omg how trashy!!! this is exactly what you get in micro VD but here there wasn't even decent intimacy and chemistry - something VD excel at. I almost dropped it but being a completionist I plowed through 2x the speed because - honestly- what was it if not pretty moving pictures and no logic or dialogues? Stayed for the smiles of YZX and because I am loving him in Eternal Joy with You

I absolutely love how a pair of adults find romance while dealing with kids around. It's so touching and beat any biting frenzy of "enemies to lovers" stuff👍If only Chinese filmmakers would take note of what adult audience like not just little girls and teenager idol-chasers

Poor Zheng Feng had some sort of eye infection (sty?) and was suffering while filming which is still visible regardless of how much the operator tries to position the camera to avoid it-very creative shots. But why does FL wear fancy golden eggbeaters as her hair accessory?😂😂😂 That alone warrants 7/10 rating!

I did not like FL in Qingchuan's Veil of Deception so let's see what she can do here

well I watched the first episode and was disgusted with what they show (not the drama itself-the child actress is AWESOME!!!) so if you can stomach an asshole stealing his wife's family medical knowledge and money (which got him a lucrative position and fame) and then (when she is beat up by a customer who did not like her treatment and got him demoted) refuses to attend to his dying wife and in the process kicks own 10 year old daughter begging for help, followed by stabbing the hands of his own sister who comes to treat the dying wife (while the whole clan looks on, the husband laughs and the daughter screams held in place by an evil concubine) - then this is could be another revenge story this time of a female physician bringing justice to her mother's spirit. I read Deng Hua Xiao so this is along the lines of the ability of a weak physician to exact her vengeance, but I can't say I am really looking forward to watching this one. Particularly because the bgm is stolen from A Familiar Stranger and I simply cannot let that sound be polluted by the visuals that are downright vicious. Watch at your own risk.
