Looking up...but not for long...

Ok, first off, I really hate desperate women. It's just sad and they look stupid. Baek Sung Joo needs to let it go. When you buy yourself a matching couple ring that the man your in love with bought for another woman and wear it around, that's when you've crossed the line into the crazy zone. I really liked this episode as far as Tae Sang and So Mi Do's relationship goes. It was nice to see So Mi Do nice and more affectionate with Tae Sang. A lot of people don't like her character and I get that but one thing I do like is she's pretty straightforward. I find a lot of main female leads will hide stuff and keep silent when they really shouldn't. But So Mi Do told Jae Hee from the beginning she liked someone else and now that she's chosen Tae Sang she's standing by her choice. I was a little surprised she didn't ask Tae Sang to hide the fact they were a couple but instead told him he could tell Jae Hee if he wanted. Anyway, I just liked how she's treating Tae Sang now.

AAAHHHHHH!!!!

Ok, I just watched this w/out subs and OMG!!!! So Mi Do and Jae Hee what are you thinking!?!?! You guys are killing me! As for the rest of it I don't really have a clue what's going lol. Can't wait for the subs!

****Now that I've watched this w/ subs, man oh man! Pretty awkward makeout scene lol. Poor Tae Sang :-( He has such a big heart, I feel so sad for him. Mi Do pretty much lost any redeeming quality she may have had and Jae Hee pretty much did what I expected. I'm really curious to see how this all goes down in the next episode!! Chang Hee seems absolutely terrified of his brother liking Mi Do. Hopefully Tae Sang will just finally let Mi Do go and wash his hands of her. No revenge, no trying to keep hold of her, just let her go. He can't possibly feel he's happier having her around! She's constantly making him feel like he's screwing up and being ignored by her. Yes, she's been sweet, SOMETIMES, but that doesn't override awful she treats him.

So hoping for a happy ending!!

Secrets have finally been revealed, MD is actually using her brain for once and trying to do the right thing (I think that brain is telling her she really messed up), TS has met his mother (yippee!) and is just his perfect self. Now Jae Hee....where do I start. I already didn't like him but now he's just digging himself into a deeper hole. Han Tae Sang was spot on when he said Jae Hee was making up his own doubts and immersing himself in them. JH is out for blood without bothering to find out if what he suspects to be the truth is in fact reality. MD sees this as does Roy Jang. He won't listen to what anyone is telling him, except for Sung Joo, which is the last person anyone should be listening to. But she's telling him what he wants to hear. I hope Chag Hee tell him everything, even clearing up the accident with Mi Do. Hopefully then he'll stop with his sloppy scheming. I don't really care who, if anyone, Mi Do ends up with. I just want a happy ending for Han Tae Sang, his mother and Tae Min (Roy).

And did anyone else think Tae Min's adopted dad was soooo sweet!?! He's trying to get Tae Min to let go of his hate for Tae Sang and is even willing to accept Tae Sang as his own son just like he did for Tae Min. I really didn't expect that. Made me smile :-)

And the plot thickens....

I totally agree bluegrl95! I don't understand why the doctor can't just sit still and keep her mouth shut, even as Choi Young is telling her she needs to keep her mouth shut!!! She's giving stuff away left and right to the enemy! I love her but she's getting kind of annoying not taking everyone's advice and having faith in Choi Young to send her back once things are a safer. She's the one they're all after so she should stop running around like she knows what she's doing when she doesn't really have a clue. She reveals WAY too much to Gi Choel knowing he's a horrible power hungry man. Yet she's somewhat civil towards him but she freaks out and acts mad at Choi Young all the time while he does nothing but tries to protect her. Yes he kidnapped her to begin with but he's been trying his best to keep her safe while giving up his own freedom to stay by her side so he CAN send her back the first chance he gets. Plus, you can tell he's really starting to care about her and she's completely oblivious to it. I wish the king would have let Choi Young kill Gi Choel. Everyone knows he's up to know good and can't be trusted in the slightest. Not quite sure why the king doesn't just get rid of him and be done with it. Ugh, there's my rant. Can't wait to see how Eun Soo screws things up next week....

I think I'm switching sides in this triangle....

I was all for Mi Do and Tae Sang but now I'm not so sure. Although I still love Tae Sang and I hope he gets some sort of happy ending, I don't really think he's right for Mi Do. Her and Jae Hee just have so much in common, they're both young, she has fun with him, he supports and encourages her dreams, and he really understands her. Although none of them are perfect by any means (Jae Hee is a bit pushy and Tae Sang has a temper that scares Mi Do) I think Tae Sang just has too much baggage and his and Mi Do's past doesn't help either. He doesn't really know much about Mi Do and kind of thinks he can just buy her happiness and she'll be content, for a lack of better wording. I sincerely believe he has the best intentions but he's a bit clueless on how to really connect with her. She's really tried to get to know him but I think her and Jae Hee connect better. Sorry Tae Sang :-(

Poor Harry....

Although I am definitely not team Harry, you can't help but feel bad for the guy when he sees his mother. So sad :-( Looks like almost everything is out in the open for those 3 now. I'm very interested to see how everything starts to wrap up. Good episode!

I'm so confused :-/

First thing's first, I hate So Mi Do so much. Just thought I'd get that out there lol.

