Burning Chemistry between Step-Siblings..

the classic Badboy/Good girl trope, forbidden love between step-siblings. I love that they are in University which gave the story more of a F4 Vibe to it since they are youth and it is depicted very well into the story. It delves into the insecurities of growing up, not really knowing who you want to be. ML is brash, cold, ruthless, hot-tempered and secretly in love with his beautiful innocent step-sister who always tends to his wounds and who refuses to back away whenever he tries to chase her away. FL always watches and longs for her step-brother`s affection and friendship, not understanding why he is so cold and mean to her and the way he is careless with his own life.

They are of course drawn to each other, ML does not have it in his heart anymore to chase her away, how can he, when she always was the sole owner of his heart. The actor by the way is so handsome he made my heart beat faster, i am tellin youuu! My first time watching him on-screen, wow the charisma he has! Raw and deep and gorgeous!!Their bond...the absolute honesty they conveyed for each other, they had eyes for no other but each other and everyone around them realized that but them. Ah, The Wonder of First True Love. Isn`t it Magical!!!

"Shadowbound Siblings, Rivals in Vengeance, Joyful & Sorrowful Lovers

is the tale of "Once Upon a Dream" where the orphan female heroine QingTang dreams of her gurdian/older brother Pei Cong Zhi (not blood related) who took her in at her most desperate moment when she was eight years old, gets caught up in a erotic dream where he seduces her, but then the dream takes on a darker turn where he locks her up in a cage- the so called Golden Love Cage. Little does she know, that this dream would end up really happening.

Chinese Dramas really deliver on angst that just leaves you dumbfounded with shock, and this drama is one of them. I cannot`t rate it any less since i found it greatly entertaining and touching in a twisted sort of way. The actress portraying the heroine is so beautiful and i was happy to see her since i also had seen her in "Bound by Sin" before and she is so great at portraying calculating characters. In this story she desperately wanted to be free and found the hero`s love suffocating. CongZhi is a man who does not know how to love, since no one had ever shown it to him. He hurt her a lot in his way of trying to keep her,he could be so viscous and cruel..no wonder she wanted to escape his clutches. He is one of the most possessive heroes, and he deserves to be on that list. The way his eyes watched her, always...ah my heart!!Even if it was in his motive for loving her, he only pushed her further away. The way these two took over in their every scene, clashing and challenging each other...their fights are awesomely fierce and the way he ALWAYS KNEW what she was planning ahead, lol. She never could trick him, since he is the master of all tricksters. This is one of those great dark love-stories, and it is unforgettable!

A passionate love-story set in the quiet wildness of the desert.

"Remember, from this moment on you will call for my warmth and the taste of my kissess forever. If on a day or night i don`t come to you, you will feel the torment of death"- Karim Abdullah

***
At the start of this story there is a young prince riding along the sands of the desert in the arabian Quhar, he is always waiting while looking over at quietness and mystery of the desert...always waiting. As a man many years later he runs along the desert with anguished sobs and cries out to the desert and the Gods why his heroine won`t accept him as a man. This prince is Karim Abdullah (portrayed by Willie McIntosh) , his name has the meaning of "honorable and "generous". He is the hero of this story. Born into a arabian kingdom as a half-breed, as a orphan and with a aunt and cousin that detests the sight of him. He loves his beloved uncle Hassan who introduces him to his step-daughter, our very sharp but beautiful heroine Danielle (portrayed by Mew Lalita), her name embodies beauty, intellect, and defiance and she stays true to her character throughout. But she is afraid of the one man bold and dynamic enough to steal her breath away with just one glance. But she will deny him marriage and defy his heart and run away from him...not realizing that she is only running from her own heart.

This is one powerful story of a lakhorn. This story and its characters just gripped me. I am in absolute awe. Ah, it was so romantic and hella exciting and absolutely stunning of a picture!! Willie as the arabian prince Karim Abdullah totally stole my heart and his love for Danielle just made me cry everytime she denied him and tried to hurt him. She did not trust him, especially since there were many side characters that lied about him to her and wrote him off as a terrible monster. At least Karim made her realize for herself what a man he is and yesss yess girl your man is sexy as heck!!! He was so passionate i had to fan my face all the time.LOL. This lakhorn is also based on a Harlequin Presents Romance novel written by Penny Jordan with the title "Daughter of Hassan" which i find awesome since its one of my favourite authors. Mew Lalita was absolutely stunning as the heroine Danielle and omg her outfits blew my mind away! She was so much in her feminime aura that even i fell for her! I give this lakhorn 10/10 and i feel so lucky that i found it with eng subs! This is a lakhorn not to be missed and i lost sleep over this one for three whole nights! This was one hell of a journey, i will miss Karim & Danielle so much!

I will never get over this drama.

