Alright I love discussing this sort of stuff ^^ I will go along the ideas and ignore the dramas version a bit for now XD
1. ''Would their current personalities and inherent inclinations would be any different had they no past life at all?'' Religions surrounding reincarnation often believe that the deeds of past lives follow us into the new one (in the form of karma). In regards to personality/inherent inclinations I think very little would be capable of passing down unless mayby the individual was born with the right circumstances to express them. Like a soul of the same culture being reborn in that same culture and growing up in very familiar circumstances. With current human population numbers thats unlikely to happen and of course we don't know if time is a matter in the rebirth of souls. Can you be reborn 200 years in the past? Mayby time is different in the afterlife. All we can say for sure is that if souls are reborn their memories are wiped and only the core being remains. For example mayby that core being is just a soul with the attached result of the deeds we've done or the information could be cryptified into the soul, inaccesible.
-''Are their experiences being engraved into their souls rather than just being memories of their current body, as there is gradually reaching the wholeness in Daoism hence reincarnation of the soul in different vassals, and are their souls have any qualities that would differentiate one from another or are they just blank sheet of papers, all equal to one another at the creation?''
Even if there are experiences being stored into a soul...In the case of rebirth these would only be temporary, lingering memories. Like the scary stories you'd hear of haunting ghosts that have lingering wishes.
Some believe (for example certain Buddhist monks) that to be free is to let go of eartly desires completely and through that reach the ultimate state of human conciousness. In this case we would let go of our individuality. The focus on rejecting individual needs in these types of reincarnation religions does point to a seeming conclusion that there is no escape of the reset of our soul or rejection of selves. We either join the collective universe by rejecting our human individuality or we get our soul reset every time. Now the exact details of this soul reset are obviously a mystery and you can think of multiple ways this occurs. Encrypting the information of the soul or a complete wipe of individuality to restart the trial of humanity. In the second case, rebirth doesn't matter to our concious selves on earth right now. We'd disappear or in the better case, get encrypted as information. Thinking about reincarnation is kinda depressing when you go into the options. Rejecting your human self to escape the trials of humanity or getting reset forever. Either way we lose our human identity, to some that may not be a loss but to me it is.
Another interesting theory is that we are all the same individual soul. Getting reborn over and over into each time period. For what reason? To learn? Could we just be part of a program running options on living organisms until the ideal path is found? Mayby a question was posed to a computer on how life could prosper and we're currently a very long experiment of that question. Whatever we are, it's not like we have a choice but to accept what we have in this reality.

A guy sleeping with a trans person would indeed make the intimate act straight in my opinion. As the trans person (in this example) would identify with being female and have changed their body to reflect that. the guy fell in love with a woman so its a straight relationship.
You bring up an interesting point as without gender what remains of our identity when we are souls? However, there are plenty of religions that believe that reincarnation into any organism is possible. So a soul can reincarnate as both male or female. Doesn't this seem to point to the fact that the soul is inherently genderless? As it can become both female and male at reincarnation in most reincarnation-having religions.
So if we take this timetravel bodyswap situation in consideration. The guys soul lost his original body so in a way this is a rebirth into a different body. Just not into a baby form and he retains all his memories. This makes the situation much more difficult and as you said, we shall see whether his memories of being a male will win out on his current body state. He doesn't seem to hate having to present himself as a female too much while most trans people would dislike that. Yes he did crossdress with male clothes but it was only once and mostly to get female attention.
In my opinion a human adapts very quickly to new situations. Unless he actively shows attempts to be seen as a male in this female body then I don't think he will be trans. I don't think he will easily fall in love with another male though as there are still his memories of being a straight male. It will likely take a long time but if he is stuck there for a long time then I think its inevitable to grow fondness for each other as he knows his new role. Even if that fondness is friendly at first, they will have to produce children in this time period and with his role as queen. For now they are still maintaining the ''no touch'' rule though.
You raise interesting points about the king. However, whatever the guys past was doesn't really matter to him. Would you really care if your love said they were a different gender in a previous life? He will only care about the current life they have together unless he actually meets the guy in his male body. After all, the guy in the queens body already tried to convince him that they were a guy but he thought she was just being crazy. A girl being a bit more like a guy in personality (tomboy) could actually be his type.
I'm very interested in what will happen as well, for now the gender conflict seems to be saved for later episode as the king first needs to actually grow to accept the queen as an ally.
I don't really read fanfics but I've been following most of the AU videos made on CM. Here's one that maches your idea a bit: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=apznTOFpPks There's plenty of other AUs, some are pretty wild XD
I want a compilation of all the hugs for Kurosawa and Adachi can i find a link for that ?
From my memory of rewatching: First hug: Ep 7 (bridge confession) Second hug: Ep 10 (Adachi decides to do the competition) Third hug: Ep 11 (Kurosawa jumps Adachi after he leaves elevator) Fourth hug: Ep 12 (Adachi returns to Kurosawa on rooftop)

In my view its a womans body flirting with women so that's why I view it as an LGBT interaction in the current state. I could see how having a male inner voice for their thoughts would distract from that though. There are people with dissociative personality disorder, they sometimes have male/female characters that don't match their body either but that doesn't change the body. While the queen in the show does regret losing their male bodyparts, it seems more like it was used as a gag/joke for first episodes and that they will be more comfortable later on.
As for gendered souls, I don't believe in that as a large part of our behaviour is very dependent on hormones and brains. Change a part of our brains or the amount of hormones and we completely change. This is evident by trans people describing the personality effect that taking either estrogen (female hormone) or testosteron (male hormone) has.
The actual scientific explanation for being trans is that the brain doesn't acknowledge the current shape of the body as its own. It likely has nothing to do with gendered soul energy. I do believe in souls but I very much doubt what will be left of gender when theres no body to express it with.
Anyway you are right that theres plenty of views in the world. I think the show will mostly focus on the fun or joking side apart from the whole assasination plotpoints. I just wanted to share my viewpoint on the discussion as the concept of souls is quite interesting to think about.
Ep4. So far I like this drama. I was afraid to see how mr Queen would manage the physical proximity and the emotional…
The queen has already been massively flirting with the female characters though so in my perspective that's LGBT. Or is it only LGBT to you if the inner souls are the same gender? In my perspective souls have no gender, there's no hormones or bodyparts to influence them. They're in a new body and will likely adapt at least somewhat.
