I think ultimate proof will likely be historical knowledge the queen has about future events. The queen will find out about the kings secret ninja-life completely soon so the queen will have to play things out in a smart way. The queens cousin is about to reveal to the queen that the king is a supposed ''bad guy''/''suspicious dude'' sometime soon after all.
Initially the queen was planning to choose the easy side (the non-king side) since historically the king dies after 13 years of reign. Currently the queen is mostly looking out for herself, the queen still has to decide to actively support the king in his giant plan of taking power.

Oh she first got pregnant in season 2. The male lead wasn't aware of it at first and she broke off with him without informing him she was carrying his child. So that stuff was wild to me when I was seeing it all happen in episode 1.

Yeah speculations can go wild in Weibo sometimes, its a great source for CM news though. Like this week when Chinese Youtube/bilibili shortly censored the CM manga with a newly drawn blanket over the main characters XD

So for season 2 it started out with them just being happy and then the drama immediately happened and the pregnancy (she didn't inform her husband of that before breaking it up). It all felt very serious which I wasn't really used to after the season 1 ending but things do resolve to create that fun atmosphere again.

I gotta say I did love the s2 opening though, it was a lot of fun to see every time! But yeah first few episodes of season 2 weren't completely my thing but the story does pick up the pieces fast

Alright at first I was a bit confused as to the context of this whole story but from what I understand this is from a Gekidan EXILE (Machidas group) event that recently happened. Correct me if I'm wrong about that because I didn't hear from/see this broadcast myself.

One of the posts mentions member Hayato Onozuka and the other mentions member Kanta Sato. I had to google these guys as I dont follow Gekidan EXILE myself but now I know their identities.

So apparently the member Kanta Sato caused the most uproar as Machida asked him ''Did you watch Cherry Magic?'' and Kanta replied he didn't watch it. Now some in the comments are making up some wild stories and comparing the relations of Machida and Kanta with the relations between Machida and Akaso. Comments are basically either seeing potential in a Machida and Kanta ship or just disliking Kanta. Typical nonsense drama.

For Hayato Onozuka, according to the post (again, didn't see the broadcast myself) he asked whether they kissed in Cherry Magic. The member didn't receive an answer so the post basically jokingly speculates about it and concludes ''they must've kissed'' based on basically no evidence. So again, kinda a nonsense post XD

I loved season 1, season 2 caught me offguard in the first episodes but I did want to see more of these lovely chaotic families. I am definitely attached to the characters ^^

After reading it (thanks for sharing), scandal kinda seems focused on details. I get that history needs to be respected to some degree but its a history romcom and they tend to make fun of historical things in general. As for the original novelist being rude to Koreans, definitely something to bring to attention but not the dramas fault. Well, every drama that does something different gets criticism so I guess at least its caught attention from people.

I think the king will eventually find out because even now he thinks the queen is wayy too weird and yeah it'll be enjoyable. Im glad Bong Hwan has such good history knowledge cause I'd be completely lost.
