will be some slight difference on how they occured. Like Yoona's case was originally about double contract violations but turned into propofol case. Same with the stuff with the things Assemblyman Hwang revealed. Also drama covered more of Cheonha's side this time and we see conflicts rise smongst the siblings. Suppose this is to allow Heeah take more active role in management.

All my tears~~ So besides the whole Sales…

All my tears~~ So besides the whole Sales Team thing, the scene at the shop as well as the dream sequence, things unfolded the way it did go in webtoon. As much as I'm aware of the overall plotline... this still hits hard. Since the sequence that lead to Yuhwa's acceptance over her loss occured differently, I thought we won't get to see the child form of Honeybee's soul... but then there's that epilogue. I really like how the drama tries to have Joonggil appear in each episodes even briefly for the ones he didn't originally appear. We don't get a teaser for episode 13, so whether or not we get Windflower next is still uncertain. But dang... to think that both of Joonggil and Ryeon's records were locked, made me wonder what kinda twist the drama will give us next.

Finally we get to see Western Sky arc! And it'll be a two-parter, how great is that? Drama really going all out to show us this arc properly as it appears in the original webtoon, I'm so glad! So the whole thing about Ryunggu taking early time off work was really to hint at him looking for his mom from the very beginning! The writers are really good at including the foreshadows in the drama, in line with llama's original writing. That's really neat! And I guess even though drama still not having Yeomra, we still end up getting to see the old Jumadeung scene in the drama. And I love that we're still get to see Jonggil in this episode, albeit a less icy version on him. I really love the looks of Joonggil, Ryeon and Ryunggu's reaper outfits during the Joseon period ❤❤

Whoa! I have no words to describe my delight!…

Whoa! I have no words to describe my delight! And just so happened I just barely caught up to this part of the plot in webtoon. Honestly, reading the webtoon alongside watching the drama as new episodes unfold was such an experience. I love the fact that drama dealt with the matters with Jang Ilhyun in a slightly different pov yet having seen how Heewoo dealt with the matter in webtoon, watching how every piece come together in drama was pretty interesting. Drama had it a bit differently in that we got to see Kim Seokhoon get Choi Gangjin to help Jang, but in a way it somewhat fill the hole in webtoon with regards to the whole situation. Cos I had been wondering how could Kim Seokhoon truly trust Heewoo while also being wary of Chief Jeon, but with this all the missing pieces fit perfectly! I also like how drama provide a different pov to the scene where Jang tries to get Heewoo to investigate Choi and having Gangjin overhear them. That made Gangjin's actions later in trying to dig on Heewoo came out a lot more naturally than in webtoon. And because of that, Heewoo end up wrapping everything together within a day! That said, I love the fact that Assemblyman Hwang ended up being played by none other that senior actor Yoon Donggeun. That was a perfect casting! And I like how we get to see a lot more of Assemblyman Hwang compared to webtoon. And while his meeting with Heewoo turned out differently in drama, I like how we get to see how the two of them grew to truly trust each other, in which we didn't really get to see in webtoon. I also like how get to see a bit more of the happenings in Cheonha. So Heeah's father did try to not be too reliant on Jo Taesub and that's why later on Jo decided to target her father to scare him a bit. I really love how the writer handle this drama, in that the drama writing complements the writing from the original webtoon. It's really exciting!

It's finally finished... and well, it's…

It's finally finished... and well, it's not too bad. Cos seriously by this point I'm just watching for Bae Taejin. Fortunately, things didn't get any worse. Tho as much as I'm fine with how the endgame between Bae Taejin and Hochul turn out, Kwon's end wasn't really that satisfying. But I was expecting that Bae would try to fake being mentally disabled just to get to Kwon and finish the job. The whole backstory extra regarding Kwon's childhood could've been revealed much earlier tbh, cos seeing it now felt a bit bland. Anyway, I guess it's a happy ending... somewhat. So I don't really get it why drama need to end this with yet a new random creep who also seemed to be an artist watching over the family. Then again, I can finally put this drama behind me now.

