it's not always necessary to see a kiss or sex scene you know
yes&no, in the case of Thee and Tanthai at least a BIT of context would have been nice to know how they even got there emotionally... like we literally jumped from crying in the evening to them after sex in the morning. They could have done it like they did with Charn and Tinn when they were on the bed and let the camera fade away. I am assuming they just didn't show more because G rated TV lakorns are not allowed to show too many kisses and """bed scenes"""
Why did you watch it then? Known FULL well what it was about? It has a CONTENT warning....You knew EXACTLY what…
Did you even watch it?? The complains are not that much about the topic but the way it's portrayed as some comedy and characters treat rape like some little accident that's not worth mentioning.... and besides that it's just pretty bad acting and plot.... It is in fact the worst I have ever watched and I watch a lot BL / LGBTq content since years... and I am part of the LGBTq myself AND have no problem watching dark plots but this here is straight up bad.
It's really concerning how many here can't understand or sympathize with a traumatized person and hate on Uea for.... well being an abuse victim and behaving like one. Also if you don't want to watch a BL with NC scenes then maybe don't watch a BL called Bed Friend which is said to be about friends with benefits AND is rated 18+
BF became one of my most favorite dramas. I love Uea. The way they portray his issues is pretty good and realistic. Actually Uea would be way worse and dysfunctional if it was even more realistic. btw the message of the story, and why James wanted to play Uea, is to tell people who are suffering from bullying or abuse to not be afraid to find help in people they trust.
This story is mainly about him reclaiming his body, autonomy, learning to set boundaries, finding trust and self-worth.
You need a bit of empathy to watch this one. It is not cute the whole time. At some points yes, but it never intended to be a cute fluffy one.
I don't know if we should call that gore or not but all we saw was the girl got hit by a car π€
I mean she's laying in her own blood that was pretty graphic .-. also it's morally pretty dark, it would be weird if it's really G rated (depending on the country laws tho) π€
someone explain the ending pleaseπππwere they just characters in someone's novel?????????? I feel betrayed
yes and no, the ending is kinda meta satire saying that all those BLs we are watching are not reality and just fantastic stories, same as snow white, romeo & juliet etc
