I've seen a lot of tearjerker movies but very few movies made me cry like this one. I was bathing in my tears and had to change my shirt after watching it; it was all because of the theme of mother-daughter relation. After watching it, this movie left me thinking about mother-child relationship and also added some positiveness in me. I agree that directing, acting and many other aspects of filming makes a great movie but I don't know any of them well at all and I don’t care about them (I care but not much). But most important things are emotions and attachment with movie and you'll feel them with this movie.

Well, this movie is all about mother-daughter bonding. The story is typical, nothing is special and predictable but still it have some magic in it and lots of emotions.

Acting is really superb. Song Yoon Ah portrayed her character as a mother perfectly and hats off to Kim Hyang Gi as Sora. Seriously these two actresses are great. Their chemistry as mother-daughter is beautiful. Supporting cast is also very good.

Music is synchronized well with movie. It supports the story and flow of movie well but it isn't special. You won’t remember it at all.

I’ll definitely watch it again many times to feel its warmth and to test my tendency of not crying in front of others. I think this movie has ability to break my tendency. I'm probably going to watch it with friends in near future.

Overall this is a great, heart-warming movie.

I strongly recommend to watch this movie. Even if you can't handle/hate melodramas and tearjerkers you should watch it.

No doubt this is one of the best dramas. When I was new in drama world in May I planned to watch it. But I almost dropped my plan to watch it because of the way people recommended it. But I’m glad that I watched it.

Before starting drama I wasn’t expecting anything other than music from it because of its musical genre. But after watching every single episode I expected more from this show and it gave me more!!
After reading synopsis it sounds like typical popular genre ‘school’ drama in which two groups are fighting against each other. Yes like many other dramas it has display of mature friendship, pure romance but other than that there are hidden messages of responsibility and it tells you to do the thing that you want to do and don’t force yourself to do the things that you don’t want to do. There are some touching moments. I won’t tell about ending because I don’t want to ruin your mood but I want to say, ending is perfect.

Every actor did great job in acting. They acted from their heart. I like all Eye Candy members including Byung Hee and Su Ah. It is one of the best acted dramas.

I have favorite OSTs for movies but I hadn’t favorite OSTs for dramas. Now, I have one. It is the first time that I liked every track from its OST. I didn’t like ‘Jaywalker’ first but then I loved it and…..‘Wake Up’…when I heard it for first time, at that moment I became addicted to it. I can’t stop myself from listening ‘Wake Up’.
I never felt boredom. It doesn’t have any dull moment and has only 45 minutes for each episode. So, I’m definitely going to watch it someday.

So I recommend this drama to every music lover (I mean everyone – who doesn’t like music!!??) and if you are looking for deep friendship, soft romance and music this is for you!!

First thing I want to mention is its awesomeness in music department. This film’s music is composed by Terdsak Janpan & Jay Chou. Every track in the album is amazing and gripping. I love every track of album but I frequently listen to ‘Sunny Doll’, ‘Angel’, both themes of Xiaoyu and ‘The Flashback’. The music will grab you and blend you into the atmosphere. Use of Piano in this movie is effective, brilliant, breathtaking and touching. Piano performs crucial role in this movie, in characters’ feelings and emotions like when both leads are playing together and The Piano Battle.
Words of other reviewer, “It’s no exaggeration to say that its background music is another main character. Even if you hate soft music, once you try to listen to its music, it would begin to wear down your defenses. It won't let your ears close even for a minute.”

A reviewer said, “If you miss this movie, it would be one of the goofiest things you've done throughout your life as a movie-goer.” And I'm agree with him/her.
Before starting this movie I thought this movie is going to be average but surprisingly it was far beyond my expectations and now I placed this movie in my permanent favorites list including all Hollywood, Bollywood & all other non-Asian movies.
Don’t think that it’s a typical school romance with tearjerker moments, it’s more than that. I’d say it is beautiful, intelligent and a chiller thriller in a way. It is full of romance and mystery, blending of many genres like School, Youth, Melodrama, Comedy, Fantasy, Thriller, Mystery and Horror (Not horror but listen ‘The Flashback’ and you’ll know what I want to say).
And about ending; it’ll leave you thinking. Story needs some thinking to be able to understand it fully. You’ll probably think that there are many flaws in the story but there aren’t any because you’ve to think and most of things are logical in movie point of view. I know what happened in the end but whenever I watch it again it makes me confuse. I’m still confused about ending.

Visually it is more than satisfying. Its coloring is awesome and special effects are also good (Don’t expect effects like big budget Hollywood movies).

Lun Mei Kwai is beautiful and did brilliant job. She is lovely and charming.
And bow to “Singer/Songwriter/Composer/Actor/Producer/Director” Jay Chou. Before I thought he’s just another guy who looks cool and sings and because of obsessed fans he’s popular but now I take my words back. Now he is ahead of all those ‘SHOWCASE’ actors but still behind those ‘ACTOR’ actors. Now, I’m a fan of Jay (It’s surprising that he’s actually popular in India!).

Overall this movie is a must watch and after watching you’ll know that this movie will stay in your heart forever.

BTW Secret 2 is announced and currently in production. I hope Secret 2 will be as great as Secret and I also hope that it’ll be a sequel to Secret.

I recommend this show to everyone but I specially recommend this show to teenagers. I gave 10 ratings to many dramas & movies but it looks like I need to change their ratings...

‘The Queen’s Classroom’ is my only second Japanese drama, first drama was ‘Bloody Monday’. I enjoyed this show more than any other show. The story is very meaningful. It changed my views for importance of study, life and past-present-future. It is pessimistic and also optimistic; realistic and also idealistic. Every character in the drama and all 24 students have their own dream and problem to solve. They learned some important lessons as the time passed. Speech in last episode is very thoughtful, and it’ll create huge impact on you.

The actors were also amazing. The actress who plays Maya is both lovely and really talented. I can’t help myself fall in love with Shida Mirai. All kids are wonder kids; every kid played their role perfectly with emotions as if they are really in that situation and everything is happening to them.

All the episodes are extremely touching and made me cry, tears weren't falling because of only sadness but tears were falling because of happiness also. I highly recommend this drama to everyone. It’s one of the most meaningful stories I've ever seen and really makes you think about teaching, learning, and life. There are many great moments but ending scene of Maya in last episode is epic.

As I mentioned already that I enjoyed this show more than any other show. I hope they’ll air this show someday in India.

If you haven’t started this show yet then start it now……and don't forget to watch specials..."Tee Hee"!!!