I really love how smooth everything turned…

I really love how smooth everything turned out, guess I worried for no reason. But I guess finally now we know a bit about Lee Minsoo's motivation. Even then, considering that in the past Minsoo and Heewoo never crossed paths might mean that something must have happened to him before. And it's possible that it was the same case as it had been for Heewoo. So that may explain why this time he seek Heewoo much earlier. That said, it was so invigorating to see how well Heewoo divided the tasks to all his allies to complete the tasks that he couldn't do directly, thus lessening the danger placed on him as well as everyone. And in doing so, Heewoo managed to save the med student and catch the real killer. And while it wasn't directly implied, I guess Heewoo must've worked on Kang Deokgu's case in the previous life for him to know about the location of the dumping ground as well as how dangerous the guy was. Well, because of that we got to see Yeonseok in action. That felt good. Even more when finally after all the covert plans came together, Heewoo finally given the task to end Jang completely. Things really are going well now... though it felt that Jo Taesub may get a bit of victory in next episode. And I have to say, the fact that we haven't seen the assassin guy for so long is making me uneasy.

I guess since drama!Junwoong no longer has…

I guess since drama!Junwoong no longer has his prosecutor older sister (as well as med student sis) Ryeon ended up taking the prosecutor role instead. How things end up unfolding in drama did turn out differently than in webtoon but still a lot of it remained the same. But of all things that I didn't expect was seeing Joonggil appear in this episode aside from some hints about Ryeon's past. Joonggil really started to come off to be quite emotional himself, unlike how cold he used to be acting before. I guess in might relate to the nightmares he's been getting. So after this we'll be seeing the rest of the Western Sky episode.

Hehe... I'd never thought I'd be able to see the sequence of Junwoong dreaming that he was back home and being woken up by his family, to which it turned out that it was actually his team member instead. Since drama didn't really show that where the trio had been staying aside from their office (in webtoon, they've been living on the street before Yeomra gave them a trailer to sleep in). And I love that finally we're having people doing the running joke about Junwoong becoming permanent staff. That said, I still can't get used to the drama version on Junwoong's family. Since in webtoon he was actually the youngest and he had his parents and two older sisters instead of a mom and a young sister. But I guess having them meet up like this was a way for him to keep in touch with his family. We're getting the Dog episode earlier than the original order. But with the dog being so cute I can't actually complain about seeing it sooner www. I guess the earlier scene about Junwoong working for a bit at the editing department was to prepare for this episode. Since having us see the flashback clip for Kong was a way to practically speed up the back story of Hun and Kong's childhood memories up to the present time. And it makes me wonder if the cast really act with a real dog or there's also CGI involved because if it's a real dog, dangit the dog is really well trained. The episode was more or less the same as the original aside from some changes. I had so much feels! And yeay, we're finally getting the Western Sea episode! And it looked like both Breath and Western Sky plotline going to be combined together in the next episode. But of course drama would do this since the two arc were connected. Gonna look forward to how drama would deal with both of the stories ❤❤

Heewoo's really on a roll, it's really…

Heewoo's really on a roll, it's really amazing how neatly everything being wrapped up. And all these people were acting together in a joint operation while unaware that they were being driven by an experienced prosecutor hidden under the guise of a 'rookie'. The whole thing really looked like a splendid game of chess. I also like how Heewoo also looking out for Yeonseok the same way he did with Sangman. At this rate, one can't help seeing Heewoo to be similar to Mr Woo mentally (but then if you consider the years Heewoo originally lived added with the years he repeated, his mental age might as well be close to Mr Woo anyway). That said, I started to also wonder if there are more than just Heewoo who had ended up going back in time other than him as some had theorised. Since Minsoo really started getting my attention now, and it seemed like now he's taking the role that Heewoo used be in his previous life. And that was worrying since we already knew what happened to Heewoo before. Heewoo finally got deeper into the secret club... and Chief Kim really having his eyes on Heewoo. Though I wonder why Chief Kim so easily trusts Heewoo as if forgetting that Heewoo was the one who insisted to bring Chief Jeon to Seoul. Good to see Heewoo noticing it too and I have to say that I didn't expect that Heewoo's plan go that far as to want to pave the way for Chief Jeon to replace Chief Kim. But I guess that was expected, considering the relation between Chief Kim and Jo Taesub. But as much as things had been going well on Heewoo's side, I do hope that he didn’t get too overconfident with how things are right now. Since the position he's in acting like a double agent was pretty delicate, one wrong move could easily ruin everything. With each episode the action scenes always never disappoint! I really love how the camera work made it look like Heewoo was dancing around as he fought all the gangsters. This whole episode was awesome!

So I guess Lieutenant Choi wasn't completely dumb, about time people in this drama get more competent. Hochul too. Though it was kinda annoying that drama got less dumb only near the last two episodes. But then WHY? DO. THEY. HAVE. TO PULL. THAT. LAST. TWIST? I can't even be happy that Hochul finally found Sooah -__-
