It’s still a rumor. I hope it is true! In dramaland things can change overnight. She was rumored to be guest on Wonderland 3 but that didn’t happen since she went traveling.
Also, there is an IQIYI farming variety show w/ Dixin confirmed since last Oct to film in 2023 but I don’t see it listed here. I think it really depend on Esther’s schedule and how she is feeling about it. I heard she will be hosting another variety show this year.

I am watching Nirvana in Fire is an older palace political drama, I recommend it but not for beginner drama watchers.

I think they are both gems. LBFAD also had a much smaller budget to work with and is more heavy on romance and less serious. TTEOTM has a creepy vibe.

Both are very very good. This is more high end. They had a much bigger budget. DFQC was domineering but was never evil. TTJ is a little creepy. 👿

Yes, maybe some international viewers are not aware... Throughout the entire drama DFQC calls himself 本座 (ben zuo) is the royal “I”, to reflect his Moon Supreme, king like status. It is equivalent of the Emperor saying 朕 (zhen) in the palace. An Emperor would never called themselves the usual “I” 我 (wo). In the beginning Orchid made fun of him that he thinks so highly of himself always “ben zuo” this and that.

I know right?! If that drama so good why need to come here to hype it? 🤭 So funny.

I think his voice is quite unique, he sounds so soft and gentle but yet he seems so scary. Also they pulled out the sympathy card early on for this anti-hero, maybe so we can’t hate him later on.

You are right. I don’t even know why they allow to rate when the drama just aired. Rating should open after airing at least. Also there are a lot of fake profiles on MDL. I got attacked on another drama section by new profiles created the same day. So dumb and so obvious.

I don’t think he fits this role and he is in so many drama already….
