Osu!! (@^^)/ Long time no comment everyone (Well, it's not like everyone remembers me ( ; ̄▽ ̄)). I've been…
Welcome back eneru!
Good to hear you have some time to check back again now ^^ A lot of stuff indeed happens in the CM fandom. Keeping good track of Machida and Akaso activities and all that.

I agree that their new photoshoot had a very beautiful result. I think a part of that is that for the Cherry Magic photoshoot they were still in their characters with the suits and Akasos Adachi always looked a bit anxiety-filled (cause for the majority of CM, that's just Adachi). Meanwhile in the new photoshoot you could see that they weren't dressed/acting like their characters. This was just Machida and Akaso and it looks a lot more relaxed for them. They indeed make us happy ^^

I've just caught up with the latest eps and it's great so far. However the peeping tom incident was difficult…
Discussions about cultures aside, the scene can definitely be triggering to some people. The scene can be funny to some but perceived very differently by others. I'm glad you're still intending to continue though!

This was actually so much fun! I remember skipping this one cause I thought it was gonna be another slice of life which I have seen a lot before. When finally watching it (with the J-Dramas Watch Party, thanks guys!) I realised it was so much more fun than I expected. Rated it highly for the unique experience of seeing these unique characters! A wholesome short experience.

Title Vincenzo
Action scenes are highly entertaining. Will likely continue this show just because of that. Also any show that includes two languages or more is favorable to me.

Title A Tale of Thousand Stars Spoiler
Wait, y'all are pissed about the peeping scene but you're okay with TharnType??? Unbelievable
Hmm alright I understand the commentary on the peep scene a bit. Mostly because it can be triggering to some as there are female/male victims of peeping incidents in real life that were a lot less fun. That can cause a lot of paranoia to a person and lasting psychological trauma. Like hidden cameras in locker rooms or people who were watched through fake mirrors.

Sure in the middle of the forest of an isolated community I get it happens. However, a lot of the viewers of this show will be people from the city/towns where cameras and stalking are themes we have to consider. Mayby some people don't mind being secretely watched/filmed in vulnerable times but a lot of urban folk do. And that opinion is valid so I'm just here to explain that viewpoint.

So while I agree that the scene is fitting for the story in an isolated village (I can imagine that peeping happens in reality as well), it can make for an uncomfortable scene to some.

Regarding Tharntype.... Yeah its messed up.

Hey Jay! Yeah it's okay to share your opinion! Sometimes you will find some people agreeing and others will disagree. It's an interesting look into cultural differences between BL fans. A scene that may feel uncomfortable to one person looks completely normal for the other. I'm personally used to Japanese anime where that sort of behaviour is normalized as comedy so I wasn't too surprised to see it.

However, as you were someone watching the episode with family-members I completely understand the discomfort you experienced. I think the majority of BL fans watch their episodes with either a BL fangroup or alone. Which makes the scene a lot easier to sit through. For me it was easy to dismiss but if my non-BL friends/family were there I would be a lot less comfortable.

Sister zoned - whew! I have never felt so happy to see a character sent to the desolate land of a relationship…
Sister zoned for the win!! I agree completely, when a sister zone happens in a natural way without conflict it can be wonderful to see.
