Just sharing a little history and how TLB fits into the timeline. We all know the series starts in July 626. TLB/GS…
This is indicated by Duke Du's and Princess Yicheng's death. They both died in 630 in history. The last battle in ep. 49 was loosely based on the Battle of Yinshan.
I think we need to enamor @chelsea93 with the same note Ah Sun wrote GS ==> "I miss you" . Hopefully that should be enough pulling power for her return to the forum.
Yah, direct translation is "got it, we're not leaving until we see each other" - But that's a bit long and too…
same here. just enjoying the ride, seeing the humor and beauty of TLB/GS. negativities are tossed aside - I have no time and energy for toxicity. If counting undergarments make us smile, then count away happily we do! =)
I'm surprised. Is it that difficult to get the pronunciation right even for native speakers?
It's possible that she's from Hong Kong and part of the director's long time trusted support team. Hong Kong people speak Cantonese dialect, and didn't have to speak Mandarin as an official dialect until recently.
They must have lots of clothes, they tear it down in an instant to treat the wound!
hahaha, sorry, I love this forum so much. I get so much laughter out of coming here and reading comments! And this one just kills me! We are so obsessed with everything GeSun that we even have to think about "how many pieces of clothes they have!" hahahaha. Should we also consider how many undergarments? =P

He's so magnetic. Only certain men can sport a V-neck with masculinity and he's killing it! He strides about like a modern day bad-ass warlord with all this bling-bling and hardware, trying to play nice for a day for us peasants.
It's come to my attention that a few courageous souls openly admitted they have GS-PTSD (also known as GeSun Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder).
Clearly, some of you are suffering in silence from this disorder.
Please consider joining GSA (short for GeSun ANONYMOUS): an international fellowship of viewers who have GS-PTSD or GeSun-related problems. It is nonprofessional, self-supporting, multiracial, and available on MDL 24/7. Membership is open to anyone who wants to do something about his or her GeSun problem.
Wow ... GeSun fans in China are super strong and supportive. Amazing! Way to go GeSun CP! https://www.instagram.com/p/COrIezNA-OT/?igshid=1vffz5gp4iek4Suuport…
Thanks for sharing! It's so nice to know GeSun won in China; that there are more of us GeSun fans on the other side of the world. If only we can all connect somehow and speak one universal tongue.
Wow. Thanks for sharing! The chief producer, Yan Bei, spent 6 years bringing this drama to us, and insisted on…
Ohhhh, I've been looking forward to Heroes because I love Joseph Zeng!!! Sadly, there's no way to filter/search for Yan Bei on MDL since the producer isn't tagged.
I laughed the first 13 seconds because the military march music was so pronounced, I thought Darth Vader and his storm troopers were going to take over the screen any moment. Hahaha.
wanna share this good article from @Katelyn Arshihttps://mp.weixin.qq.com/s/YJvpLJOdH3oK4TSX1rjyOA
Wow. Thanks for sharing! The chief producer, Yan Bei, spent 6 years bringing this drama to us, and insisted on booking Chu Yui Bun as the director. I admire her visions and ability to see talents. Got to find what other projects are under Yan Bei's portfolio.
Much has been written about on-screen chemistry between our two leads. Or even between the 2nd leads, the 3rd…
I can only gently advise international viewers who don't see the great chemistry between the leads to re-watch the drama again but focus on the face/acting and what the camera lens capture instead of reading the subtitles. For me, I set my screen small enough so I can catch all subtitles and acting at one go. If the video is set to full screen or I'm too closed to the monitor, I find myself spending too much time reading subtitles. With TLB, I don't even need to read the subtitles anymore for most scenes because I've watched it so many times already. My re-watching experience is so enjoyable and rich. I'm absorbing all great things GeSun is offering, and yup, they are still oooozing non-stop chem.
If viewers still don't see the chemistry, then...sigh, some people look but they don't see. Some are at a tender age so they haven't developed the ability to grasp the deeper level of connection. Some just don't want to see because they already established a pre-conceived bias.
Under The Power is one of my recent faves, and it’s because the leads have great chemistry. Allen’s current on-air drama is the only one that manages to bring me some minor relief from GS-PTSD.