Oh my god. I have no idea whatsoever i am gonna do with my life now. "Maid`s Revenge" was such a thrilling, dark, enfuriating, addictive, smart and sexy epic romance that gave me everything i craved in this genre. Tingyao is a cute heroine with a wonderful character developement but it is the beautiful alpha warlord Male Hero Tian Yi that totally took my breath away with his stunning looks and acting. He was raw male power and oozed so much sex appeal i had to take my eyes off the screen sometimes because i had to FREAKING BREATH with how beautifully dangerous and sexy he was.

Gao Zheng did this character so well that i am stunned. His acting was so natural and fitting of this powerful character that execuded power, authority, strength and such sex appeal, but also showing his heart through his eyes. When he looked at his female heroine with such agony and longing i just wanted to cry. He is one of my favourite on-screen heroes. Never gonna get over him, just sayin.Ahh

I am glad i started watching this after all the hype when i saw it on Netflix. I got hooked instantly and fell in love with the main-leads and the whole cast. Its a light hearted rom-com with wonderful leads that carries this show. Tae Moo is a full of himself but cold business man that gets forced into blind dates by his grandfather. He never expects to meet the lovely and carefree Shin Ha Ri who is in disguise of her bestfriend. And he does eventually fall madly in love with her and pursues her so wonderfully, stubbornly fighting for her heart. It was just soooooo lovely. I love him. Underneath the cold businessman was a caring and gentle soul.

I also love his grandfather by the way, ahh that man made me crack up a lot of times with the way he was so invested in the romantic soap operas he was watching. Shin Ha Ri is a lovely fun heroine that lighted up the screen, i have seen this actress in "School 2017" and i just love her screen presence so much. She had great chemistry with her male lead.

Again, i am glad i picked this up. Made my days much funnier and bright.

"Fah Mee Tawan" (which means: The Sky has the Sun) is a story of betrayal, vengeance, gratitude, heartbreak and the power of love. It follows the very smart businessman Paul Yang who comes back to Thailand after many years and has taken on a secret identity to join the Crown Diamond company that originally belonged to his mother who was betrayed by his father. He is enraged and thirsty for revenge, a shadow that have followed him his whole life. The victims in his plan of revenge are his father who threw him and his mother away and abandoned them when he was a child- a traumatizing memory. The other victim is his fathers wife Net who he manipulates to get what he wants through charm and seduction...and lastly their adopted daughter Nainapha (Nai) who distrusts him the second he steps his foot into the Crown Diamond Company. Paul and Nai will have to deal with their differences and their undenyable attraction towards each other. My heart hurt for both characters. Their past kept on haunting them, and they only could find bliss and peace with each other. Their romance was such a strong and central part in this intense story and i managed to binge-watch this drama in three days just because i was so invested in their electric romance!

I absolutely loved the OST, especially "Because I Love You" whenever Nai and Paul were together. Ahhhh their chemistry is just so darn good! Their first kiss on the beach while it was raining almost killed me! The actor portraying Paul is such a sexy kisser!

"My Forever Sunshine" was the top thai lakhorn for many viewers in year 2020. It stars the beloved thai actors Mark Prin and Kao Supassara who delivers with their every might in this treasure of a love-story. Their characters Arthit and Paeng goes through emotional developement in this long journey filled with all kinds of heartfelt and painful emotions.Paeng goes through a shattering trauma in such a early stage of this lakhorn, with no one understanding her she becomes very self destructive and desperate to hold on to her only rock, her first friend ever...Arthit. He shines as bright as the sun and in her desperation she also unfairly hurts him, making him hate her so much he wishes for her death. But in her redemption and strive for his forgiveness Arthit starts to become fascinated by the strong and caring woman she has become and it will be him this time fighting to keep her beside him...wanting to possess her and gain her love again. Paeng is after all the sky...and Arthit is the sun who always shines and guards over her.

How their love-story unfolded made me giddy,excited,happy...and cry so many happy and sad tears.Athit and Paeng are both wonderful characters to love and root for.Mark and Kao did a INCREDIBLE job in performing these two well-crafted characters.Wow, i am completely amazed!I also fell in love with the whole cast, wonderful job from everyone!

Year 2010 was a wonderful year for the Thai industry when the delightful, romantic and exciting "4 Hearts Behind the Mountains" aired in 4 split parts about the quadruplets Fai,Din,Lom and their only sister Nam.All 4 of them have followed their dreams in pursuit of successful careers and have all their different stories where they taste the flavor of love."Pathapee Leh Ruk" is the third part in the "4 Hearts Behind the Mountain"-series and follows the strict and handsome Din Pathapee (played by Mark Prin) who is the owner of Thararin Resort. He instantly dislikes the girl who always sticks her nose around everything Cha-aim (played by Mint Chalida) and he instantly suspects her motives of coming to his resort. In fact Cha-aim has been sent there by her father who wants her to spy on Din`s business dealings and she is only doing it to gain his affections. But the time comes where Din and Cha-aim can`t close their hearts for each other.

