Having a more seasoned actor can really elevate a familiar trope. Even if it's the same plot, it feels more refined, and the drama doesn't come off as cheap or overly ridiculous. 😅
I became a fan of Chen Si through social media reels, but I never watched any of his dramas because I don't usually watch modern vertical dramas. This is my very first Chen Si drama, and I absolutely love it! 🥰
I'm not sure if there are other versions of this drama, but I vaguely remember watching one where the real and fake sisters were played by different actresses, and one of them had a large birthmark on her face, just like in this drama.
Does anyone know which drama? If so, please share the title or a link. Thanks! 🥰
I get where the prince was coming from, but him making her sign the indenture was a major turn-off for me. She didn’t really have a choice since it was tied to both her revenge plan and her safety, which made it feel pretty coercive. Then they eventually move past it...That shift in development just didn’t fully land for me.
Overall, It was just okay for me, but it leaned too heavily on dialogue. There was a lot of talking and the family constantly slandering her (basically spreading false narratives and blaming her), and while the FL did fight back with sharp comebacks, I kept wishing she’d do more than just verbally defend herself.
For a 2.5-hour runtime, I wanted a bit more action or decisive payback instead of mostly deflections.
The prince was also a bit of a wasted opportunity — he had minimal screen time, which ironically made the focus more on the FL, but it still left me slightly disappointed overall 😂
I usually skip this kind of over-exaggerated drama, but somehow I ended up finishing it… I must’ve been bored, lol.
I’ve never seen a second female lead (2FL) this annoying and delusional—and honestly, she nailed it. The actress is basically made for these kinds of roles; I’ve caught her in similar characters before.
But seriously, the amount of domestic violence they managed to cram into just 2.5 hours was wild. 💀 I don’t even know what I just watched.
I don’t usually watch Thai movies or dramas, but somehow I came across this clip on my social app a long time ago. I don’t even know how I recognized the characters from the poster, but the boat scene just popped into my head when I saw them… this scene is so funny 🤣🤣🤣

It may not be on par with the canon story, but at least now I understand where Su Wu Ming’s “one thousand years later” line in the main drama comes from. I kept wondering why he kept saying it, like he had traveled to the future—and well… he actually did 😂
