I really like Dingdong Dantes, but I've seen him mostly in romcoms, most notebly She's the One, so for me watching him in a dark film with - going by the trailer - no happy ending is not really for me........but if it does have a happy ending, can someone let me know?
Wtf did I just watched? This drama was totally a waste of my time . Starting was decent but then it dragged like…
Souyma -- thanks for the heads up, I was going to watch it but your info means I would've been flipping tables at such an ending. Won't bother now...too exasperating! Fhank you so much again. :)
I want to watch it....but if that little boy is treated as badly as it seems he will be in the trailer then i'm pretty sure I will be raging and crying rivers of tears.....not even sure if it'll be a happy ending...... :$
It’s about Li Xiaolu who cheated on her husband with a 24 yr old boy who’s also a really good friend of him.…
Bigbel30 -- you've got to feel sorry for her co-stars and the crew because this drama, and anything else she's in, is basically doomed because she's so toxic.
What are you even talking about? They aren't copying the Korean version they are adapting it from the manga so…
Umm....what I was actually talking about is the style and attitudes are much more like the Korean version. The Japanese one and, to a lesser extent, the Taiwanese version didn't have Dao Ming Si as such a jerk as the Korean version did; in the trailer he's a TOTAL jerk...hence what I was talking about. Each version is an ADAPTATION of the manga, therefore they're all a little different to each other and the original.
As for remakes - the Taiwanese reboot of Itazura na Kiss (called Miss in Kiss) was TERRIBLE. Nothing like as good as the Taiwanese original series - so reboots of one that country's already made are not anything to judge by.
*prays for a happy ending* (I think your prayer is more likely to answered!)
Famous, good actors as the leads usually do get subbed more quickly than lesser known casts. Yeah, I've learnt the hard way that Chinese dramas are not known for happy endings - their viewers seem to enjoy ending up a sobbing mess when their dramas end. :$ *prays extra hard*
Which one of the two guys is her husband? Ya Jia Cheng or Yi Pei? IF it's the former I would ensure he learns he shouldn't speed in a built up area before I did anything else!
I've just watched the trailer and I have to say that, as someone who's been married to the same guy for nearly 26 years, that you can't CHOOSE who to love with your whole heart. That goes for gender, race, religion.....NONE of that matters when you genuinely love someone with every bit of you.
Sure, they might drive you to the point where you want to bury them after repeatedly hitting them in the face with a large brick....but they also make you feel like you are THE most wonderful person in the world. They can make you feel like crap, but also like you can do anything.
Me and my husband have been through some seriously heavy bad times, I know we'll have more - that's life. But we've also had some amazingly great times. Times we've cried together, times we've laughed together. Times we've made the other cry (a LOT) and times we've made the other laugh (also a LOT).
We have contemplated divorcing once, a very long time ago, thanks to his parents being.....ahem....unpleasant people to me and my parents. But we didn't because we realised there was no one else we'd rather be with. Even if we had, I doubt I'd have found someone like him again - if there is such a thing as soulmates......I'm married to mine. Sometimes the person that makes you the most miserable, can also make you the most happy - and, really, I think that's all we can ever truly hope for in love. A partner in crime.....
Couples that don't last are the ones who want the fairytale and, HONESTLY, that doesn't exist in the real world. So the girl should accept the guy who drives her mad but also makes her laugh in equal measure; the one who loves her no matter what - just as she loves him.....whichever guy that is. But that's just my thoughts.
Oh beer....i LOVE beer! crack a keg, pull up a barrel and get comfy!!
