If TTJ could enter the Sheng palace and kill the Emperor this easily, why hasn't he done it earlier?
He didn't want to. He even tried to reason with XL to stop it all before too many of their people die. But the Sheng wanted blood so here we are.
Also, the theft and desecration of his mother's bones probably got him raging mad and he didn't care any more if he was successful or not before he went there.

The way the Moonlight Guard broke the sad moment of separation, LOL. TTJ and YXW were being so angry with each other etc, and the Guard would go back and forth like - WHAT's going on here? WHAT are they doing? HUH?! LOL
The little fox, oh poor little fox... He won't let her be a mistress only and she can't cope, LOL. I want to see them get a HEA in this lifetime, at least :D

I have to say it - it was the exact moment I fell in love with LYX as a period/costume drama actor. I've seen him in modern dramas (including in Love is Sweet) but there's something about him in white flowing robes and that long black hair, and those expressive eyes, and that hidden strength - there's grace all over him. I wasn't really surprised to learn he's trained as a professional ballet dancer.
Ten Miles and Who Rules the World has low rating on Douban. Both are high regarded Cdrama on international market.…

Edit Oh and an ancient, talking crow, or a ghost of a sect master that guards a burned down temple.
I wonder if anyone read both novels and felt they sounded pretty similar. And I don't care which came first - if it would be CC that plagiarised the other, I'd still feel rather bad over it, despite it being one of my favourites.

How about Back from the Brink, upcoming drama based on a novel? The intro to the drama sounds so EXTREMELY similar to Mu Su Li's Copper Coins danmei novel it's making me cringe hard every time I'm reading it.
I don't know which one came first, but I have read Copper Coins and it's one of the best danmei novels I've read. If BftB copied it... I know there's not much recourse possible for danmei authors, but it would really sour the experience of cdramas for me if it did turn out to be a plagiarised story.

Who says he's a psychopath? This era's TTJ is a child who grew up unloved and abused, with some very basic (and negative) human interraction, punished for existing when he didn't ever ask for existence. The future one is his reborn, reincarnated Devil God persona, not this time's TTJ.
So I very much understand LSS pretending he IS the one she came to destroy, because otherwise she wouldn't be able to do it (she couldn't even torture him as she was taking over YXW's character), but it still doesn't make it right. Which will probably lead to her changing the original intention and finding a different way to deal with the Devil Bone.
Wait. I forgot. How did Wen Qing die? Did she die together with the Wen elders? I think I didn't see her hanged…
Sometime in the far, far future, we'll (probably) get Immortality, based on the novel The Husky and his White Cat Shizun (nicknamed 2ha, or hyx). It's already filmed (with amazing main cast actors!) and probably already past post-production, but it's not released yet. If that one comes, it should be at least as good as TU.
If there's a good fantasy danmei to wait upon, that is the one.

His fragile look there and the horrific power he was gathering are such a nice parallel to hostage prince TTJ...
