Ryoma talked about his s2 new look again on his latest Instagram post LOL https://www.instagram.com/p/CMhhmIiMfMz/?igshid=1ea14sxoq936jHere’s…
At first, I looked at the pic in his post for a while before reading the caption and I was like... so a beard and has bangs down?
Then read the caption and turns out, yes, just those lol. If this was an anime, I would notice it easily but somehow I didn't notice his new look at first lol. I love that Ayami didn't notice it either at first so he had to announce it lol
Anyone know what happened to the CN and KR versions of this?https://japantoday.com/category/entertainment/simultaneous-production-of-fuji-tv-drama-begins-in-japan-china-and-s-korea
Had no idea there were going to be CN & KR remakes, but I don't know what happened either.
I hope the last episode will be entirely focused on the three but especially Amamiya, he's the main lead yet there's so much that we don't know about him but hoping it's a good ending for all three~
Alright that was quite an emotional rollercoaster for the guitar guy in episode 5. Also loved seeing happy Kobayashi…
There has to be a reason as to why they're that determined to close the shop if there were no cans left, it definitely has to do something with Kobayashi's grandpa since they mentioned something about it in the first episode.
Check out Mondai no Aru Restaurant, she's not a likable character at first but her acting makes up for it! You'll…
oh it's definitely on my plan to watch list! there's been lots of really good winter 2021 jdramas and i've been really slow lol, can't catch up to you watching 8 at the same time XD definitely watching it very soon, haven't watched medical dramas for a while now
I've seen her in number of shows but it's not until Nijiro Karute that I fell in love with her. She's absolutely…
Check out Mondai no Aru Restaurant, she's not a likable character at first but her acting makes up for it! You'll fall in love with the characters and the chemistry they all have too ^^
Hmm.. somehow I have not enjoyed the last 2 episodes so much. I like the human elements they are presenting but…
I'll try to explain based on what I'm seeing:
To continue building our immense dislike towards Dr. Shuto and he's depicted to be this evil, heartless mad antagonist and build a huge amount of sympathy towards Hibiki who lived all his life thinking his mother died but actually been used as an experiment for so long, to give him a bigger grudge & more motivation to go after Dr. Shuto and also to build Min-jun's guilt for killing Hibiki's mother.. his best friend's mother. There's no reason to have his mother still be around for the next episodes, what's there to be doing with her character if they let her alive anyway? Omaezaki had already reaffirmed to Hibiki that his mother is long dead and is a golem, had Hibiki still not accept that fact, knowing Omaezaki who's worked with Dr. Shuto before, I wouldn't doubt he'd be hesitant to kill her right off the bat. Hibiki at this stage of his life knows what needed to be done (he has killed people before for the sake of others) so he didn't hold any grudges against Min-jun for killing her, if that happened back when Hibiki was super naive and all, Hibiki wouldn't let or forgive Min-jun at all so that's character development right there.
Kanae liking Hibiki isn't something that just suddenly happened in the last two episodes, it's actually been building up since the second episode or perhaps the very first episode (a bit more evident in episode two). While romance usually isn't necessary in these kind of genres/stories, I think in this case, is welcomed. Her reasons for liking Hibiki is justified; from the very first episode, saved her life from wanting to commit suicide/get shot by Todoroki (Kanae was at her lowest here and Hibiki was there for her, gave her hope to continue living and Kanae was also there when Hibiki was at his lowest, ready to succumb to getting bitten by a golem), saved her life from getting bitten in the first episode, subconsciously taught her to become stronger (and became stronger in every aspect) and learned how to use the bow (and now can survive on her own or at the very least, contribute a whole lot more in gaining supplies or fighting off golems), seen how Hibiki cares & inspires others, fully trusts him as the leader of the group and as a person, seen Hibiki's desperation to care and save other people so she did the same for him too, etc. It's the little things that gradually led up to her liking him and thanks to the mother giving it one last push, she finally confesses to him and she's become a more developed character all thanks to Hibiki.
Min-jun's death really affected him the worst out of everyone in the crew; it's clear in episode 8 had established Hibiki who's become paranoid if his friends got bitten, gotten worse at aiming with his bow, most importantly has become so bloodthirsty for revenge and had completely forgotten that they were supposed to be fighting the golems, not against each other and the main focus of the episode was exactly that, two people had to come up to Hibiki to say the exact same thing, Omaezaki & Tsuboi, had to remind Hibiki that he's lost track of the main goal at hand and how he's only out there for revenge, putting himself and everyone on his crew at risk, Tsuboi had no reason to stay around after seeing Hibiki in this state, so his crew packed up and left since their main goal has always been to survive, not to fight off the SDF for defense of the island or Todoroki or whatever. After being stuck in this kind of world, for god knows how long, it would've driven anybody crazy and at this point in his life when he's become so bloodthirsty and so eager to avenge Min-jun, his main mission at this time was to kill Dr. Shuto & whoever the woman was. From his pov, he didn't recognize what the back of his girlfriend looked like, which is understandable tbh, because to him this was the woman that killed Min-jun and he was dead set on getting his revenge on this woman, it just happened to be Kurumi... and things happen and he didn't expect it to be Kurumi, now he feels remorse.
I don't know what a noona is so I can't answer that part lol
You were right. Final ep preview makes it seem like Hibiki is gonna die one way or another ;-;
Oh that drama? Teacher eventually dies, gets buried, lightning strikes upon his grave and turns into a zombie, hunts his students... and then lectures them as a teacher. There's more to that but yup, not making this up.
Then read the caption and turns out, yes, just those lol. If this was an anime, I would notice it easily but somehow I didn't notice his new look at first lol. I love that Ayami didn't notice it either at first so he had to announce it lol
There's that and Hibiki has no interest in Kanae.
her voice is so elegant and powerful, I have to check out more of her songs
yeah that kiss thing did not age well
if it helps, the second season is a whole lot better and more fun.
duly noted!!
