You have a good point about GH's evolution and I agree totally about how it would be more painful for HJ to keep…
Yeah i don't know about Maru, all I know is that it's an adorable dog. Although I remember getting annoyed at Maru a lot when GH had to chase the dog and risk her life. All is forgiven now though.
Also, there is no driver. It was an automated car with no one at the wheel. I'm still holding out hope for a somewhat happy end.
There is absolutely no problem with gay kissing. To me it just feels like the producers were relying on those…
Yes the story did suffer from the large amount of BL-scenes in later episodes but I don't think them choosing BL-scenes over story has to be bad. They weren't gonna be able to cover all the side-stories properly anyway so they might as well just do 1 thing really well. Why R U did something new with their artistic way of filming BL-scenes and built on the foundation that Tharntype created. Sure I wouldn't want every BL to do the same thing but since this is the first time we've seen something like this I think we should appreciate it for what it did right and move on. Comparing it to p*rn seems a bit insulting for the amount of work that went into the story of the main couples.
Well, the journey is over. I'd like to thank all the skincare and toothpaste ad-cameos for getting us here.
Did the show finish every storyline? Not at all, this show is a mess but I love it regardless. Those small BL-moments became more like small BL-movies at the end but it was art and I appreciate them for trying to capture their artistic vision. Fighter and Tutor honestly have such a unique couple-dynamic and I love them together. Zon and Saifah are complicated because their story was kinda cut short but I love them too. I ended up just thinking of my own stories for Zon and Saifah due to the shortage of followups.
BL-fan me watching Zon and Saifah: ''They're so happy and cute together!''
Conspiracy me watching Zon and Saifah: ''That single tear represented the last of Zons resistance to Zols influence. The Zon we knew is now completely gone.''
Anyway, it's been fun. I'm sure Zol is off creating chaos elsewhere.
Some side-notes: I'm so proud that necklace has now joined the BL-items list among the icecubes, pink milk and guitar picks. Though why did the show feel the need to remind me of Japan and the weird cat-scene? I may never know and am already denying the existence of that scene again.
Yes it crushs my heart when HJ knew the truth but at least it was GH who told him I really was scared that SH…
Haven't watched it yet but I believe you did a recommendation of the Guest. I love detective stories as too but only with interesting characters and either comedy/mystery. Bromance and Sismance are both cool to see as well. I'll be back when the next episode has been uploaded with subs!

Woooowww you watched that too? It was such a fun show to see. I can let you know I know what you talk about with a few words: Red notebook. The bromance in that series reached peak to the point that it almost looked like the serial killer was proposing a marriage. In another timeline than ours perhaps it could've been different and we could've had reformed serial killer overcoming his childhood issues with the chaotic office worker.
If we look for the same sort of stuff in dramas like this then we'll definitely meet again on another shows page!

The part about SH though... Yeah if SH learns about HJ saving him and still doesn't regret/shows no remorse I'm done. There's 2 scenarios I accept right now: -HJ dies but SH finds out the truth and shows clear regret and leaves GH alone. -SH finds out just before dying and regrets his whole life.
Okay I'm gonna write my last thoughts about the upcoming ending down. This is just theories though. So basically the LAST important question is ''who ends up living/resetting?'' I think detective Hyung Joo (HJ) doesn't stand a chance, he's dead.
This worry seems validated by the reflection imagery of the show which has been discussed. Basically that Lee Shin and GH have multiple reflections in the hall with mirrors and HJ only has one. This could represent multiple timelines vs 1 timeline (he doesn't get a reset).
Personally I think the best ending right now would be for detective HJ to die, although that does sound weird to say. 1. People seem to care about romance so much so lets first discuss that point. If HJ were to live and GH dies then he has to be the one to reset. Lets remember what type of person GH is, it took a long time for her to warm up to HJ (especially since he's a fanboy). If HJ resets and hugs an unknowing GH she's calling the police within a second. She'd have no reason to stay in contact with a stranger like him. Meanwhile if HJ died and GH reset she would be able to easily become friends since she's his favourite webcomic artist.
2. One of the most important points for me is detective HJ's mental health and his guilt. If he does live then he's gonna be carrying all that trauma with him. A reset done by someone else would be perfect since this would vanish his Sun Ho trauma and his guilt over saving a killer. GH has character growth in the form of learning to trust the right people but HJ has just been getting worse experiences every time and trying to cope. Dying and losing their memories would be bad for GH's character but not for HJ's character.
Mayby I'm wrong and GH dies or they both live but somehow it feels right for HJ to die and be saved from his pain. --I think he deserves a life without trauma. -- Also, the Japanese versions ending probably heavily influenced this upcoming ending. This also made me believe that HJ had to die.
I watched the Japanese version to compare and this is my conclusion. The storyline is very similar but different enough, the plottwist is different from the Japanese one and more shocking. I also like Lee Shins character more than Kazama. I would say I prefer the Korean version overall since they added some new interesting elements.
Yes it crushs my heart when HJ knew the truth but at least it was GH who told him I really was scared that SH…
I'm still not emotionally over the reveal. Anyway, I get your point wanting to have detective HJ be the one to reset (it is romantic) but I would disagree for the sake of HJ's sanity. GH is way more mentally stable (although scared of course) at the moment than HJ. If HJ were to see the one he loves killed by the friend he saved he would probably have a mental breakdown.
I'm already expecting one of them to die and mayby that's not the case but it's likely at this point and I feel like GH would be better at handling it than HJ. Sure she would be sad but she is very set on finding solutions and doesn't have a crushing guilt in the back of her mind.
First of all, let's acknowledge that cutting any cute Sol Ah+Hong Jo scenes is a crime. Second of all, we needed more cute Hong Jo+Jae Sun scenes. Jae Sun and Sol Ah don't provide cute moments together and thus I conclude that this isn't worth the time spent on it. Also, that cat gives a better performance than some actors/actresses I've seen in kdramas. This ball of fur must be protected from harm.
Best I've seen in a while. Should be rated higher i think but the romance guys wouldn't allow this to happen.....
Unfortunately true although I do understand their preference. I think minimising romance was a smart move by the writers because this is a survival scenario. I can't see them being on a date in one scene and researching a dead body of their friend in the next, it'd take away from the severity of the situation. Ga Hyun also seems way too down to earth to easily give into romance. There's enough romance shows already anyway.
The plot seems more towards chinese BL novels than the realistic depiction Strongberry do on their works (company…
I kinda feel pressured to be hyped about this though. Like if we make this succeed we have a chance at more Korean BL. All it has to do is deliver a decent BL story with a good ending, can't be that difficult right?
Ok so I checked out the accompanying trailer for this and I think it's the wrong one... It's horror movie/drama about a mother and a girl who visit a haunted house and get a female ghost chasing them. Pretty scary stuff.
Well you never know what happens in the last episodes but I mean.. The serial killer confrontation probably takes priority. It's very likely that Ga Hyun and the detective will end up together though, even if it's in a new timeline.

Edit: Wait lmao it was probably Zol
