it gets better
I think they were asked to tone down the love triangle to focus on promoting the Anti- Japanese War theme. However, the second half of the drama Dylan takes the lead and we finally get what we want. 💗😁

Title Si Ming
I thought LYT already received the script from the producer. What's causing the delay?
Yea the producer stated he did gave her the script, but don’t know if it’s still being revised or what is going on. He also stated they will meet this year, which I think they did already based on his Weibo post. LTY has rumor for another drama after her current project. Even Esther and Dylan will be busy with other dramas during the summer. I don’t think they are ready until Q4 or next year.

I am not too keen on Dylan Wang pair up with Lusi. She needs a better partner and actor who can act. I am not…
That’s too bad for you. Just don’t watch it.

If the supporting cast was true, which I highly doubt, but let’s just say if it were true, then this drama will…
I think often the option for the supporting cast is that it may not be too bad to be the second lead in a big production, than a main lead in a smaller production that might not catch fire or bad script. I mean if it is such a shame or they have something better than they won’t take it.

The second male is very likable and he will continue to be likable till the end. I think both MLs are very confident…
There will be a fight in Ep 9, but ep 9 is the highlight of the entire drama. I would not skip it.

I am currently at EP5. It seems the second ML may have feelings for the FL, is this going to lead to love rivals…
The second male is very likable and he will continue to be likable till the end. I think both MLs are very confident characters. Also, she was only fangirling CH. If you watch closely she was already falling for DFQC since ep. 5. All along his swoony words and actions have touched Orchid. Things got to the next level in ep. 8.

It's criminal how malicious antis of this drama are maltreating this well-executed, substantial drama in Douban.…
I wish I have Douban to support Dylan’s dramas. Such a passionate anti- war drama should not be hacked. I read on Weibo there is a group formed to rate 1 star on Douban for this drama and since May 5th, LBFAD, starring Dylan Wang and Esther Yu, also has been flooded with many people maliciously scoring low scores. LBFAD is also a good drama with conscience about love and peace! ❤️✌🏻🌲

Jiashu is really open-minded. He knows that Wen Jie likes Huajun and Wen Jie has always been very hostile to him, but he didn't care, he just greeted him with a smile and treated him like everyone else. When Wen Jie deliberately said that he is taking care of her, Jiashu just gave a sad wry smile, and maybe even thanked him for taking care of her. Even Bi Yunxiao was a little bit angry, but Jiashu's expression when he walked out was more of self- blame, a little like it’s just that I don't have the position to take care of myself. In fact, this is quite similar to Dylan himself. He doesn't care much about other people's unprovoked malice. In one of his interviews, he said it is enough for him to know what kind of person he is, and he will not treat others maliciously just because others don't like him, but respect everyone's likes and dislikes.

The power of a great actor. He could make a scene of him just walking to Huajun's house and looking around her…
He is like the sun, but he didn't know that he was the light himself. Every scene of Dylan has more than one emotion, and he can present several complex emotions so clearly and completely that there is no plot to explain.

That reunion between him and Huajun in ep25 is so heart-fluttering. It's obvious they care for each other. But…
They are so cute and shy. They match so well and acted so well.

I also want to talk about Dylan's performance in episode 22 & 23 is just outstanding. There are so much emotions in the past few episodes. First of all, Huajun is really gentle when she called Jiashu’s name. ❤️ Because of guilt, Jiashu turned around and looked at the ground first, thinking that Huajun still loves Runming, so he apologized to her and then his eyes looked down at the ground immediately. After hearing HuaJun's confession (deleted scene), his expression is slightly stunned and aggrieved (because it turns out that she really loves him), but because of Runming's death, it has become a difficult barrier between the two once again, so he hugs her and want to have her for a short while.

In the farewell, he is still struggling. Am I really going to give up? He wants to send her off in a more relaxed manner, but he didn’t even dare to look at her. I’m here to see you off, saying “I” with a bit painful grin and stopped. After Huajun said goodbye, he was mouthing the word "Zai", but it was difficult for him and he couldn't say it because he really didn't want to say “goodbye”. When Huajun turned around and got on the wagon, he realized that she was really leaving. He was really lost, crying like a child. 😭 You can clearly see that the twitching of his facial muscles represents his inner struggle. In fact, he decided for a moment not to let go, so he ran forward a few steps, but seeing the carriage going further and further away, he couldn't say what he wanted to say and finally turned into a "goodbye." To say "goodbye" to his innocent relationship.

Will they reshoot the parts of only Kris W ? I don’t think they will reshoot the entire thing, will need a new cast due to scheduling and $$, right?

Runming is a good man. Jiashu, you did nothing wrong. ❤️Screenwriter, you have no heart. What did our Jiashu…
In the script book, when Jiashu came back, the heroine couldn't help but miss him so she confessed her love first! Then Jiashu told her about Runming's death!

Screenwriter, you have no heart. What did our Jiashu do wrong? When will they be together, if ever? 😭
