Like, how is that battle tango not lifted directly out of My Demon, LOL?

And then all the ditzy-GF-manly-BF things... what the hell, he put that necklace/camera on her neck in the middle of the reception, are they even pretending there's a thread of NIS mission in this?!

I can't help it, I know people are enjoying their chemistry, I just don't feel it. Everytime the FL is doing childish things on screen I disengage. And now he's doing them too. So she's childish enough to demand a tour of NIS quarters, and they oblige?! Why the hell? And a signed declaration?! And she - an adult - accepts the actual real danger of helping them in their so-often-forgotten mission, just like that? And the OTHER agents also push her on, and the only one still reasoning is HaeSong?! Are we supposed to totally turn off our brains when watching this?

... Oh and she wanted to become a teacher - with tenure - because of a promise she made to a student?... That's...

Anyway. Where did all the goons that they were battling in front of the office come from and where did they go? And seriously, we'll pretend they all fell down in a concussed haze because HaeSong threw a punch of two?

I liked this WAY better in the beginning, where it tried to keep at least some semblance of plot that makes sense. Now the missing father is a caricature, the crazy chancellor is taking forefront place, the students with real problems are forgotten... we're just going to enjoy stupidity because they have "chemistry".

Okay then.

PS What the hell is it with SK dramas and Bravo, my life? I've heard that song in a gazillion dramas already, and it fit here like pineapple on pizza. The hell was that?!

I take it that he's a VERY straightforward character. He doesn't defend, he goes on attack. He put the ring there…
She married him because she was supposed to get enough shares to keep HID from becoming a controlling CEO of DaeSan, something he really-really wants. She has it for him, thinking he killed her father somehow.

But she still doesn't have the shares, it seems, and he still hasn't had a chance to become CEO LOL, so it's all for nothing. And she threw DongJoo away for this...

Ok ok, so what I get from this is that Dongjun has some of his memories back but not all of them. He knows who…
I take it that he's a VERY straightforward character. He doesn't defend, he goes on attack. He put the ring there to let them know he knows. And bet he also remembers the Swiss account password, but now he challenged Yeom to try to kill him some more, since when he goes, the password (and money) go too.

He did the same when he realised he's being hunted - he found Yoo, barely escaped with his life too, and then showed up at Yeom's place still bloody, with a plan of action that he immediately put into play. He's very decisive with these things. I guess he decided he'll start telling people he remembers now... and that he knows all the stakes. I mean, he "remembered" in front of them immediately after his sister was murdered in front of him, he's telling Yeom he won't forget that... and won't forgive either. But Yeom's hands are tied and he didn't even realise before, LOL.

I think he's connected to HID, instead. (I sure hope he's not related to Yeom in any way, if it turns out he's Yeom's son or something I'll break things LOL - metaphorically).

As for EunNam's revenge story... she doesn't have one. She made the biggest, most stupid mistake of her life and now she's scrambling to make it better. But he seems to have lost confidence in her and it'll be a an uphill battle on a very steep road, LOL.

What's happened to Cha Deokhui with the pink paper password to the money safe? Lucky the Chairman is a bit forgetful…
She didn't get a chance to use it (the safe is in his house, and she's not around too much. But they didn't think to change it again, she still has time to come and rob something.

LOL, yeah, I have a very slight reaction to walnuts and scallions (can you believe it?! Nobody I've ever met reacts to freaking scallions), but it's very mild and I usually remember about it when the reaction sets in, LOL. I never went into total anaphylactic shock, just the itching and red patches and the swelling, and also cracked tongue and lips (that's the worst part, it takes forever to heal). He seems to have a very strong reaction tough, he almost died with the bread too. And this time he ate all the freaking cookies - did you get HID's expression when he offered him MORE cookies LOL?That man's a psycho and he knew what he was doing.

I'll be on the lookout for that OST. It's bugging me I should recognise that voice, but I don't. So, so sultry. I love it.

And yeah, they'd better release the full BGM OST, that too is so good! I want it on repeat in my playlist :D

She's not his biological sister. His "mother" who died in the accident might not have been his actual mother, Madam Pi told him that part and where did she learn about it, by the way? He was too young to remember by himself. SeungJoo / Agnes was his sister by adoption, Madam Pi's daughter. His name was changed into DongJoo to sound like his new sister's.

The gun scene was awesome :D And Yeom switched from "gimme SDJ I'll kill him" to "no, no, no, good boy, put the gun away, you're not a thief" in an instant, LOL. He's desperate for that password. But SDJ might become too reckless - he has plenty of reasons for it, but there was at least a second try at throwing his life away, after the gun. The cookies - he knew how bad it is and ate them all (let's all appreciate how anaphylaxis waits for the man to eat all those cookies, walk away in such a cool manner and only THEN have him writhing on the floor gasping for air LOL). Tip: it's faster in real life, with a serious allergy like his.

...That OST is peak OST. We all need it. For science. (It's not out yet though).

Why did ML decide to steal money from his mentor? It just makes him a thief like the man he is stealing from.…
LOL, I must be one of them too, I don't want them together at the end. Not because of shady actions and all but because she did betray him in the foulest way. If she had broken up with him properly first, then jumped into another bed (of her own free choice), I'd have nothing against her. She's a free, rich, beautiful woman... who is acting pretty stupid and has since the beginning of the story.

The best I'd hope for them is for her to save his life in the most dramatic way possible and then die heroically while doing just that, so that he can go on to either mourn her for the rest of his life or find someone else.

I just hope they don't both die because that would totally ruin it.