Ok, I never really got why MD was so scared of TS. It doesn't really make sense to me that she could honestly believe he would hurt her. He's never once hurt her, even when he was a gangster. He's always been kind to her even if he's seemed a little rough around the edges. She's so self-absorbed. Even if TS was hurt and said he wished she was dead (bet you're eating those words now TS) she should have known better. Even before he said any of that she was still scared for her life and I just don't get it! And even if she thought TS could have killed his old boss, well you could certainly chalk that up to self defense. She was there, she knows what started it, she knows he got seriously hurt. So would it really be such a bad thing that he killed the boss? No, it would make sense. Why TS didn't just say "look, I didn't order anyone to kill you" I'll never understand. MD and JH think they know better than everyone else and they're both so wrong. The writer's certainly forgot to give some of these characters logical thinking skills. If everyone else dies in this stupid show and Han Tae Sang walks off into the sunset I'll be a happy girl lol. Han Tae Sang, smarten up for all our sake's!!!!

Playin' dirty!

So Young Do and Kim Tan are bringing out the big guns! I'm glad we got to see more of Young Do and all the shit he has to deal with. The guy has an awful father so it's no wonder he's as screwed up as he is! I'm kind of getting tired of him being a complete ass to Eun Sang though. Come on, no matter how badly you were raised, you can only do so much before the object of your affection gets pushed to the point of no return. At the rate he's going, he may not be able to redeem himself. But I'm not sure he's entirely worried about what Eun Sang thinks of him. He just wants to ruin Kim Tan. I'm still not entirely clear on why though lol. Is it just bc Kim Tan is an illegimate child?? If so, seems like a pretty petty reason but whatever.

Kim Tan is great but kind of annoying at the same time. I love that he's trying to figure out a way for him and Eun Sang to be together and make sure she doesn't get hurt in the process but he's borderline obsessed with her. I don't know. Some of his actions aren't what I would want in a boyfriend.

The rest of the drama is just kind of o.k. I find myself skipping over some parts. I'm more interested in how this feud with Young Do and Kim Tan is going to play out. And as long as Kim Woo Bin keeps getting more screen time, I'll be all over this drama! Yummy :-)

Maybe not faking at first

I'm not sure if Mi Do was faking the entire time bc she was pretty convincing. She didn't even look a bit sad while she was hurting Jae Hee saying she didn't remember him and wanted him out of her room. She looked genuinely creeped out by him. I think when she rolled down the hill, hitting her head again, that's when she remembered everything.

Tae Sang shouldn't cover for Chang Hee though. Shit's gonna hit the fan and Tae Sang is going to take the fall for everything. Another frustrating episode under my belt. Whatever. I'm trying not to care lol. It's just a drama

A bit heavy on the drama

Loving what Juniko said about the yoga session haha!! I was thinking that's pretty much all she does in this show. An episode just wouldn't be the same if we couldn't watch her workout while she reminisced intensely on how TaeSang or MiDo pissed her off this time.

Anyway, this show needs to tone down the angry violin music, intense stare downs, crazy eyes and "my life is in danger" overtones. It's getting a bit cheesy at this point. I don't really know what to say at this point. Neither guy is without their flaws and MiDo needs to get that snotty look slapped right off her face. TaeSang is apparently fine living in lala land, JaeHee needs to calm down bc, let's face it, this isn't a life or death situation we're dealing with. And MiDo **sigh** make a decision and stick with it. If you have a connection with JaeHee that just isn't there with TaeSang, then there ya go! Break ups are never easy or fun but sometimes it's gotta be done. Song Seung Hun, you're the only thing saving this show for me at this point.

NOOOOOO!!!!!

As much as I didn't like Mi Do sometimes, I really don't want to see Tae Sang and Sung Joo get married. It's just wrong on so many levels. I know it's not uncommon in that culture to get married w/out love but being the westerner that I am I just can't accept that. She's obsessed and desperate. He's lonely and gave up. That's a recipe for a miserable marriage.

That being said, I'm glad he's standing his ground with Mi Do and not falling over her anymore. I have to admit, it's kind of sad seeing Mi Do realize she does really care for Tae Sang but that she blew her chance. For some people, that's the wake up call they need. Now I'm not rooting for Mi Do bc I feel a bit sorry for her but I would rather her be with Tae Sang than Sung Joo. I say that only bc I want Tae Sang to get everything he wants and be truly happy and I think he'll only really be happy with Mi Do. He's got his mother and brother back. Now he just needs to girl he loves NOT just some woman to be his wife. I don't care how much or how long Sung Joo has loved him. I really feel no sympathy for her whatsoever and don't feel she's right for Tae Sang.

Jae Hee finally got the sense knocked back into him! One thing I've liked about most of these characters is they're pretty straightforward w/ one another. Chang Hee didn't hold anything back when clearing the air for Jae Hee. Now Jae Hee will hopefully try to right all of his wrongs now that he realizes he was being a complete asshat.

And YAY for Tae Sang getting his mother and brother back!! If the writers have a heart, they'll leave them alone.

Anyway, I just hope Mi Do goes and stops the wedding or Chang Hee (or better yet Jae Hee) convinces Tae Sang to not let Mi Do go. I feel this last episode is going to be super rushed so I'm not sure how the writer's are going to clean this mess up nicely. I mean, Tae Sang being investigated for a murder, a wedding, Mi Do leaving for America, and Yang Kab (who's been a waste of a character imo) possibly planning something? (although I doubt it since he hasn't done much other than play baseball). I think I'm going to skip right to the end before I sit through the entire hour only to possibly be disappointed.

So far so good

This drama has been pretty tame so far. Looks like Jae Hee is starting to doubt Tae Sang as a person. Not just bc he knows about Tae Sang and So Mi Do but it seems he's starting to think Tae Sang might not be such a good guy after all. Yikes!! I love Tae Sang though! Yes he's a little rough around the edges but he seems so clueless and innocent at the same time. 12 episodes left to stir things up!
