Yeah I don't understand this, is someone botting ratings?
I think so, no way it should be this low. We got to rate this higher.

Don’t worry about the rate. Just enjoy the drama.
We got to rate this higher. Some people are sabotaging this already.

You took the words right out of my mouth!I get more and more the impression that there are some fan girlies going…
We got to rate this higher! Those haters are so annoying. There are some also sabotaging at Dylan and Lusi’s dramas too.

giving it a 9 score out of outrage that it has dropped to 8.3 somehow but it doesn't matter, this series is addictive!
I know right? We got to rate it higher! 👿 there are some haters on here.

I love Luo Yun Xi’s voice here. His voice is so soft and gentle, but why does he seems so scary!? LOL!

So far, I love everything about it. I admit at first I didn’t like the posters and extravagant costumes. I thought the styling would be too godly and modern—like the kind w/ rhinestones on their faces, which I hate. But I was wrong, the drama itself is a different story. The costumes and styling are beautiful in its setting and isn’t over the top. There is a throw back feel for me but w/ newer technologies of course. It has a vintage gothic vibe, color palette, and the scenery made me reminisce of the vintage demon dramas I grew up watching and loved as a kid. ❤️😈

I like your observation and I think you are right that they are reconnected through the seal that reappears on…
About the divine power, my initial guess was that DFQC had changed her fate. I believe this was Si Ming’s plan when she handed him her destiny book.

You have a good point about a bit DFQC’s primordial spirit being in the Bone Orchid! I didn’t think about that. It seems to be essential for rebirth and they needed to protect it so they won’t die out or “dissipate to dust.”

Okay after rewatching, I have a new understanding. At the end when Orchid kissed DFQC again, there was a quick…
I like your observation and I think you are right that they are reconnected through the seal that reappears on DFQC’s forehead and it is what saved him. We see Xi Yun’s kiss reaches the consciousness of DFQC’s who was trying to keep Tai Sui contained in his Heart Sea. As the kiss continues, the seal appears and his eyes returns to normal. The seal looks like an orchid flower, a different design from the previous seal, but people are still calling it the Xilan Holy Seal. It seems this new seal (or their reconnection) awakened her supreme divine power in her bloodline (suppose to be through her marriage w/ CH) and caused DFQC to gain Glazed Fire. We see the outpouring of swirls of red and white light around Xi Yun and DFQC that are new. When he turned into the Bone Orchid it reminded me of when Orchid was turned to a seed.

At the end, we see his Bone Orchid suspended in the air, like a moon, under two flower wreaths in her healing garden. Healing powers were being drawn from the flowers to the Bond Orchid. Xi Yun was waiting for his transformation.

At the end of the fan meet, the organizers had the actors perform a ceremony for them to each put a flower wreath over their heads. They called it phoenix flower crown, I think has the meaning of rebirth.

I was so looking forward to rewatching it with better subs in Netflix, sadly it is not available in my region…
I am doing a rewatch on Youtube. It is no longer on Netflix for me too.

At first I wasn’t planning to watch, but the trailer looks epic and some are saying this is a "high end" LBFAD, so I got to check it out. So far the costumes and headdresses are too decadent for my taste. At least I know, Bai Lu’s acting is top notch. Hope this is a good story.

Its been on netflix and I dropped this coz I don’t like it. The Starry Love is 20 times better and appealing.
That’s too bad for you. The Starry Love is very entertaining if you don’t take it too seriously, a comedy. However, LBFAD has my heart. ❤️🌙🌸🐉🦌

I started the show and I’m really enjoying it, but can someone tell me when she gets over the second ml and…
She was only fangirling CH. If you watch closely she was already falling for him since ep. 5. All along his swoony words and actions have touched Orchid. Things got to the next level in ep. 8. 🤭💕

Won’t it air on TV channel as well?
I saw on a schedule said tentatively for April and will be on CCTV and Youku, said to take over or after the “Miles to Go” (Road of Life) time slot. Youku is showing “coming soon” and can “reserve” for viewers in China.
But we keep seeing this drama gets postponed. 🤦‍♀️
I hope it will air soon…..Didi is going to be old. LOL.
