Yeah, another thing that doesn't make sense is Wanghe saying "i'm already in my thirties" (in the scene where…
Yes you're probably right and they screwed up the age thing but I actually thought he was older when they were young. He was a head taller than everyone else.
I get what you're saying but I think he's actually being very mature and sensible about it. He took care of the…
But she's not dying and in the hospital, is she? That would've been different. She hasn't even disclosed her illness to a single person, not even her parents. I guess different perspective. I don't see anything wrong with what he did. Yeah he could check on her and then what? go back to Beijing after and leave her alone? I think that would have been worse in my opinion. At least he settled all his business in Beijing and then can fully give his all to her.
Just finished watching this, it's a good watch. Started and ended strongly, middle part was a bit draggy. I liked…
Regarding Haikuo, I think it is realistic. My brother has a Masters in Chemical Engineering but he worked for only a year or so in his field but got layoff due to the economy. Now he's running his own business doing short term rentals. Many people don't have jobs in their major.
Just a random question, saw someone on twitter put a picture of Fenghua's and Wang He's ID.On Wang He's ID it…
You're right it did say 1988 and 1990 so WH is 2 years older than HZ. Maybe in the village, enrollment might be low so they combine some ages in classes?
Kidn of sad Ma Siyi only get like 2 episodes in their adult years. :( I love the reunion between Siyi and Fenghua,…
Yes I was expecting her to come back earlier but she literally came back on the very last episode. I don't know if I missed it but it wasn't explained why she didn't keep in touch for 7-8 years. I can sort of understand why she ran away at that time. She was a teenager and can't deal with all those losses emotionally but now that she has grown up and matured, I can't understand her reason to not get in touch in all that time.
I love and enjoy this drama. I start out with not much expectation, and just looking forward to lulu role in this…
Yes I wasn't expecting the wedding scene to be on the ending credit. They put so much effort into it. Didn't expect less than 1 minute of screening at the end.
I didn't like that when the male lead knew about Hua's illness, he didn't run to her to make sure she's okhe just…
I get what you're saying but I think he's actually being very mature and sensible about it. He took care of the funeral and make sure the family got their compensation because he knows HZ will worry about them. He then took care of his business in Beijing, so he can fully be there for her when he goes back. He asked HK to let him know immediately if anything happens in the meantime. So what if he rushes back to see her? then what? She won't even tell anyone about her illness. This is not an idol romance drama where love cures everything.
When she finally had the talk with her mom, then I understood why she did what she did. Huazi is so much like…
I guess that's the type of person she is. She thinks about others' needs before herself, especially people she care about. Yes all the characters have flaws. I think that's what makes it so much more realistic. One of the best drama I've seen this year!
