I love everything about PoJ. I just wished the sound effect manager could have upped his game a bit more. I don't know how to describe it other than, for example, when Darth Vader appears, there's the marching song/sound effect. You JUST know someone important is coming. It would be nice to have a similar sound effects whenever the Marquis made his grand entrances. 😁

I understand your frustration. But, as also revealed in ep 24, Gongsun and the Marquis discussed over the importance of hiding her identity for her safety against the ALL POWERFUL ONE. Given his situation, still having to handle his own investigation/avenge business, I feel it's an appropriate step on his part, because he could barely protect himself against the same person.

I don't think the marriage is invalid because they did go through the wedding ceremony with the village as their witness. The ceremony with witness, in my opinion, is more important and valid, than a piece of paper in ancient Chinese culture.
