Just saw a clip showing XW and ZZ having a conversation about Ning 'Er. XW responded to ZZ's statement about the relationship between him and Ning'Er is nobody's business to which XW said it is based on XW as Ning' Er teacher and "husband?"
Please, anyone who understands Mandarin...is "husband" the correct translation? What did we miss? Could it be that they had a pre-arranged marriage even before she was born?
XW is soooo deeply in love with her that he's going all out to save her including re-working, not once but several times, his carefully laid plans in sabotaging the rebels and Duke Xue and his troop. Sigh...if that isn't love, what is?
