All kinds of FL's are acceptable, but if they're given a character such as martial artist [or heart surgeon or whatever], the writers typically undermine that by also making her silly, dumb or clumsy, or stupid around the ML. It's awful and we should call that out when we see it.
I'm four or five episodes in, and I like the cast quite a lot. Struggling a bit with the story/plot, though.
If the ML was the recipient of her brother's heart, ergo heart transplant, why, when she sees him shirtless in the bathroom, doesn't she wonder why he doesn't have a scar? Even if he'd had the operation a decade before, the scar from a heart transplant is pretty large and noticeable. Unless she's a complete half-wit, shouldn't she be connecting some dots by now? [i.e., the ML plays basketball competitively, doesn't appear to be taking post surgical medication, has no scar, etc.,]
Is this bad writing, is it a plot point, or are the writers just drawing another dumb and clumsy FL?

She can absolutely have the heart of a young maiden, or a penguin, for that matter.
But, you know. I guess a female judoka who has the heart, mind and muscles of a warrior would just be too unfeminine. I mean, how else would we know it's a Cdrama if the FL isn't cute?. Bonus if she's clumsy, too!
This plot device is completely worn out. Even if everything about it was completely excellent, it would still be a Cdrama that uses traveling into a game so that they can do time travel.
This is a hard pass for me, and so are the 352 other Cdramas coming that will be just like it.
You may feel, like I did, that the show is out, and you're going to watch it because you can't wait. But if you do that, when it ends on episode 8 and episodes 9 - 16 won't air for three more months, you may want to scream in shocked impatience, like I did. So just know that.
A rare, rare show that lives up to expectations. The bad guys are very bad, and the good guys are, uh, also bad.

With you on this. I'm 2/3 of the way through, and it's taken me days to get that far because I keep pausing to do other things. Song Joong Ki is almost always worth watching, and you have to admire that he looks like he's 15 in this drama which comes in pretty handy for the plot, but after 11 long episodes, I'm wondering if I have what it takes to go all the way to the end.
I think it's underwhelming and disappointing, and I doubt it'll get better.
Drama is extraordinary, in all possible ways. Beautifully made. The fight sequences are terrific.
(In RL, I question whether Shi Eun would be targeted by bullies, who typically prey on people they perceive to be weak or compromised in some way that keeps them from fighting back. An attempt might be made, but Shi Eun is much too fierce to be desirable as a target, and bullies are skilled at picking that up right away.)
Oh, shoot. It's not that it wasn't completely predictable that there was going to be a 2nd part. It's that I was really hoping that it was going to be 8 very tight, intense episodes. Now I have to decide whether to wait until all 16 episodes are in the can, or deal with a potential 1st part cliffhanger. Nuts.
And if he WAS suing only because of the money? So fucking what? The CEO and her agency cheated him of his earning for many years, and then tries to make him look small for wanting to get the money he's owed?
She is literally the worst.
When this is over, I hope she is put completely out of business and is so bankrupt and humiliated, the only thing she has left is a toothbrush and her underpants.
A bit boring and predictable, even as a light, fluffy watch. The boys are pretty, though. I think telling the stories sequentially instead of in the more usual integrated way wasn't a good idea, either.

The ending left me feeling empty and sad.
