Title My Mister
I just love it!!!After My liberation notes and My Mister, I realised what is my favourite genre of K-dramas...
From the same writer: "Another Miss Oh" . It is not as good as MLN, and most certainly not as good as My Mister. It is interesting to watch though. Like reading earlier works of your favourite author.
You can see some of the elements that the author perfected later.
Another Miss Oh is not as serious. Unfortunately, I found lots of its humour very silly. Lots of its side characters are cringe, but the leads are great.

It's more like she is a bit slow with understanding how to get used to the world in the present time when she…
I kind of disagree with you.
I think the writing of her character is inconsistent, because she behaves like 16 years (or at least someone who haven't been in society for 15 years) in superficial things like in E2, and sometimes for laugh.
However, in important things like dealing with the manager, and taking control of situation with Ran Joo she is way too mature in my opinion.
Dealing with people is very hard skill for anybody, let alone for someone who has been away for 15 years.

It is not terrible, but unbalanced behaviour.

am i the only one who thinks Mok Ha’s charachter is so similiar to Extraordinary Attorney Woo? It is borhersome,…
I beg to disagree. I don't see how similar they are? in what way?
Of course being played by the same actress there might be some superficial things, but personally, I don't see it.

Girl just got off an island where she has been trapped for 15 years only to face the reality of the fact that…
I share your sentiment.
My feelings are actually even stronger against who is Ki-Ho storyline? I believe it is making the series worse and dragging it down.
There are so many themes and storylines that could have been pursued after the excellent E1. Instead we have this cliched and tiersome "mystery".
My hope is they will be done with this next week.
I am not 100% convinced by Mok ha progress. She kind of reconnected very fast and even took a leading role. Idk, I expected this to last longer.
*sigh* unfortunately the series is only half focusing on the stuff I am interested in.
I am NOT against romance (you can check my watch list), but I would have liked this MUCH more if Ki-Ho came to her/found her, and they started that journey of reconnection and him helping her easing into society. Along with Ran Joo storyline which is my favourite atm.

Instead we have this annoying "mystery" and brothers falling for the same gir stuff.

My first time seeing Eunbin. It is a very good series. Although there is a lot of Baseball talk, you don't need…
Apart from Eunbin who caught my eyes (I didn't know her then), my second favourite acting wise was Oh Jung-Se actually.
I think he is a really very good actor (his acting in It is Okay to be not okay was superb)

So this Drama is heavily growing on me and I love seeing Eunbin so much haha. Was considering seeing her other…
My first time seeing Eunbin.
It is a very good series. Although there is a lot of Baseball talk, you don't need to love the game (I don't) to enjoy it.
The heart of it is changing the culture at workplace.

There's no way every shop was able to send back their albums, especially when they all knew she was about to be…
I just have a feeling that if this happens the artist can sue the agency.
I think the agency can do a lot to negatively impact the artist, but an outright ban on sales seems a bit illegal. But, that is just me speculating. I am not a lawyer.
In the context of the series, time is important though, so even if the action is legally dubious you can argue that whatever fine they might pay will be less than half the company.

Can an agency really withdraw the records of a singer without their consent?
I don't know the law, but isn't this malpractice?

I liked the 3rd episode. It is about the same like 2nd. First episode remains the strongest.
For me, Mok ha-Ranjoon and that entire line is WAAAAY more interesting than KiHo, and who might be (Bo Geol). That line is going to be bad and illogical no matter what reasons they will come up with. It is also hard to believe that Mok ha wouldn't recognise him.
People don't change that drastically when they reach 17/18. And even if you forget in a chance encounter, you wouldn't forget them if you spend time with them.
The whole thing is actually very annoying no matter what is the outcome.
The only good thing so far is that we are not spending much time on it, although its share time starting to increase. For me, this has the potential to take away one or more stars.

Generally speaking, it is enjoyable and fun to watch, but it doesn't hold under serious scrutiny.
Park Eun Bin is great. The cinematography is great. The scene in the corridor outside the manager's office was brilliant. This is something Kdramas do really well.

Nah.. I’d bet all my umbrellas and my fishing net that’s not gonna happen. Kiho has to be either one of them…
Oh! you CERTAINLY can say that lol.
I have seen it over the years about 20 times, and I own lots of cast recordings from various countries.
...and I read the book.

Yes, it's her. The song was released today and the singer is Park Eun Bin. She also sang a snippet of the song…
Ok! Thank you.

The 12-episode format is better to me (unless the drama is really, really good and you want it to last forever).…
I agree that it would be nice to have what is needed. And I don't mind that there is no set number of episodes or length.
But, what is happening is that the overwhelming majority of seasons are short. That is not bad per se if the story actually end.
But, what happens is that in the majority of cases the end is a set up for a new season, and THAT is the problem.
They basically don't give you a complete story.
You have to wait for years just to have one series. And I am not even getting in the cancellation that is hanging like Sword of Domecles. At any minute the series could be cancelled and all your time is just gone.
Personally, I had enough of that, and I can't take it anymore, that is why I no longer watch American TV unless I am super interested in something.
I pretty much stopped watching ANY series that I don't know when it will end.
And, i am boycotting subsequent seasons of the shows that meant to be only one, but they get milked. Like Squid Games for example.

I find Kdrama contained one season format perfect, and I hope this is maintained as long as possible.

That was the old model.
Nowdays streaming services dominate the scene, and their seasons are short.
Britain has much more acceptable model. Majority of time they just end it quickly.

the first episode felt like a movie and was perfect the second one was a little bit ??? but i still have expectations
True, if they added maybe another 15 mins with a different end. For example, they reach Seoul, and they meet the manager. He takes them to a restaurant for all 4 to have a dinner, and we end there with an open and hopeful end.
I think it would have been a good movie.
