Really liked the first episode. From the directing to the cinematography, it feels refreshing and unique. Definitely interested in watching more of this~
And I love that ending.
edit: turns out the rappers are different for every ending? that's so cool
Let's not forget they didn't give the viewers a love triangle even though they were planting the seeds for it in ep1 & ep2. Haruto didn't intervene Shun's relationship with Mashiba and on top of that, supported him <3
and episode 3 was so good, the ending was just so cute and felt natural
Episode 4 is looking star-studded with that cast, aside from the main cast which is already packed, they brought in Nagano Mei, Endo Kenichi, Hirose Alice, Fumika Baba, Yuka Itaya and two young actors like Hosoda Kanata and Tsuihji Anna.
Liked the second episode as well, and it looks like winning over the students' hearts is much harder this time.…
Based on EP3 preview, it looks like they'll finally start studying. I also wonder how they'll balance out the whole "students vs Sakuragi" plot and the studying aspect of the show.
Gosh, Kiyono is so unlikable, she had no right to be treating Iwasaki like that especially when she volunteered to be her assistant but ESPECIALLY after what she just did to her in their games.
Love how Iwai and Ohashi turned over a new leaf and basically became Sakuragi's minions, though it's too early to tell Seto is actually a good guy or not but he's got bad guy vibes around him. I also wonder what's Sakamoto's deal is with Sakuragi, I don't think he's only helping out Yoneyama just for the money.
Liked the second episode as well, and it looks like winning over the students' hearts is much harder this time. I'm sure there's people out there who's been in Iwasaki's position before so I like how realistic and progressive the writing's been (and how they also acknowledge that they're in Reiwa times now when the chairman called out the principal for being embarrassed of his sexuality).
I see she's pretty big but I've never heard of her before. Was there some hugely popular drama that made her famous?
Unnatural, Jimi ni Sugoi, Takane no Hana, Dear Sister, From Five to Nine, Rich Man Poor Woman, Ns. Aoi, Voice & Shitsuren Chocolatier are some of her most popular dramas as of today
Kaku Kento was awarded the The "Newcomer Award" Elan d'or Award at the 45th Elandor Awards (2020) in February but posted on his staff's twitter that he had only received the trophy a few days ago! Kaku Kento was awarded for his work in Kyou Kara Ore Wa, Hanzawa Naoki 2, AI Collapse and Nippon Noir, congratulations! He's looking forward to deliver the best works he possibly can this year as well.
Note that the newcomer award is given to those who have been selected for their fresh and outstanding performances in their works for the year thus are regarded as promising, new and upcoming actors. As such, this has nothing to do with whether they are indeed newcomers.

This is an inside story after that scene:
Satomi who ran for her life after she shook Rintaro’s hands off her
I was eagerly waiting to catch Satomi at the goal point!
However!?
She just ran past me in a flash!
She ran too fast that I was surprised!

Things are picking up fast, can't wait to see where this goes
