I dropped this drama for reasons I have already forgotten, not sure the acting is like anime because I've seen…
the acting isn't like anime and there are worst indeed, especially in shoujo manga live adaptations. also what mannerism is exaggerated, i genuinely don't know and am curious.
Just watched it, I LOVED THE CROWS ZERO REFERENCES. Love the chemistry between the two and comedy is on point. Also they played the Tiger & Dragon song, yessss
the fact that they end up not being together is such a waste of their golden chemistry !! (。•́︿•̀。)
I don't think I'd like it if they both got together so quickly, it would feel rather forced and Tao's character here doesn't seem to be the type to fall in love ever so easily but really, this relationship is one of those that you know they eventually will, only time will tell lol.
I loved it but I Hate their acting like I was watching Anime!! it's not only me another person I know said the…
Their acting were not like anime-esque at all, I have no idea what you're talking about. and it seems like you're the only one here in the comments saying their acting is anime-like. There's no exaggerated childish anime-like faces at all in this drama.
Your friend is wrong too, most of japanese dramas aren't like anime at all. You even watched 3 Nen A Gumi & 1 Litre no Namida, you've already seen the kind of acting japanese dramas have got to offer. If your friend only watched movies/dramas adapted from shoujo mangas, then sure I'd probably agree, most of the live action films usually have exaggerated anime faces but saying most japanese dramas? Big noooope.
not to mention the lead of this drama had PUBLICLY refused to acknowledge the original and got a lot of backlash for it. More reason to not watch this and rewatch Jimi ni Sugoi instead lol smh
also you can just scroll up and you can see he clearly has lots of main roles