But this is kdrama territory, I think it's safe to assume they do end up together because true love conquers all. Happily this isn't exactly a romance drama so at least there'll be other parts of the plot to follow :D

I don't like cinnamon myself, but I'm not sure I'd smell it in bread. (Haven't seen that kind of bread yet either.) And especially if it were wrapped and put in the freezer, doesn't that mute the smell of things somehow?

I don't think she told. I think it was in his medical files, otherwise it doesn't make sense Director Yeom found out... unless he tricked it out of EunNam. But she's stupid enough to tell (though seriously, he JUST got back from the dead, if she told Yeom after all the attempts on SDJ's life... she deserves to be hit by the WhiteTruckofDoomTM herself.)

Not out yet, I searched the whole web for it, I don't recognise the voice either and it's driving me crazy. He sounds like what Isaac Hong would sound if he would sing an octave higher and sultrier LOL We just have to wait for it to be released.

Why did ML decide to steal money from his mentor? It just makes him a thief like the man he is stealing from.…
I am not sure where do you get all that info. When did he tell her his (secret) plan? And why should he?! He's in love with her, not trying to recruit her (since he doesn't even know her identity). And she did not directly lie to him, except through restricting information about her identity. The betrayal came after.

What is a "decent" or "acceptable" way to get them together?! This is not a rom-com. Expect people with gray morality to do shady things.

DaeSan does NOT belong to Yeom, it belongs to Chairman Cha. Yeom used to be a director at NIS and he has political links to many people who he tries to put into gov't (therefore his "freedom funds account"). SDJ SAID he skimmed from the fund - and at the time he had just come from finding Mr. Yoo's bloody corpse and barely surviving himself. He was trying to find a way out and LIED. He borrowed a lot of money - and after working at DaeSan for so long, probably had some of his own - and tricked Yeom into allowing him to place the hack in the computer in order to change the password to the account later.

As for the ML not being a goody-two-shoes hero/saint/saviour... well, yeah. I thought it was clear from the very beginning he's the man who's doing the illegal/shady work for Chairman Cha. Nobody asked him to be a pillar of society. And none of the main cast are saints either, except maybe for the very young or very naive characters (probably SeonWoo and TaeYun). If you were expecting white knights in shining armours... this is probably not the drama you'd find them in.

Why did ML decide to steal money from his mentor? It just makes him a thief like the man he is stealing from.…
It was not money stolen from the fund. It was borrowed.

Anyway, he's Chairman Cha's henchman, he does what Chairman Cha asks him to do. That's what someone in his position acts like. He's not there to be a saint, and it's clear he's well aware some (or even most) of the things he's doing are at least illegal. Chairman Cha and Director Yeom were long involved in shady dealings together (including the recent merger between industries that the not-favourite daughter comes to her father to cry about), so yeah, SDJ does things for both Cha and Yeom (it's Cha's daughter in the end.)

He / she don't cry over the marriage LOL. It's about the love that he thought they had and she just denied by going from his bed straight to another man's bed. She and the new husband barely know each other after all, why would THEY care about saving face?! They're both aware it's a political/financial marriage sham, so neither is too inclined to become too involved with the other. (Prosecutor Yeom seems to like her a lot though). She beats her husband after he slaps her... what's good for the goose is good for the gander.

I don't really see the drama making them into Romeo and Juliet, LOL. He WAS in love with her, she acted like she was too, now it's probably over (with the caveat that dramaland permits sudden changes and she might become his one true love forever again, LOL. Because of dramaland reasons). She really is a very dumb person (the character I mean), expecting to marry another and keep her regular love fling with SDJ under the noses of every hawk-watching powerful and rich adult around them. Also by not giving up on her badly-formed plan to investigate her bio father's death and returning to SDJ, if she loves him so much.

There are signs that - while still hurting a lot (love doesn't die in a minute) - he's about to get over her. He's suspecting her of plotting with his wanna-be killers against him, she already betrayed him directly, there's not a lot of shocks that love can withstand anymore...

Second-hand Lee DongWook, LOL. I like that kind of face, what can I say. And he's interesting. His hands were trembling when SDJ was fighting to breathe - is he the instigator to the cinammon cookies?! I was thinking what if he's also allergic to cinnamon (that can't be an usual allergy type). What if it's proof SDJ is his son or something?

... On the other hand, he could be a timid killer LOL who can't face his dying victims. He did mess up the shooting at least. And then SDJ saved his life too, Maybe he's having regrets.

Anyway, he's interesting in a ghoulish kind of way.

A Shop for Killers "killed" Jeong JinMan in the first scene LOL. Then proceeded to bring him back in all eps :D

But I agree, SDJ won't die - he already has the strongest plot armour invented, having been cut, hit, shot, drowned, poisoned (well, sort of), hit some more, strangled and drowned some more, now going into anaphylactic shock some more, LOL, it's now interesting to see how many new ways they can test the plot armour next :D

Whatever it is , Eunnam saved his life twice. He told her not to look at him anymore, yet he keeps staring at her.…
First time - she brought the bread in herself. And didn't throw it away despite knowing how bad his allergy is. So she did cause the situation in the first place, LOL.

When was the second time she "saved" him?

... IMHO, he's looking at her to provoke her and check if she cares she's poisoning him. I think he believes she told his enemies about the allergy and is aware the cookies have cinnamon on them. So he's calling her out to either try to stop him from eating them or face what she did to him, if she told.

Sadly, I think she didn't tell them herself - it could be in his medical files and the doctor son could have accessed them; it could be that the new (psych) doctor stole the info (I'd rather she did not but this is makjang, everything from death by papercut to a T-Rex riding alien is possible); it could be HID was always aware and just saved the info for later; it could be EunNam's new husband knew since they were in highschool together (though he actually shows no reaction and I don't think he's that good an actor, the character I mean, to keep from checking out what SDJ does.)

So we'll see.
