I couldnt get past the first 3-4 episodes. Also couldn't get past the fact that it was a love story between…
Because that high schooler transitions into a mature 20 year old, then a very mature and sombre 29 year old. It's immature in the beginning to show that transition and make it very apparent. Even her clothes and way of speaking changes. You can't judge it by 4 episodes. Have to get to at least 8-10 first.
OMG i just watched...the ending, omg omg T_T epi 16 was a marathon with teardrops soooooo sad.......cry cry cry…
I watched it live last saturday and since it was a 15+16 marathon, it felt like 3 hours of emotional exhaustion to me. I was crying of happiness in the end of ep 15 and continued to cry between ads until the start of ep 16, where I burst into more tears when I thought about it being the last time I'd ever get to see a new episode.
what is wrong with those 1 percent people?!!!! I mean, seriously?!!
@Hessa Maryam means the people who rated it 1/10. Not you clearly. Those who rated it 1/10 without seeing more than four episodes of the show clearly have no right to be rating and trying to bring down the ratings. And yes, by my standards, anyone who rates it 1/10 is a hater.
honestly I'm on episode 5 and considering dropping this drama. I thought episode 1 was perfect. it was serious,…
The immaturity tones down once you get past the first 7 episodes IMO, it's done to show her transition to adulthood later on. Don't worry, it's not gonna last long :)

It gets way better. IMO, you need to keep powering through. If you skip to ep 11 like another commenter suggested, you'll miss out on a lot of character development. It's one of the best shows I've ever seen and I wouldn't be recommending it otherwise.
Does this drama have a sad ending?
Please no spoilers. :'(
No sad ending, totally happy for both couples. It's bitter sweet in the sense that you know it's gonna be happily ever after but the last half an hour made everyone cry so you're still recovering :) I seriously recommend this show, it's legit life altering and sets a new standard of drama. You'll never see anything like it!
This show didn't feel like a regular drama. It felt like we were watching something real. Truly amazing and clearly leaves an impact on everyone who watches it. Train To Busan changed the Korean film industry and I think Goblin has set a new bar of standards for the drama industry.
I have a question! When goblin met that guy in the final episode and he offered him a sandwich, was that guy someone…
He was a regular person but it showed a moment where instead of a human's life being touched by a deity (like how KS helps people in moments of randomness), the opposite happened and a human touched a deities' life. KS was very depressed, walking lifelessly and this man came and tried to help HIM, giving him words of encouragement and a sandwich. It made KS remember why he helps people and to not give up, to keep going with his life because people need him. It was a moment that allowed KS to be more positive and wait for his wife to come back.
When this show first came out, I fell in love, hard and fast. It was innovative, modern and almost felt like an adult Disney story. I loved how unique it was. I would keep replaying the scene when Chung tries to mug the girl. However, somewhere towards episode 8, I felt myself slipping away. I don't know if it's because that's around when Goblin first started and held my attention but this show started to feel a little duller and I ended up losing my attention and skipping some scenes. While it's a REALLY good show, I think that they lost that magic that was there in the beginning and ended up being more of a kdrama. Goblin offered cinematic experiences and well thought out plot lines while this show was funny but became overly melo towards the end.
I would still recommend this to everyone, its a great show and definitely on my top 10 list but in the end, it's unfortunate that Goblin came along and set a standard that no one (in my opinion) can beat.
The reason behind Goblin's ending: "The writer wants to show us that Eun Tak and Goblin's fates…
Predictable? Yeah of course it's predictable, we literally got the final scene in the first episode! What'd you expect to happen? KS breaks out into a song and ET turns into a unicorn? For someone who claims to have given the show a 6.5 but still says that they "loved" things from it, you're truly contradicting your words. Here's an idea, stop spamming and spreading negativity. Write your one review and move on if you didn't like it so much.
im on episode 3 and i feel a little bit boring x.x guys its going to get better later ? im just watching it for…
Listen, going around commenting the same thing on every single "encouragement" post is a super lame thing to do. Quit imposing your pseudonegative ideals on people who might actually really like the show. "Don't expect too much from this series", how about you let Belmani form his own opinion after finishing?
It's almost Tuesday and I'm still getting mood swings and emotional. Listened to the OST in the car and almost lost it in public. Any time I think of this show, I feel like I've lost my best friend. I've never felt this way before and I don't know how to let go.
THAT's how amazing this show is, for anyone who's still on the fence. Get through 10 episodes, you'll fall in love so deep by then that there's no getting out.
I don't want to watch the last 2 episodes.. I don't want it to end T^T
Tissues, that's all I suggest you have going in towards the last episode. Loads of tissues.
And a psychologist's number to sort through your Goblin withdrawal issues afterwards :)