This part was colorful and fun and i sensed how strong the chemistry was between Mint and Mark since they also were strong koo-jins during their early lakhorns together until he became koojin with Kimberly in his later lakhorns. But Mint`s acting in this lakhorns was quite painful to watch since she really struggled to act natural in the character of Cha-aim.I also find this part memorable because of Din`s allergy to gay people,i mean he literally fainted everytime a guy flirted with him,LOL!

"If I could stop the time so we can stay together forever, I would even sell my soul.Because it's so hard for me to feel this way.I had once wished that I had never met you.But even if I could turn back the time, I would meet you again. We would have the same arguments again. You would have fallen in love with me again.I would love you again." ~Cheon Song Yi

Sometimes i wonder if it`s only dramas that can make me so emotional like this, unlike reality. This romantic fantasy drama was a major hit in South Korea and received immense popularity across Asia, starring the great korean stars Jun Ji-hyun and Kim Soo-hyun as the made leads, they instantly brain-wash you into this one amazing impossible Love-story..ahh one of the greatest.I adore both the hero and heroine.Fate was always behind them, and it was time for them to madly fall in love with each other.Song Yi was a very self-loving actress from the start, but really came to be a worthy heroine. Her crazy humor just made me laugh out many times and i just rooted for her with all my heart. As for Do Min-joon (remember the actor from "Dream High",oh he was such a sweetheart),how could you not fall in love with him, when he is the hero every girl wish for.He was doomed when it came to Song Yi already from the start..the power of love.I also very much adored the second male-lead Hee-kyung played by Park Hae-jin are very irresistible too with his charming Golden Boy looks and attitude."My Love from the Star" will make you feel every possible emotion you can feel, ladies and gentlemen!..and get ready for it!

"To be able to smile and tell everyone this; i have, atleast, cried one litre of tears. "

One of the most heart-breaking dramas ever and one of the earlier japanese dramas i have watched, "One Litre of Tears" delivers a sad love story between two teenagers Aya and her newfound friendship with Haruto which blossoms to a bittersweet love. I remember crying rivers to this story...Now after all this years i still remember how good it felt to be hurt by this drama.

Its a must-Watch if you are into classics and tearjerkers!

I watched this one while it got subbed, how i remember when i got frustrated when i couldn`t watch the next episode cuz it wasn`t subbed. Either way this a story that takes place 10 years since legendary F4 members Tsukasa Domyoji, Rui Hanazawa, Sojiro Nishikado and Akira Mimasaka have graduated from Eitoku Academy. Now another group has taken over the school which are C5 and their leader is the notorious Haruto Kaguragi who falls in love with Oto Edogawa, a girl whose fathers business got bankrupt and are now trying to hide that she is poor. But neither did Haruto know that Oto are engaged to his biggest rival Tenma Hase. Oh how i came to adore this series. We also get to see Domyjoji in a flashback where he saves Haruto. I love it when his love for Makino got mentioned. This drama has its own special classic feeling to it and i never got bored. I love how smitten Haruto are with Oto (like Domyjojo was with Makino) and the love-triangle are bitter-sweet to. A MUST-WATCH if you want some romance and high-school drama!

Time has finally come for me to review this Hit of a K-drama that has been a sizzling force across Asia, starring the great stars Lee Min-ho and Gianna,"Legend of the Blue Sea" is a paranormal romantic drama where Gianna plays a mermaid and Lee Min-ho a charming con-artist. They are reincarnated soulmates that has to overcome obstacles from their past lives and fight against a tragic fate to finally have their happy ending they have so much earned for.

This drama reminded me of another Gianna starrer, which is "You Who came from the Stars" with 20% of the same cast, having paranormal obstacles (while "Blue Sea" takes up mermaids with super powers,"Stars" take up aliens with super powers) and having reincarnation in it. Hundreds of kisses and hugs from me to this gorgeous and epic love-story of Joon Jae and Shin Chung, that i will never forget!

This version of "Hua Jai Sila" (which means "Heart of Stone") has come to be one of the highest rated lakhorn in year 2019. It`s a slap-kiss romance that develops greediness, obsession, power, jealousy and double standards. Its a drama that you can`t take your eyes off because its filled with entertainment and excitement. We root for the seductively tortured Sila (played by Tor Leeluttanakajorn) to win his game filled with hate and vengeance against his enemies, and for the pure-hearted and bright Mintra (played by Ferny Lerkkajornnamkul) to heal his heart with her love and patience. The title to this series represents the relationship between Sila and Mintra by the metaphor..and a question: "Have you ever seen a flower grow on a stone?" While Sila represents a heartless stone, Mintra represents the flower who will capture him...and bring light and love to him. Its`s a beautiful and heart-wrenching love-story my friends. One no Romance-Lover should ever miss!

