i genuinely think the revenge plan with a startup business was such a unique story. it was fantastic to see how it played out and most of the characters are quite likable with their own distinct personalities. but i think it definitely falls flat in the latter half, namely after they ruin a specific character. the love triangle also majorly weighs down the impact. it felt like a romance melodrama repeatedly shoved into an intense revenge story and i personally think it didn't blend well together. with the added kdrama overused story arc at the end of the series, yeah i can see why it got lower reviews, esp as one of the most raved about dramas in recent years. i think the revenge aspect was great though + the cute found family they have.
RECOMMEND - SOTUS + SOTUS S and Dark Blue Kiss These aren't perfect in any way. They have their pros and cons. SOTUS is fairly slow and PG for the average viewer, but they popularized BL dramas and have great angsty chemistry. DBK is infuriating, but they have one of the most natural relationships. You just have to experience SingtoKrist and PeteKao to really understand it.
MEH - My Dear Loser: Edge of 17 and Cause You're My Boy i quite enjoyed both personally, but they are definitely not for everyone. Don't go into Edge of 17 if you're looking for a BL cuz it's very very minimal, if even at all. It's a very average coming of age story with a fantastic cast. Pretty much about a nerd trying to win the heart of the popular pretty girl.
Cause You're My Boy is pretty cute and I love DrakeFrank, but oh boy did GMMTV not spend a single dime on the budget. I'd only rec Cause You're My Boy if you're extremely bored and have nothing else to watch lol. It's at least an addicting watch imo. DrakeFrank are great.
SKIP - Kiss + Kiss Me Again and Senior Secret Love: Puppy Honey I'm assuming you're on this page to watch the BL portion and both of these have little to none. I personally hate the Kiss series esp Kiss Me Again (VERY toxic). You don't need to watch these AT ALL in order to watch Dark Blue Kiss. They almost have no relation. You can just watch the BL clips of Kiss on YT lol.
Puppy Honey is kind of a boring watch overall to me. If you want to experience OffGun, then I'd rec Not Me first. Then maybe Theory of Love (but not a big rec). They're SUPER SUPERRRR awkward together in Puppy Honey so honestly best to avoid. If you don't mind non-BL then Kiss and Puppy Honey are very average watches, not recommended. JUST AVOID KISS ME AGAIN AT ALL COSTS !!!
As for the eps in Our Skyy, only SOTUS (Kongpob & Arthit) is really worth it for the story. Second is probably Cause You're My Boy (Tee & Mork) or Edge of 17 (Inn & Sun -- they don't actually get together in the original series, only here). The others are just for funsies, but they have good chemistry.
If there's one show you should watch if you want to watch this: then SOTUS.
Otherwise, not really that worth it to watch the whole series tbh. You can watch the ep standalone. SOTUS is the only one you can't because it's a direct continuation and will give you MAJOR spoilers.
so yoonyoung is trying to prevent her birth (i mean assuming she was born after their marriage)? is what i'm getting. i assume her birth might be a catalyst for the whole serial killer thing, but it also kinda sounds like it'll have a sad ending...or a magical happy kdrama ending where they somehow save her and stop the serial killer at the same time lol
i really love medaka, but in the back of my mind i keep thinking about how he probably wouldn't be so kind if nikaido wasn't good looking so it's a little sad to think about. either way, they were still so cute together, even if it wasn't romantic. i swear it feels like they were going for a gay thing? not sure why they held back lol

oh yeah for sure. i keep seeing such high reviews and comments about the chemistry and execution. when i watch it i'm not gonna compare it to bad buddy at all dw, i'll probably (and hopefully) end up liking them similarly.
