May I suggest you try out The Forbidden Flower in respect to "steamy scenes" and different from the typical Asian dramas regarding intimacy level. It's been out for maybe 2 months. It's a trailblazer in the drama world.

I don't mind this at all. It's alluded to that the baby is well loved. Them not "handling" the baby is the right thing to do in reality for the baby's safety. The show is already using a real baby in the drama which says a lot; and for such a small baby (less than 6 months), she's very fragile and shouldn't be passing along like a toy.

Sadly, there isn't one at the moment that can release serotonin at the same intensity level.
