Both give an insight into the life of manga artists and editors, even though Gegege no Nyobo specifically focuses on the life of Mizuki Shigeru (whose name is mentioned two times in the last episode of Juhan Shuttai) and his wife.
In both dramas the female lead starts living with three brothers and working at their family-run restaurant. The personality of the brothers are even similar in both of these dramas. In this regard Yuujirou is comparable to Kanata, Junzaburou to Chiaki and Koushirou to Touma. Lunch Queen is much older but just as much enjoyable ! Who will be the lucky brother :) ?
Same main actress, same genres, same vibe !
(Both also feature Motai Masako).
These two stories revolve around a woman who starts running a restaurant on her own but quickly gets to work and live surrounded by loving people. The main differences I see are that Kamome Shokudo is shorter (as it is a movie) and is set in another country : Finland.

Both dramas are centered on a chorus which is to overcome certain problems (that goes without saying) as a whole but also as separate individuals. Some of the songs are even the same in both series :) ! The main differences are the age bracket of the choir's members and the fact Kaeru no Oujo-sama is also about dancing ;) !
