The whole crime mystery likely isn't going to be great for everyone. I liked it but it wasn't without its faults. I highly suggest mainly watching this for the father-son bond that they have in this show

Welldeserved, its a great comedy and plays around a lot with both modern and Joseon Korean references. Definitely enjoyable, especially if you know a bit about Korean culture.

Yes it definitely wasn't an ideal environment for him to grow as an actor since the group had different priorities. For Machida being part of the jpop-life was (before his injury) a goal since he loves dancing but I don't think Akaso ever had that love for dancing/singing.
I'm glad they are both actors now.

I finally did it. After months I found a clip of Akaso in BOYS AND MEN. The dude is hidden away for most of the video but just look for someone in an all green outfit.

Basically for those unaware, Akaso was very shortly in a boygroup but left so quickly that its difficult to find anything of it left.

Yeah we've been thinking about it since episode 12 aired but no definite answer yet XD seems like they just leave it up to intepretation.

First show I've seen that mixes reality and anime this much. It's an interesting concept since that kinda blurs the lines between an anime or a drama.

We have no way of knowing right now how they will end the series. We can theorize using the original Chinese novel or the Chinese drama but they may very well just choose their own unique ending.
They will likely not show a clear resolution of the queen/cook soul plot up till pretty late in the drama. Cause they got all this political plotpoints to get through first.

It's likely that the Joseon mail exchange they did before helped him distinguish her handwriting better XD

Absolutely agreed, Crowned Clown was very good and one of the reasons I started Mr Queen too.

Don't worry too much. If they actually went all the way we would see very different tags on this drama page.

Likely not this year yet but the hope is definitely there for the future of Korean BLs.

You're missing out if you've never watched BL before. This one is a short watch so just try it I suppose. Just keep in mind that just like regular dramas there are different types of BL so if you dislike Color Rush then it may not mean that you dislike all BL.