For 15 years our Male Hero, the night-club owner Sila Wisaetworawade have waited for a right time to start out his quest for revenge. He is respected and feared by everyone underneath and over his status, and has come to be a mastermind in both business and crime. He makes a deal with his aunt Mam, that if the villains still doesn`t get their karma and continues to murder people,he will wait no longer to take a step to create that karma against them himself. Its his step-mother and half-brother he wants to punish...and in turn that quest for revenge also turns into an obsession. The only one who stands in his way, is his reunion with his child-hood friend and the only human being who always treated him with kindness, the now bold and bright architect Mintra Kanaseegoon who finds his very resemblance to her once a dear child-hood friend Tor. Sure they are the same persons she is stubborn with insisting that its the same Tor who drowned to death that same horrific night. But in this journey of wills and fights...the bond between Sila and Mintra surfaces into a blooming love neither of them could ever resist.

Every episode meant a lot to me, and to watch the character developements of Sila is a trip i could never get tired of. Tor`s performance as the cold-hearted,ambitious,deceptive seducer and a gamer as Sila is sexy, charismatic and beautiful all at the same time. After seeing Tor`s performance in the romantic fanatsy comedy "Leh Lub Salub Rarng" in a supporting role, a saw a lots of potential from him as a actor and entertainer...and damn how happy i was for him to prove that potential in a as complex Anti-hero role as Sila in "Hua Jai Sila". He carried on a weight of pain and loneliness that showed in Sila`s eyes. He had lost everything because of his step-mother...even his own identity after she tried to kill him. He is like a hell-bent bitter man that are suffocated in this world of principles and glamour he now lives in. I love that his aunt Mam was the one who could bring true warmth to this cold-hearted young man...and as he said:she was the reason he could live on and not get full head mad and self-destructive. But in the mean time his beloved soulmate Mintra is the only one who could distract him, capture his mind in a sense no one else could, fill him with real happiness and make him open his heart for the whole world to see. She became his heart, and without her he would never be able to live.

Ferny`s acting as Mintra is honest. She showed how naive and selfless Mintra are, and how supportive and protective she is of her family. Her devotion to her evil half-sister despite the abusiveness and harsh bullying she receives from her, Mintra never wavered in her love for her. She is indeed a curious creature who takes decisions without thinking, which always gets her in trouble...but that`s the idea of giving more drama to the whole story i guess. She spends many episodes of hating Sila, because he is the result of her unhappiness, but i am glad that when she fully understands him..she stick to his side and never leaves him no matter what. These two people comes from the same backgrounds, both being born because of an affair. The bond is there the second they reunites many years later...and the undenyable amazing chemistry between Ferny and Tor is also one of the reasons this show has come to be such a fascinating experience. Every dialuge, touch, kiss and glance between them as Sila and Mintra are gold to the extreme. I am NOT kidding about that!

As for the villians...OH MY GOD what a despicable psychopaths the step-mother and the half-brother was! No wonder Sila hated them to the death and wanted to make them suffer blood! Both mother and son were heartless, narcissistic, black-hearted murderers who looked down on everyone. While i also think the son deserved his ending 100 %, i found the character of the evil step-mother Sida (played by Siriam Pakdeedumrongrit) was really well-developed and had a depth as she indeed in a way was a unique sort of villian. I also have to mention what a powerful Siriam acted as Sida and how perfectly she showed the mightyness and evilness of Sida. She is a pride and strong woman who is a surviver and fighter in her heart. All for wrong reasons of course, but she is a woman who however evil...do appreciate goodness. She herself admits that she lost her heart the moment she found out that her husband had an affair and has a bastard child with that mistress. She points out that Sila`s mother and aunt both are dead peacefully, while she still has gone on living with a dying soul and tormented heart. Sida herself is a well-made villain herself too, and while i do not condone her for what she has done...she does indeed get the punishment she fully deserves. I just have to mention again how wonderfully the actress acted as Sida- a worthy villain indeed.

Great acting by everyone in the whole cast, skill-ful directing and wonderful story-line that develops in a different way than how the older version did.I also love the background music, especially "I need to get you out of my head" and the old song (that is from the older version that also shows in this 2019 version sung by Tor) " Hua Jai Kong Ter".This is a slap-kiss romantic thriller drama...so expect lots of forced kissess, burning chemistry, sexy romance, murder, games of win or take, jealousy, heart-break, badass sexy hero...and a brave heroine who dares to love him.!
