But, the unique voice was a part of the novel and was key to helping the villain identify her. That’s really all he could hold onto as he didn’t know her face. But he knew that voice! He was indeed especially reserved in this role as he had to be careful with the FL since she had misunderstandings about their relationship. He was constantly restraining himself even though he was falling in love with her. He’s a good actor. He was lighter and a bit more comedic, as someone said, in “Are You the One?” (which was very good, btw). Definitely a reserved serious demeanor in general though.
