The 'nanyobi ni Umareta no' dialogue was used so beautifully and consistently.Rare case of a drama title making…
Agree on the dialogue. I love the way it was used so organically to fit into the narrative. It started off so casually and randomly but then it became so much more than that. Also my heart when he "reveals" he is Wednesday's child LOVE LOVE LOVE!
probably what I should have done, too. This is a BINGE type of drama for sure. One episode a week is brutal.
HAHA the only dramas I watch when airing are mystery / psychological; I think those work well when you wait.. it builds the tension especially when they're good The rest - I just binge
It was sweet and romantic. BUTThe kind of drama that gives women unrealistic expectations of men because it makes…
HUH?! How is that even related to this drama LOL And why are you so triggered by this sweet, wholesome drama? No way was the ML subservient to the FL. He did have to be a little more considerate because she couldn't see well, but she did all she could for him too. It was a healthy relationship in every way.
For slice of life + romance, some you could start with - Koi Desu: Yankee-kun to Hakujou Garu Soratobu Kouhoushitsu Okaeri Mone Kekkon Dekinai Otoko Neechan No Koibito Uchi no Musume wa, Kareshi ga Dekinai!! Fight Song Rich Man Poor Woman
I use IMDB to store my non-Asian movie / drama lists I don't know about ratings but I enjoy reading the reviews on IMDB. They are well-written and much more balanced.
Many of the dramas and movies I really like are rated below 8 so I don't even know what qualifies as a decent rating on this site anymore.
Recently I saw a fantastic movie which I gave a rare 10 to. Guess the rating on it? It was 6.7 or 6.8. And if you read the comments, all of them are glowing reviews. And then I realized it was too dark for the common romcom MDL audience, and so it must have been down-rated just for its content / subject matter. And then I noticed similar ratings for some other really good dark movies which had controversial subject matters. And BINGO.
Dude TELL ME ABOUT IT Almost every other K drama / C drama page has at least 1 review with a 10. I mean I get that people rate things differently and also enjoy them differently. But seeing the repetition and frivolous rating pattern does annoy me a little..that's why I have stopped relying on the ratings and reviews on this site long back. My rule is to just watch whatever that interests me and make my own judgement.
