One of my all time favourite Korean actors starring in a remake of my absolute favourite Chinese drama.
How good. Can life. Get.
I'm so bloody excited for this, and I just hope everything goes to plan.
I don't much like reviewing dramas that are so old, so I'll just comment! This drama is very good! It gets a wee…
LOL, Maybe I am from the future!?!
Nah, I just mean that anything that I have to say has likely already been said in a review since the drama has been around for a little while already- there's no need for me to write one up as well :3
I don't really recall this drama being promoted much? Like, at all? I would have been all over this drama, considering the cast... I can't believe I'm only finding out about it now
I need some advice. As somebody who positively despised Hwang Jung Eum's performance (I loathe having to call it a performance) in Kill Me, Heal Me, do you think that this drama is worth watching?
I really enjoyed her in Secret, but she was hideously annoying in Kill Me Heal Me and while I really like Park Seo Joon, and I LOVE Siwon, I can't handle dramas with annoying female leads. Is she better in this, or is she still annoying?
I found myself rewatching this for the fifth time, and just had to drop a comment. This is one of my all-time favourite dramas! It's very heartwarming. If you're looking at this page wondering whether to watch it or not, I highly recommend it!

This drama is very good! It gets a wee bit slow around the last couple of episodes, but the rest of the episodes are wonderful. I cried a couple of times. That almost never happens.
So many cliches, so many tropes, and yet I couldn't help but adore this drama because of the characters. They did so well. It was so charming, and very refreshing!
I could almost say this has renewed my love for the classic K-Drama.
Pass on this one if you value your sanity. And if you value a realistic interpretation of mental illness. And if you value good acting. Just pass on it altogether, kids. This one is for the drama fan that values plot twist gimmicks and icy glares rather than story and substance.
Ack, if Cha Seung Won wasn't in this article I'd be upset. He was perfect in 71 Into the Fire. That's one of my all-time favourite movies, though; I'm hella biased.
Just need to come back and argue. WHY the hell is this ranked number 4? This is objectively not a good drama. I can pick a drama with the EXACT SAME LEAD COUPLE that's better than this one- never mind the numerous Chinese, Japanese, and Korean dramas that far overshadow this. Can people please just rewatch this drama and double check their ratings? It makes me really upset to think of people looking for a good drama, checking MyDramaList, and finding this piece of trash. I like to think that the only people that can give this a rating above 6 have literally never seen another drama. Ever.
Hmmm. I think this is a very interesting and important topic. However, I don't necessarily think that some of…
Moooooooooooost of the wist grabs aren't too bad, but in a couple of dramas it's been kind of freaky. The man will drag the girl through an entire room, with her fighting with all her strength the entire time. She'll complain loudly, "it hurts, stop!" and the guy just keeps going. And even that is sometimes lauded as acceptable.
This is a very important article.
Some people don't even realize this about dramas.
The only thing I feel like defending is the slap in Myung Wol, and a lot of slaps in dramas in general. Males and females tend to slap each other around equally in dramas, and most of the time it's pretty excusable to me. As long as it doesn't escalate into something more.
I skipped from episode 2 to 39 because it was too obvious I pretty much understood the story in just a short time.…
LOL! That's what I thought you meant, but I wasn't sure. Although that means that there is a lot to be said of the OST; you find it memorable in only 3 episodes xD
A bittersweet epic. Loved it. This is the story of a woman who worked for what she wanted, and got it. She wasn't afraid to be a bit of a bitch either.

Def better than 1994 so far imo.
Not sure about 1997.

*Edit: I read some of the other comments. Apparently it does!? wth!? LOL.
