I am watching this at the moment and I love her too!
The ML is such an idiot to not fawn over the FL. She is absolutely cute, adorable and funny. I just hope he won't break her heart anymore though I feel there's a lot more angst to come. Also I don't understand people like the ML who continue to love someone who doesn't give a shit about them (2nd FL).
Episode 3. I am confused. Can someone answer the questions in spoiler, please?
Why did the shared vision return after so many years? Is there any explanation as to why it wasn't working for so many years?
Also what kind of investigation has he been doing to find the fire man? It seems like the only clue was what he saw on TV which was a little convenient.
Also who keeps beating him up? I am confused. Like are his friends gangsters? I mean they pulled the trick to get money out of one of the students who asked him for help.
AHH the good old days of youth... what a beautiful reminder of what it means to be young without a care in the world; something that youths today will unfortunately never understand.
A realistic drama depicting the ups and downs of single parenting, and the hardships a single parent faces when…
I am so damn happy the leads didn't get together. You could see their love fizzle out in the 2nd half and I'm so glad the writer had them both use their brain and heart to give up rather than have the run and last min confession with 'let's do our best together' that many dramas do. Also even though they had chemistry, I never felt their love. It seemed like plain attraction. The one thing I had a gripe with is that the leads never communicated the issue all the way till the end. I was hoping that their break up convo would at least address the feelings both of them went through so I was disappointed that it was just a plain 'i can't do it anymore' from the ML's end.
Also I rooted for Morio all the way, and I am so glad Yayoi recognised his importance. It seemed like she looked at him a little differently towards the end. I think its safe to conclude that they will end up together in the future. Or at least one can hope right?
A realistic drama depicting the ups and downs of single parenting, and the hardships a single parent faces when dating; the adjustments that come with it for all 3 parties and the various forms love takes in such a relationship. I am glad this wasn't a fluffy fairytale romance, but a story of substance. Definitely a classic worth watching once :)
I was beginning to get tired by Episode 5 but the show took me by surprise in Episode 6 and that's when it really picked up. I really appreciated the direction of the second half.

Most old jdrama has vibe like this. Subtle jokes, not exaggerated acting. I yet to find the good feel jdorama…
That is not at all true. You're watching the dramas meant for teenagers and not the cable/network dramas. The proper cable dramas which are usually 45 mins or longer continue to be so good. I have recommended some of the quality slice of life dramas to the above user. Check them out.
I absolutely loved this drama. Can anyone recommend me more dramas like this?
