The manga adaptation sounds interesting, I like these kind of stories, where boy and girl exchange bodies :D And I will definitely watch that hometown drama as well. I can proudly say, that my main cause to watch this special was not MatsuJun (although I love him) :D
Have you heard the most popular Japanese folk song, Furusato? When I was in Japan with my choir, we sang it at the end of our concerts. I can't properly explain that feeling, when you walk down from the stage and you pass by weeping Japanese, who sing along with you with a smile on their face. This memory still brings tears to my eyes. At first we didn't understand, why they are crying. Then I searched for the lyrics translation and I found out. Now I really know, what this song (what their hometown) means for them.
I know, that Arashi's song is different from that folk song. I've just listened to their version, and I liked it. Even so, I wish, this drama would use the folk song (if not instead of Arashi's Furusato, but as an addition).
Hm, this article was about an interesting topic. Most of your examples I've never seen, but it seemed to me, that you care too much about the age differences. That's why I can't agree with you. I totally loved Personal Preference, I think Min Ho played well his role, to me he didn't seemed like a high school student. I loved the actress, too, I didn't care much about her age or her looks, to me they were OK together (and the same goes to Faith as well). I would like to clarify one thing: I'm a huge LMH fan, but it's not like I'm protecting him or his dramas. To say the truth, I really hated that girl in BOF, she was just annoying, and I didn't sense any chemistry between her and LHM. But I don't blame the age difference for this.
I know, that everyone has their own taste in dramas and in anything in the world, and I'm totally can live with this. But I think, it's not the age difference, that counts. There are people, who simply don't have the chemistry with each other. We can't blame the actors/actresses for something like that.
It's interesting, what you wrote about You're beautiful, I like the idea of the three different endings :D
As for BOF, I was perfectly satisfied with Jun Pyo. I don't know why, but I just couldn't stand Ji Ho, he's such an annoying sissy boy. But Jan Di was annoying, too, so maybe you're right :D Anyway, I loved your article!:)
I really like your profile, the facts about Yamapi are interesting. I always wondered, why is it his nickname:)
"It's not that I've changed my taste, it's just that 5 choices are not, nor will they ever be, enough, and taste has too much to do with mood to be perfectly motionless."---very well said!
Sometimes I have a hard time, when I try to decide my score on a drama. Maybe that's why I always change them later :D I also think, that some movies can't be scored, they are strange in a good way. There should be a score for "unique".
Sorry for blabbing too much, this unique thing came to my mind after I watched Boku wa Imouto ni Koi wo Suru. I read your review about it, so I wanted to share my thoughts with you:)
This is the first time, that I watched a movie, recommended in Weekend Movie Picks. I didn't regret it, Baby and I was totally a good choice! :) Honestly, I decided to give it a try because of Jang Geun Suk's hairstyle on the picture. It's a pity, that I couldn't see it in the movie. To tell the truth, I'm sick of his backcombed hairstyles, it's totally unnatural. I wanted to see him with this simple, but cute hair. So this was my reason to watch it at first. But then I started to enjoy the movie, and the baby...omg, he is such a cutie:)) And Geun Suk did a good job as a single father:) So thank you for recommending!:)

Someone already recommended me Clannad, so it's on my PTW anime list :D
Of course I watch movies, too. Not as many as dramas, but I've seen some, mostly because of Koike Teppei. For example Kids, it's a great story about friendship:) Recently I watched Sunny, at the end I cried like a baby...it's truly amazing. Maybe I'm weird, but I like crying at movies :D
Thanks for accepting! Nice to meet you, too:))
I'm currently watching Dragon Zakura, it's very good:))
I would recommend The Homeless Student, it was food for thought, and Koike Teppei does the main role kyaaaa *-* (sorry, I just love him) :D
Btw, what's your opinion about City Hunter? And 1 Litre of Tears? Didn't you drown in your own tears while watching? It's on my PTW list, but I don't dare to start it, because it seems too depressing..
At the end of your introduction, which anime is that couple from? They're cute:)
You mentioned a lot of actors, whom I want to see in a drama now...okay, Lee Sun Gyun is the only one I know.…
Yes, I loved him in Last Cinderella, but in Hotaru, too. And did you see Shibatora? I can't believe that it was made one year later than Hotaru no Hikari, he looks totally young with his blonde hair :D

But about him...I totally agree :D This article is really a great idea, it's well written and has something to tell, so thank you:) It would be great, if you could write a similar article about japanese actors...I'd really like to hear, what do you think about Fujiki Naohito :))
