All let's say, not officialy cancelled titles are on 0 and i explained it already. Calendar is for 12 (partiall? not partiall? god knows); sites, IQiYi goes with 36/37 and on some languages, it has even 44 there...so to avoid constant editing, it will be like that for now. Because old source ain't updated for sure, IQiYi is a clownery with calendar , and like i mention, people started changing it back and forth, depend what they opened. And like i also said, other titles like that also for now are for 0 /blank with no of episodes, because sources contradict each other. And i'm not sure why and what you meant via place holder? Some title might have 1 if they didn't aired, but those are added via system via auto, and we clean those. It should be 0 or planned no of episodes. But in this case, i really don't want edits all the time. Because it's really hard to tell, what they did here.
I will repeat for the record- for now, No of episodes will be blank. Please don't re-add it. We have only partial calendar, 3 sources stating 3 different number, and i don't want edit it all the time. Especially when it's unclear if it will air ever at this time. Other lost in void titles, also was edited like that. So 0 isn't any implication about ban,cancellation nor related to scandal with one of the mains.
The fact that the eps count has been changed to 0 means that it has most likely been cancelled right ? I'm hoping…
I changed it to 0 , because i don't want to countless edits of no of episodes. Because already we have 3 versions of it. Don't make fuss, and misinform people, we have enough chaos here. And yes, even if it's cancelledfor good, we will never have official statement. That's how the industry works there.

Well i can agree upon to some extend, but the issue is only from this year, and even less awaited titles was done "dirty" like that, so i still think the site issue is one thing, which i agree on, still...i have some conspiracy theories in my head :P because i really get the traffick with long awaited blockbusters, but many titles, not so popular, were also moved around from the same reason. So i think some upper decision, also have some impact on it (maybe even how many VIPs / faster access was buyed?), not only how well servers will manage the flood of the people. Especially, that many time, they switch the title, to another one, even more popular, or at the same level, and somehow then everything is working fine...And if it's a pattern, i'm simple sus :P
I never saw calendar, only for one week, especially for Iqiyi They always add the whole one, no matter how long title is, so i'm very doubtful. And if the 3 version of calendar says the same.... Also now Iqiyi also doesn;t have 38 eps version , but 44 one...So or they messed up badly something or idk. But for sure it will be not 38 also

Sohu don't subs their titles as far i know. So if nobody will pick those or they will not add auto translation idk ^^" i added link little upper, to the episodes/channel, so you can check if they will provide subs/auto translation.
Welp, i would be patient. I think networks do what they can, to air those. And overall i think it's great year for Chinese titles, so many blockbusters aired this year so far, and imo they are really trying to push them thru, from those basements. Of course "Technical issues" are rather "smoke wall", but keep in mind, some networks has "talks" with officials, network needs profits, we have a lot of politics involved, and regulations, so i simple would wait. Most of the dramas this year are moved one way or another, but in the end, they air around month or so later. And i know it's annoying how they tease us, even give a schedule, and then few hours later says nope, bye.
Still , imo i's a good sign they are almost ready to drop those, and also have back ups titles. And about cancellation because of the actor - this year already aired drama, with "cancelled" actress, it took some time, but it dropped. Now, title wich korean actor (which was banned for YEARS), also drops, so just cross fingers, and wait :P and don't make situation worse than it is :P probably simple some officials decided, like nope, XYZ need to air faster, and that's all. Maybe for something simple as license issue, which might end for the network.
Ps. Also indeed some titles has some technical issues, and were dropped after few eps, and then re-aired after some time, and it was on IQiYi. So who know, maybe really some platforms have some struggles, or they simple f something up, and it was the fastest excuse. Also they do it again, when no official statement is written, so imo it' deeper issue.
50 is old no, by regulation it's doubtful it will has so many, so we are waiting for more info, how much and we will edit it accordingly. But if it will really air like that, which would fit the serie...welp @_@
