I guess what viewers want her to be more clear about what upsets her instead of always taking a roundabout approach?…
Knowing Luke, heβd probably say something blunt and sarcastic that will rub the wrong way. Probably something on the lines of on fools trust gossip/ being insecure about his feelings (even though this could backfire on him)ππ
At that point no matter what was said, things would have ended badly since Luke has no filter and at this point Tao wasnβt still used to his snappy thought process. In contrast, by ep 14, you can see she is able to stomach him better since she now has a better understanding on how his mind works. She shouldnβt tollerate him but she has a better idea on what should be taken seriously.
While I wait for the next ep, I was wondering: what do you think would happen if Flora was 100% upfront about…
I guess what viewers want her to be more clear about what upsets her instead of always taking a roundabout approach? For instance with the Switzerland trip, instead of bluntly telling him that she has no intention of learning to snowboard and hinting that Luke broke their promise by not revealing that he has found a new girlfriend, she could have just asked about the trip/ told him why she was so agitated?
It is an awkward conversation to have but she already knows that Luke is a bit too literal so she needs to use a better approach.
wait, who is calling SZT the red flag?? literally every comment I've seen has been dragging the ML lol. but okay…
The year end bonus- he actually was lenient. He already told her that the company's policy is to block everything for a year usually before making sure that she in fact is the responsible party. Because she found a way to fix the solution on her own instead of relying on Lumi's suggestion, he was able to bring it down to half.
Tao's issue with this situation is that while as an employer he did his duty (even if it was abit strict- but then again this is cutthroat Luke), as a boyfriend, he failed to comfort her in any way. In a twisted way she knows that she wouldn't have accepted any favouritism but she wished if the boyfriend side of him had tried to reach out at least for a moment.
(Apologies in advance if I may have forgotten something since a lot has happened since that scene)
That being said, I agree that SZT isn't a red flag. She's young and too inexperienced to deal with somebody as challanging as Luke/ dating a superior. Not everybody is cut out for such a relationship π
Honestly it's mind boggling how Lumi still hasn't figured it out πShe literally has a front row seat to see…
Since we are still only in their 2nd year, I'm not sure. Then again, ever since their trip, Lumi hasn't really complained about him with Tao so perhaps she did notice something π
Did they ever mention how they became friends? π
Think we were too distracted by all the fishing / crazy stalker ex drama at the time. Who would have thought that his friend would play such an important roled in the drama eh?πππ
The mother knows that the advice won't workπ . She probably didn't want to ruin the holidays with a pointless…
IKR?!?! Tao feels so relatable at times (even if we do not have a Luke of our own).
I do like the fact that his mother isn't a doormat like some cdrama mothers. She on thin ice trying to balance her family but she's not afraid to speak her mindπ
Honestly it's like what Luke's friend said. It's Tao's right to choose even if it is risky- even if it could backfire…
Seriously!!! All Luke is doing is pushing Tao right into Alex's arms. She didn't have any intention of leaving until he got mad π
I hope whatever she decides, she'll be more cautious. It's good she has Lumi at least as a safe space to talk even if she can't be 100% open about her wishes

The ex isn't helping either. Was expecting domething more fresh I guess π

Lumi pretty much disappeared mid trip so wouldn't be surprised π€
